Came to get tires and alignment. They gave me a bad tire and scratched well pretty much chipped the black off my rims. Owner said he bought a 8000 machine so it wouldn t get scratched but looks like it was dragged across the concrete

I was advised not to use them. I wish I had listened. Went for front end alignment. Before he even looked at my truck, the mechanic asked if I had tire rod and ball joints checked. I said no. After getting my truck on ramp he said I needed new rod and 4 ball joints. They priced me $1,475 (parts and labor). I left and went to D&W tire. I didn t tell them my experience at Hardy Tire. I waited after my truck had been on ramp for around 15 minutes. No one came and said anything to me about needing parts so I stopped one of the managers/supervisor and asked him if I needed tire rod/ball joints. He told me he would go check with mechanic working on it. He came back and told me the mechanic said rod was good and ball joints looked fine and after he was finished he would take it down the road to make sure it ran smooth. He finished it and mechanic came and spoke with me and said everything looked and felt fine and I was charged $73.Now I know why the mechanic at Hardy Tire asked me if I had rod and joints checked. I am a female and don t know much about what s involved in front end alignment but I will never use Hardy Tire again!!

I was traveling out of town and on my way home e needed a tire replacement. We got there around ten o clock and they were able to get us fixed within the hour. Kim was friendly and the gentleman who took care of our car noticed some things that could be a concern and was willing to tell us. I would recommend tgem

Very nice staff. I was made as comfortable as possible. Staff knew that I had a doctor appointment and a treatment appointment, I was only there for no more than 30 minutes. The service was great. This was my second set of tires with them. I will be getting my next tires there again.

They stayed late to fix a leaking tire for my visiting family member. And they did it with a smile on their face. I highly recommend them. We buy all our tires from them. You can't beat their prices.

Won't go anywhere else for tires or breaks.... Been doing business with Bobby and family for years. They're quick, they're quality, and they're just plain Good People ! If you are one of the maybe 4 or 5 people that haven't used Hardy Tire, give em a shot...you won't be disappointed!

Never ever again will I use this shop for any reason. Went in on Monday to get 2 tires balanced and mounted on my cruiser. Thurs afternoon my car was shaking horrible so I parked it. After my husband jacked it up he found old tire still on my car. Luckily I brought 2 tires home. They never put the second tire on. Like I said I will never use again.

All I needed was 2 front tires and a front end alignment, which should be done when you put the tires on anyway. I was there for 3 hours!!! There was no-one there when I arrived and people came in, got their new tires, and left, while I still sat there waiting. It was also quite expensive. I will not go back there.

The staff was good but I called in advance to see if they had tires that fit my jeep and they said yes and when I got there they only had one tire they could've told me that over the phone

Apparently there is a rule that after a certain time of day u can't purchase a used tire u must buy brand new one. Prices are steep as well shoulda just went to Mack Holley instead

Do not use this Business! Ripped my brother off by changing 80$ over what they told him the price was NOT Worthy of the one star that I accidentally touched and could not get it to remove it! people like this that take advantage of people that they know they can should be close down!. Also my brother had to sit here at this place from 930 in the morning to 4 o clock in afternoon for service they did not render!

Sold me a tire with a hole in it it was used but the hole was big the tube would come out I should have look better and was going too but were it was you could not roll it around good and when I pull my truck around to load it he had pull it out and throat it on the truck befor I could loiok it over he pull it out of the pile I would not sold some one a tire with a hole in it unless I show them to me that's been dishonest they did make it good when I went back and got a fair tire

Don't take your Car to these people. They are a bunch of Crooks!! They do not stand by there work and they get over on you. My advice spend your money eslewhere. These people do not care about there customers at All! All they care about is getting your money!

We bought a used tire from this company. By the time my husband got home with the tire it was flat. It has a nearly one inch gash in the tire! I m hoping they make this sale right.
