Bullock Toyota Express has always gone above and beyond when we have needed oil changes and/or service on our 2012 Toyota Sequoia.A few years ago we were headed out to Washington for vacation, so we had taken our Sequoia for a oil change. While there we were told that our battery was bad, they were about to close for the day, but instead worked late to help us get ready for a safe vacation trip.Love being able to have them pick up my vehicle for services rather than take time away from my day to travel to them for services. Each and every member of their team has always been professional as well as helpful!!Thanks Bullock Express for caring for us and always delivering top notch service!!!Appreciate Kim C for all she does too!!!!

To my vehicle to Bullock Toyota to have a detailed washed waxed detailed inside along with stain removal. They call me saying my vehicle was done and ready for pickup. I get there I paid for my vehicle service then I proceeded to my vehicle and noticed my seats we're still heavily stained and they were dry along with my center console like they haven't been touched so I had to go back inside get the service manager and let them see what I was seeing and they agreed and had to take my vehicle back to detailing shop. Lesson learned don't pay until you inspect your vehicle!

They tried to help me with a loose spare. I have a Chevrolet and they didn't have anything that would fit to tighten it up. But they were able to tell me that it would not fall off.

Its ok i take my car for oil change i just wish there was more than one of them because i live 2 hours away and when i baught my car he told me whereever my car is no matter what he can send someone to pick it up for me...but now its a diffrent story..
