Great experience so far. Was working with another dealership to get the vehicle we wanted, but the attitude of the finance manager left a lot to be desired. He was pushy and rude, even implying that we couldn t afford the vehicle we wanted because we simply asked for time to explore our own finance options for a better interest rate. I was lamenting this experience to my nail tech and he said, call Doc s. I went online and saw y all had or were allocated the exact vehicle and color combination I wanted. I submitted an online info form, Gerad called me within 15 minutes. He found out that y all were indeed allocated exactly what I wanted. We were able to work the entire deal over the phone to include a deposit. My only concern is that I m 9 mos pregnant and have an induction scheduled for around the same time the vehicle is supposed to arrive. Gerad said, no problem! We can deliver it to you! Definitely world class customer service. It is good enough that I ll even drive the extra distance for any service I need rather than go to our local dealership. As long as no hiccups from here, I can easily rate this as my top car buying experience ever. Thanks Gerad! (And thanks Jay Si at Nail Therapy in Meridian for referring me to y all!)

Literally the fastest car buying experience.We live 4hrs away. Called at 9am. We already had the check from our bank and explained what we wanted the car for worked it out in 5mins over the phone. Drove 4hrs looked at the car and then with in 2 mins the financial department called us back. No pressure to buy anything extra, offered but not pressured.In 15 mins we had the keys and on the way back home!!!Thank you Brian for that smooth car buying experience!!

Talked to Dylan on Friday, he called me back every time he said he would. Was able to get there Saturday morning and everything was smooth. Very nice people to do business with. Would recommend to anyone.

After exhausting myself with searches in other states for a used vehicle and dealing with some shady characters working at Toyota dealerships, namely in TX, particularly in Manvel TX, I thankfully searched for vehicles closer to my town. I couldn't have been more pleased when I called Doc's and got Nick the sales manager. He was very honest throughout the entire process, not only about any current nicks or dings on the vehicle but also during negotiating a price. I asked for a particular price and he more than met me halfway and negotiations were finalized. It couldn't have been an easier or more pleasant experience. Thank you Nick and the entire Doc's team for making this such a pleasant experience for my family when purchasing our oldest boys first vehicle. We are truly grateful!

Car was towed to Doc's Toyota in Philadelphia Mississippi because of rough drive and problem accelerating. They diagnosed needing new coil packs cylinders and spark plugs and need new brake pads for a total of $1300.00. Brake pads? This problem occurred 8 days after service work was done after they installed new air conditioner compressor and serpentine belt for $900.00. The owner of this 2019 Nissan was an 85 year old female. They refused to return parts that was changed. They only changed 1 coil pack and 1 spark plug and charged her $850.00 per inspection by another independent mechanic. Total rip off of a senior citizen

Doc's Toyota was able to get my Highlander in for diagnostic repair the next day after the check engine light appeared. Their quick response more than likely prevented permanent damage to the engine. THANKS!!

My husband inquired about the 2023 Highlander the night before we set out to find me a new vehicle. The very next morning we get a phone call from Dillon. Not an email, a phone call! From the moment he spoke with us, he gave us his word we would not be disappointed, and he was absolutely correct!! He was wonderful, and the entire team at Doc s worked with us. Dillon and everyone else made us feel so welcomed and comfortable rather than just another number to make money off of. They treat you so good, and they are so respectful! I am so happy with my vehicle and it s all thanks to Dillon and the team! I will not go anywhere else but to Philadelphia, MS and the fine people at Doc s Toyota!

Bought my car new when they were still located in Louisville. Nice people, so I continue to use their facility now that they have moved to Philadelphia to service my vehicle even though there is a Toyota dealer closer.Unfortunately, I have now had enough experiences to say I don't think the service side is that good. After four services since I bought my vehicle, I've noticed that they just don't really care about you. A good example is, instead of replacing the cabin air filter, which is covered by the ToyotaCare plan that comes with buying a new vehicle, they just throw the new part in your trunk and don't tell you anything about it. It's an unpleasant surprise the next time you go to open your trunk. They also do not provide car washes like most Toyota Dealers.Giving you the part instead of replacing it makes you feel like you got scammed. It also makes me less confident they are doing the service they say they are doing.I have two car purchases I need to do in the next year, and while I know they will be Toyota, I'm no longer convinced it will be at Doc's.

As always, very pleased with my buying experience at Doc s!Jonathan communicated well; he did everything he said he would do.Nick has always been a stand up guy, too! This is the third purchase I ve made with the Doc s team and I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Toyota!

I had a great experience at Doc s. Chris and Jonathan took good care of me and treated me like a person and not a sales number . I live 2.5 hours away from Doc s. I contacted Chris and we worked 98% of the deal over the phone. Sent him pictures of my trade and he came back with a very fair trade value. I showed up that Saturday and all the paper work was done and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I will be buying from Doc s again. They offered extras, but were not pushing anything extra. Thanks for putting the customer first.

Buying a car has never been easier. I inquired online about a vehicle I was interested in, and Jonathan Laird gave me a call first thing the next morning. He worked fast to get me in that car the next day and they all made the process go smoothly! I definitely recommend Doc's Toyota and go see Jonathan!

They just have a really great sales staff. Super friendly and they hustle. Jonathen Laird helped with the purchase of a new vehicle for my wife and he went the extra mile to work with her. The facilities are brand new and super nice. The young lady at the maintenance desk was super nice. All in all a great experience. When I get ready for a new truck my first stop will be Docs.

Docs employees are top notch. The vehicle I wanted hadnt arrived yet. They knew I wanted the CHR and in red. They were expecting a silver one but when it arrived it was the exact car I d designed online. They called as soon as it came in and I went up as soon as they called. I drove home in the vehicle I wanted that they worked to get financed where I could afford.They have moved locations from Louisville to Philadelphia which is better for me. The new building is beautiful. The staff came with the business and I am thankful for that. They are some of the best I ve ever worked with when buying & servicing my vehicles. I would highly recommend them.

I had been considering buying a Toyota at a later date. I stopped by Doc's just looking and now I am just driving a Toyota. At this point I feel that I got a fair deal on a used Toyota with very low miles. Everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease. It was a stress free purchase with no pressure from Dylan. After reading these reviews I am looking forward to going back to the dealership to get my vehicle serviced. I am falling in love with my Highlander

I was so impressed with the service department. The staff was very helpful and professional. They actually take pride in their service and make sure the customer is pleased. If you want great service go to Docs. I don t normally give reviews but I would recommend them to everyone

Great experience. Very nice, courteous professional salesman, Jack Dempsey. He went over all details about my new car with me when they had finished detailing it. Love my new car. Just received a thank you call from Debbie at the dealership who told me if I needed anything, just let her know. Everything went very smooth and professional. Very happy with everything I experienced.

This is a horrible dealership. Sold used vehicle to a 21 year by peer pressure. 20k car now they owe 62k. Added every insurance and warranty known to man. Did not go over interest rate, terms nothing. Told them he would go home and think it over and let them know they told him If he didn t get it then he wouldn t be able to tomorrow. He tried to take it back the next morning less than 10 hours and they would not. Lied to him and said they had already been funded. Toyota financial said he had not. Would not discuss with them. Didn t care nick at docs said hard lesson to learn !!!!! Didn t care at all. Toyota said he could take auto back and he said tough luck you re stuck cause we ain t doing anything. Do not dibusinwss here. Azhar pasha please reach out and help this young couple who was taken advantage of Wouldn t give us names or help and made us leave lobby. Dr Azhar pasha please help these kids that were taken advantage of. Filing complaints with better business bureau and attorney generals office. This is not right
