Came in with a hole in my control arm on a recent vehicle purchase. Issue and solution was quickly addressed and handled and at a fair and reasonable price. All around great people and great place to do continued business!

pretty good place but I think they have to many irons in the fire so busy u can't get anything done there. I've had 2 bad experiences here. I will probably still go back again but with a understanding of what to expect

Went to get a leaking tire patched. Waited over half an hr and asked how much longer it would be. They said we were almost next in line and had us pull into a garage spot. Waited over half an hour longer and they still hadn't touched it. We got in our car to leave when we'd been there we'll over an hr. A lady ran out and made sure we weren't driving away without paying. The mechanic confirmed they hadn't touched it yet. Worst service Ive ever received at a tire shop.

Just brought my car in for brakes and an oil change. Dropped it off at 7:30, drove away by 9AM with work completed. Also another mechanic quoted me an outrageous price for the work and also lied to me, telling me I needed to replace brakes and rotors on all 4 wheels (I didn't believe it, which is why it didn't get done by them). D&W told me my rear brakes looked brand new and did not have to replace any of my rotors! Honest and affordable, friendly and fast! This is one where I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! I'll be back for all my future maintenance and repair needs. Thank you D&W!Update: I had to lower my rating because I was utterly SHOCKED when I received my bill for a simple oil change in the same car I brought here last time. The price nearly DOUBLED!! Over $50 just for a basic OIL CHANGE (not synthetic.. just regular 5W-20)for a 6 cylinder Honda Accord... absolutely ridiculous price and now you just lost a customer forever.

I've had A/C work, alignments and many tires--from lawn tractor to car and truck tires--serviced by D & W, and I've always received good value and great, friendly service from them. I've always shown up without an appointment and been taken care of promptly on most occasions, with only a minor delay if they're absolutely swamped with business. They're always busy (because they treat their customers right), but they have enough employees and work stations to get what you need done quickly and get you on your way. And even though they're always busy, they're never too busy to take the time to help you figure out what will best suit your needs and your budget, and they don't push to "up-sell" you on a more expensive product you don't want or need. If their experience tells them you may be better served with a higher grade, more expensive product, they will suggest it and explain why you may be better served by it, but there's never any pressure to convince you to buy something you don't want or can't afford.Just helpful, fast and friendly service with good value for your money; what more can you ask for?*1/15/2019 Update: A few days ago, I stopped by with a relatively new tire on my "new" (used) vehicle that had a knot on the sidewall. I knew D&W carried that brand so I asked if there might have been a recall on that particular tire. I was told that there hadn't been a recall, but after taking a look at the low-mileage but faulty tire, they immediately swapped it out for a new tire (same model and size), mounted and balanced, and had me on my way--no charge--in less than 20 minutes! The fellow doing the work even knew to turn off the air suspension on my car before lifting it on the rack, something you might have to explain at most places.Once again, D&W stands behind their product and delivers fantastic customer service. I'll always give them my tire and alignment business because they treat their customers right.

Excellent service! Friendly and helpful employees. Got me in quick even though they were really busy. Knowledgeable in diagnosing problems and then going on to fix them. Brian patiently answered my multiple questions. I am so impressed with this business.

The owner was awesome, we broke down in our Ford truck and he gave us his service truck to drive. It was on Saturday and the store was already closed. Monday they called and told us the were going to tow our vehicle to the Ford dealership. We had to stay an extra day but blessed to have broken down where we did and the dealership took great care of us too. Thank you so much!

Left my car at 9:00 am for front end alignment was told it would be 1 hour I left and waited for call that they were finished. At 3:00 pm I called about car because I haven't heard anything from them. Was told it would be 1 hour in which I told them forget it I'm going to come and get it. 6 hours later and still not done! Not a apology or anything. Will never stop there again

Good bunch of guys here...they do there best to get you in and out as quickly as possible even when they are busy. I pulled in to have a tire fixed once when they where packed and was in and out under 45 minutes. Their work is excellent and they are very professional.

I really appreciate the owner/mgr and the techs taking care of us in a swift and precise manner. There were no surprises with prices and I was able to track the tires from the shelf to the truck. I really appreciate them working like that.

Best place in town hands down. You want it done in ten minutes go somewhere and gamble on that oil plug going back in right. You want it done right the first time, one and done, go to d and w and let a professional handle it like I do. Helps me sleep at night.

Horrible. We were staying from out of town. I had two flats, not how you want to start your trip back home. Get to the place i have wire showing on one tire so I replace it.... 116 for a ironman... we paid 50 a tire back home for the same tire for my husband car. Now the following morning go out to my car and the one that they supposedly patched is on the ground flat. I suggest using anybody else. Horrible and overpriced.

Always prompt service. I grew up in the tire and mechanic business with Holley tire. There isn't much i don't know about the business. I could take my vehicle to the family business for repairs but the service or the prices don't compare to you guys. I wish Mack would take notes from you guys. Good job and yall seriously earned my business with your second to none service. An old competeter and now your loyal customer. Thanks a million.

They are fast to get to your service whatever it is from tires to alignment. The only place i go to get my tires for anything i own.

This place is the bees knees and the cats meow. They are fast, friendly, and affordable. Dont waste your time and sanity dealing with anyone else. You will just wind up using D&W anyway. Trust me just use them the first time around.

Bad place, slow service, bad service very disrespectful People who have more money will get service first The Secretary is rude and they will denied you service If they feel like it Not a place you wanna go their I recommend going to Hardy tire shop near Burger king Excellent people Very comfortable place you can sit in the lobby and excellent welcome service
