We took our RV there to have body work done to the crow's nest area due to a leak. Upon appearance, it looked like they had done a good job. However, after the 30 day warranty had expired, we discovered there were still leaks.He was paid over $6,000 to repair it, which he did not do and now it needs it again and he won't stand by it when contacted bc it was over 30 days. The spot that is leaking looks like a knife was dropped and stabbed into the roof. It has now molded and rotted again and no money for more repairs that should have been fixed the first time. Sometimes it takes more than 30 days for rain leaks to show. The pictures are not from when we first discovered the still there leaks, but what it looks like now, after it not being repaired again.Service: Body & Trim

As per my review and your comment. You were contacted about the leak about 60-90 days after you did repairs. However, you stated there was only a 30 day warranty and therefore you would not uphold the work done. While you say the roof was not the issue. Yes, in part and where the leaking is, yes that is where you repaired. The entire crow's nest was replaced and while the original roof was used, it is the seam area that is leaking as well as the spot that looked like a knife was dropped. The leaking is the area you worked on. You claimed that you put sealant on the roof and you put the front of the roof and sides of crow's nest back together and this is the area leaking. I understand you not wanted bad reviews, but this is a real review not a false claim. I'll follow up with a copy of the receipt in which work was done and potential customers can make that determination themselves.Service: Body & Trim

They searched until they found the leak we couldn t have done this. Let us know they would be a little late. No problem with that. Gave us important things to look out for. Extremely reasonable on the price. Gave us invoice to give to warranty company. Will definitely recommend them. I ve got their number on speed dial . Thank you so much.

Timely, communicative, very detail oriented. Heater was not blowing properly. He cleaned vent out and took many pictures and explain in detail how to call KZ for warranty reimbursement. Very fare pricing. I highly recommend

Went above and beyond to help us in a pinch! Bad battery in the camper was emitting poisonous fumes. Kyley was truly a lifesaver!
