Yeah, some of the people there are great, but then you notice there's the older white guy in there. It's a little bit on the lazy side and just aint much own customer service. But all the other people in there were just great . Overall, it was a great experience, but they need to work on their customer service. A little bit, well, that 1 Guy does anyways.

I was in doubt about them having the part I needed . I was wrong . An it was cheaper then the place I had called in Jackson.. I wasn't in there 10 minutes an then I was on my way back home with my part. They were all smiles an even gave me some friendly advice which I need all I can get working on all the vehicles my family has .. The store has a big inventory of the things you might need for your ride . You want run from their prices either ..

The service was wonderful, everyone was kind and in a good mood. I was taken back just a bit by the prices on items, but when you are in need you just need to accept. The best part are I didn't have to install the battery. I know how to, but I didn't have to. They do that for you.

When I walk in they know me by name. I have always got great service from this store, and have numerous times told others to go there. Great staff, clean store, and if they don't have it in stock, they will get it in a timely manner. Much thanks to Will, Chris, Wayne, and the rest of the crew.

Bought a battery here. This battery is suppose to have a two year warranty. Took said battery into store and it was determined to have a poor charge, and fails to hold a charge. These crooks refused to honor warranty which left me with a lack of transportation. I will never do any business with this store. Do yourself a favor and go to either Auto Zone or O'Reilly's if you want a product that will be honored.

They are very helpful an go that extra mile to satisfy your needs . They explain to you about your part, an how take it off an put it back on , even read your codes on your auto . It's a win, win for everyone. Thanks Advance Auto !
