Regardless of the transmission issue, replacement with a new unit is only option given. Was told the shop owner won't waste time on rebuilds, etc. At $6000 a pop, I wonder why,,?

Mr. Ward was very knowledgeable regarding the issue with our transmission. When we first spoke, he went into great detail about what he has seen in the past with this particular model transmission and even named off symptoms we had been having before I even mentioned them.The upfront quote for parts, labor, and total job matched the invoice with no end surprises.Parts were ordered and we were kept in the loop of the status and when the work could be done.Great communication and service.Will recommend and return for any future needs.Service: Transmission

They did me right! I was talking with a co-worker about getting the transmission fluid change in my Kia soul. I didn't want to take it to the dealer in Hattiesburg! Because they did me wrong on a issue with my vehicle. Plus they were going to charge me two hundred plus dollars to change my Transmission fluid. Were wards only charge one hundred fifty dollars plus tax. Good job Wards team.

They quote one price on the phone and Jack it up when you go to pay.They also charge for things they don't do. Go there at your own risk
