Guys were super nice. They were the best price in town. I had to get my front passenger window replaced thanks to a rock. They had to special order my glass which was fine. I was told they would call me when it came but I ended up having to call them. When getting serviced decided to drop off truck at 8:30a and run errands was told it would take a little over an hour someone would call. I finally called them at 1:00 it was ready. They work in the back of building so there were sometimes I had to walk out the lobby and around the building to get them. Overall pleased only suggestion would be to make sure they follow up with clients and get a buzzer for front lobby.

Best prices and best service of any shop I've ever used. They've also done an antique gun cabinet and portrait frame for me. Old Mr. Davis is a card and his son makes sure things are perfect.

Great service at a great price! These guys have been a pleasure to work with! Very reliable and efficient work. Followed up as promised and handled my insurance claim very professionally. Can definitely recommend for any of your glass needs!

I've been trying since October 13 to get an estimate or price to fix my glass door. Every time I get the same answer, I'll check on the price and call you tomorrow. I still haven't received a call back! So I want be using them!!!!

I called the week of 4/5/20 for windshield repair. Said it would take a day or 2 for glass to come in, they would call.Never got a call. I called, we'll call you back. No call.Thursday 4/15 Paul's Glass.fixed it while we waited and for a cheaper price.It looks great.

Have been going here for several years now. I have never had a problem. I read one of the reviews on here about not giving the customer what they ask. Keep in mind some people want something that is not safe (such as glass that is too thin for what it is designed). Davis Glass honors their work and won't sell something that is going to end up defective later. I drive from Bellevue to have my work done here.

My window motor had gone out and I bought the window motor and regulator on Ebay. I called to find a place to fix it but no one would do it with the parts I had already bought. A coworker told me Davis Glass would do for under $100 which was fantastic because other places wanted almost $400. Took less than an hour I was in and out. They did a very good job.

I called them to do some work for my aunt, expecting it to take days to get an estimate. Not the case at all. They came out the next morning and made the repair in the same trip. Very friendly and efficient, will definitely be calling them for future needs.

Stop by to have a window motor installed on my vehicle. They did not know how to remove door panel. Had to Google it. Then came the bill. They seemed to not know how to make a bill out. Argued in front of me and got really loud just behind the door about how to do my bill. Price was outrageous. One of them said that was wrong and figured on a sticky note and charged me a 100 dollars less. On my way home I discovered my window buttons work opposite now. When I got home I could not open my door. Had to put window down and open from outside. Called them and had to hang up due to a saw running right next to phone. It's 64 miles round trip for me. Cost me another 25.00 to get door to open. Cable not connected. Was told window motor was wrong.

Refused to put a piece of GLASS OF MY PREFerENCE IN A FRAME! TRIED TO FORCE ME DEMANDED THEY ORDER A HIGH PRICE GLASS WAIT A WEEK AND PAY HUNDREDS OF $$$ FOR A SIMPLE PAYNE OF GLASS!!! REFUSED THE CUSTOMERS REQUEST !Horrible 4 hour wait even with appointment!

I have 2 broken windows and I ve called Davis for 2 weeks for an estimate. I ve called at least 6 times and no one can give me an answer. Someone needs to take charge and get on track. I try to give my business to hometown companies but this was pitiful.
