I needed to replace the starter on my car. I called this place, received a very decent quote compared to other places I called. Took my car in first thing in the morning and within an hour my car was ready! Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and polite!! That's the type of service I believe we all would like! Thanks

Honest work at a fair price. They were able to get me in the same day I called for two flex pipes that were bad on my 2009 Malibu. Josh and everyone who works there are very nice and professional as well.They stayed open 30 minutes past their closing time to finish up my car too. Great guys.Service: Exhaust

Tried to get some exhaust work done. Then wouldn't answer the phone for days. I did drive out a few times and it was shut down. I can't review the quality of work but the customer service is lacking. Now that being said life happens. Toss a note on the door or even just a call back days later would have been awesome.

We had the catalytic converters stolen from our Toyota Tundra while overnighting in Hattiesburg on our way back to the Fort Worth area. Cochran's was recommended to provide a temporary solution to enable us to drive home without the noise and fumes. They were friendly and helpful in getting the repair completed in a timely manner and getting us back on the road to home.Service: Exhaust

We were traveling through on a 16 hour drive home from vacation when our van exhaust started making very loud noise. My husband called them hoping to get in right away to figure out what was wrong. We were so afraid that knowing our situation, they would charge us a fortune. Instead, not only did they get our van in right away, they only charged us $50 to replace a part and fix the problem, and we were back on the road in about 30 minutes. We were very thankful to not have to end our vacation with a very expensive repair.Service: Exhaust

Amazing, hardworking people and great service. They even stayed open past closing to finish my car so I didn t have to come back the next day. They re always trying to help (unlike other places that just try to make a buck). You ll get your money s worth then some. I paid them to do my exhaust, and I gave them three chances to fix the leak. They attempted to fix the leak three times, and failed. They didn t offer a refund or apologize. They hoped I wouldn t notice that something was still wrong. I ended up having to take it to Petal Muffler the next day and they fixed the leak in no time. I wish I would have taken it there to begin with, and I would have saved time and money.Some of the best lessons in life are paid for, and I hope you don t have to go through the same.Service: Exhaust

Service Crew was knowledgeable, quick and efficient!! Took less than an hour before I was on the road again. I was treated with respect and was given a reasonable cost for muffler repair. Highly Recommend!!

They didn't call me when my car was finished and when I made it up there to my car and you have finally drove it it was still leaking from the exhaust they got most of it welded up
