I sent my son here to get a thermostat changed. They charged me $140 to do a 15 min job. The very next day his car ran hot again and he parked it. I had my mechanic (who was unavailable when this happened) to check the car and come to find out they didn t flush the air from the system nor did they ensure that there was enough coolant. My son brought a gallon of coolant with him along with the thermostat when he went in. Common sense would tell you to add more and just charge for the extra. But they didn t do that. The person (Kel) who worked on the car (dodge charger) didn t know what he was doing and blew the engine oil cooler. Due to him not doing the job the right way, I now have to spend at least another $200 for the parts and labor to get the engine oil cooler replaced. Both the mechanic and guy that s always inside lied and contradicted themselves when I went to ask why they didn t do what they should have. I was on the phone the entire time my son was in the office speaking to them. They never asked him if he wanted a diagnostic. They never said anything about adding additional fluid if needed. Then the mechanic had the audacity to get an attitude with me and my mechanic because he (my ASE Certified Mechanic) told him you never half do a job on a vehicle regardless of what you re told to do. You can put someone s life in danger being lazy. I was treated like I m stupid because I m a woman. I know more about cars than the average male. I was at work or I d have done it myself. I WILL NOT TAKE ANOTHER VEHICLE TO THEM NOR WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. They overcharge for the simplest things and then wanna get an attitude when you confront them for not doing what they should.Service: Auto maintenance

Rob and his staff bailed me out on a transmission problem, and their prices are very reasonable. They are professional, knowledgeable and can work on complex problems and performance vehicles. That is a dying breed and they do it well! Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent automotive services at reasonable prices. I have taken multiple vehicles in for maintenance and repair work. Employees are always nice and friendly. Unlike most repair shops when they give you a completion date and time they meet it.

They are incredibly slow, will lie to you just to get your money. They might be nice to you over he phone but it changes when it comes to payment, which they lied to me about at least twice. I'll never go her again and will always go to Anything Automotive. I suggest you do the same as they are cheaper, faster and straight up with the repair. Don't give this Chase any chance.

My daughter lives in Hattiesburg and had her car towed here after it wouldn't turn over at all. Upon arriving the car cranked up fine. This might lead one to believe a neutral safety switch, camshaft or crankshaft position sensor might be the culprit. They replaced her battery and spark plugs! Days later she was stranded again and this time, at night. Poor diagnostic work to say the least. The car is now at another shop and has been properly diagnosed.

I took my honda there to get the timing belt replaced, they said it would take around a day... it took a week. Less than a week after I got it back, my drive belt came off going down the road and my steering locked up. You have to take off the drive belt to fix the serpentine belt, so this was their fault but they still charged me to fix the serpentine belt. Two months later, my serpentine belt falls off in Greenville... leaving me stranded. I took it to a Honda certified mechanic because I don t trust chases auto... the Honda mechanic told me that chases put the wrong part on my car both times causing it to break down. chases refused to help pay to fix it. I do not recommend this place at all.

Last night my good friend calls me and says listen..... Hear that? I say yes it sounds like your tire is flat. She is quite concerned so her solution was to go faster because the sound went away the faster she went (bad idea). The next day she brings it to a friend of hers and discovers that she is missing 4 of her 6 lugs. Naturally she returns to this establishment where she had them rotated last because they obviously forgot to tighten the lugs. They give her some BS about her tire having a bubble and that causing enough vibration to cause all 6 lugs to loosen enough for 4 of them to fall off!!!! Fall off!!!!!!!!!! I'm not an expert on tires but I know that I have never heard of that happening. This girl could be the possible mother of my children some day! I don't know what the future holds for us but these clowns and their gross negligence nearly caused the death of her, and all possibilities of our hypothetical future together. This will not stand!!!!!!!!!! My hypothetical future children need their hypothetical future mother!!! I'm not saying you shouldn't go here. What I'm saying is they aren't to be trusted with your lug nuts, or your life, your family's lives, and hypothetical future family's lives. This will not stand! This is America! We have to protect each other from clowns like these trying to destroy our freedom, our hypothetical futures, and the very fabric of our society!

Charged me to fix my tire, tire pressure light came on not even ten miles down the road. Had to go to another place. The tire had not been fixed a nail was still in it.

Friendly staff, good prices, and fast work. Others said it would take days to get truck fixed but the guys at Chases had me fixed up in a day.
