Got a lifetime rotate and balance. I left store and traveled interstate to lunch. The vibration started at low 60s and got worse with speed. Circumstances wouldn't make an immediate return to Sams possible. I live 45 minutes from Sam's and took my truck to a local shop because it would be days before I could return to Pearl. They correctly balanced the tires, no vibration. Tech guy said all tires were out of balance, and some had weights on top of weights. Don't waste your $ and time.

The staff here are nice and explained things to me in detail. It was a simple battery change that didn't take long, but at the same time, I wish there was somewhere to sit down. If there was a simple seating area, this location would be immaculate.

Possibly the worst experience with a a tire center ever. There were 5 employees in the front area that tried their best to ignore me even though I was the only customer there. The one employee that did was rude and uninterested in helping. I left the get my tires at another location and am reconsidering my sams membership.

Chris in the tire department was awesome! He patched a tire for us even though we got there after hours. Helped us to get back on the road, otherwise we would have had to stay the night (we were just driving through Mississippi).

I've called a few times for the tire center in the last couple weeks and after being on hold for about 20 minutes each time they just hang up. Sad place. Big difference between Sams and Costco

Tried to get tires. Would of had to order them and wait. Went to another place had tires in within an hour and it was cheaper. Will not go back to Sam's club tire.

I did't buy any tires or had my worked on but I did shop at the store for some items I needed at my home. And I got what I intended to buy and saved some .
