They did a great job. The technician was extremely professional and friendly. Safelite took care of all the insurance paperwork making it a very seamless process. Additionally, the technician that responded was in constant contact with us providing information on his arrival time. Would highly recommend this company.

Voice machines!!!!! The worst invention of all time!!!! I had a 4pm appointment with them today, but I had to cancel it!! It's not my fault I can't get in touch with them to cancel. Why don't these idiots have a local number where you can speak to a person!!!!!!

This location has zero respect for your time. I made an appointment to have one chip repaired, arrived on time, and my vehicle was not touched after waiting over an hour. I saw several technicians sitting around on their phones, the office workers sitting around chit chatting, and I was literally the only customer in the store, yet no service. I approached an office worker and let her know I was going to go to another company, and only then did she attempt to check on my vehicle. I politely let her know there was no need to check because at that point I no longer wanted to do business with them. Completely unacceptable.

I had an appointment and arrived at the Pearl location at 7:30 when the facility was due to open. I was helped right away and sat down to wait for my windshield replacement. I ve been to the facility a few times before over the years and found it efficient and the work done to my satisfaction. On this occasion, however, my experience was exceptional. Natalie greeted me at 7:30 with a big smile after a Daylight time change weekend. That alone made my day! I was in my chair only a moment or so when I noticed the technician had already moved my SUV around to the back and shortly after got the text the work had commenced on my windshield.It takes 2 to 3 hours to replace and recalibrate, but about an hour and a half in, a nice gentleman came to my chair and told me the work was complete and they would recalibrate, and I d be on my way. I expressed my surprise at how quickly the work was done and he apologized for how long he thought it had taken! I was floored . Shortly afterward I had my papers, paid for the work and drove away. Everyone in the Pearl facility made my Monday begin on such a positive note that the rest of the day continued to flow beautifully. Thanks so much for the great customer service!

I got a brand new vehicle in 2023. A rock flew off of a dump truck and crack my windshield. I ve been back and forward to this place since September 2023 initially for a windshield repair. Ive had to return 2-3 time for wind pouring in heavily as I accelerate on the highway. It is 10 times WORSE when it is windy outside.The last time I took my windshield they said they did not find a problem. I did as soon as I got on the highway. Ultimately, Ive just settled with the wind pouring in because I don't have time to keep sitting in the establishment for an extended amount of hours.

I had an incident at 7 am on Sunday. I thought my friend could fix it, but he turned out to be out of town. I looked for another option came across Safelite. I got a quote and an appointment fast. I made an appointment Monday morning got it done that afternoon. The man texted me before he was on the way, which was extremely helpful since I was at a different location. He and his partner were very polite. Despite the humidity, they did their job fast; it looks incredible! Very thankful!

I was returning from Ft. Lauderdale and while driving through Hattiesburg, MS a rock hit my windshield and cracked it. I decided to purchase a new one but my friend told me that the crack could be fixed if the size of quarter or smaller.I went online to make an appointment. I decided to drive to store because I could get an appointment later that morning versus waiting the next day for someone to come to home.When I arrived there was no wait. The staff was very friendly. They guy took my car back and 15 minutes later it was complete. The total cost was $136.The lobby was clean and they have complimentary coffee and water for customers. It s a great location that s not on a busy street. Plenty of parking spaces. I definitely recommend using Safelite if windshield is cracked.Forgot to take before and after photo of crack. The worker explained that it was kinda deep so had to use material that would be slightly visible. They also lifetime warranty on work and form that explains outcomes etc.

S & B Trucking - we had a driver with a load that was in Booneville MO had a deer come through the windshield of a 2022 Peterbilt. Mr. Joe at the Coloumbus location handled everything promptly. Thanks ya'll for the AMAZING work!!!

They made 5 attempts to fix my drivers side window. 5 separate appointments made. On each attempt they either didn't have the right window, something was wrong with the window they had, or they just didn't have a window at all. After about a month of back and forth they are still unable to replace my window.

I stopped by to have a chip in my windshield repaired. I waited patiently for the individual to complete her phone call and told her what I needed. She then asked me a barrage of questions, which I answered, and then asked what date in the next week to week and a half would I like to come back. I expected a small repair to be done then - no return trip. I said I would get it done by someone else and left. When I had a glass repairman come to my house the next day, after calling him that morning, I found that Safelite had entered my information and had them making the repair. I had to correct this with my insurance company. Not happy with this experience.

From start to finish, this place was fantastic. It was the easiest thing I ve ever done with my car. I scheduled an appointment on the phone. The windshield was there when I arrived. The employees were very courteous and professional. Although they were covered up in cars, my wait seemed very short and I was out of there in no time. Safelite is the only way to go!

I was expecting to wait 2-3 hours but I was out the door in 1 1/2 hours. That included recalibration.I highly recommend Safelite

Pricing is comparable if not a little better than other locations. This location has a high level of customer service. Myself, and a few others like me that came in without appointments, were accommodated within a reasonable amount of time. The work done was excellent.

Arrived at 1 and it s now 415 and I m still waiting. I ve been here before with same car and it took 1 1/2hrs max. Nice front counter staff but I won t return here again given this experience. 5-10 people have come and gone while I ve waited.

Why can't we talk to a real person. Instead, the automated answer says. "I see you are calling from a smartphone, I'll text you a link to look up your item yourself." Well, of course I could not answer some of the questions....

They're Comically Incompetent. I made an appointment through their website, showed up on time, and came to find out that they didn't have a particular part to complete the work. On the drive home, they didn't properly close the hood of my car. I had to come back in the next week. It's a 1.5 hour drive to their shop. I came back for the appointment and found out after the 1.5 hour drive that they still didn't have the part. I will NEVER go to this or any Safelite ever again! I do not recommend using the services of this company ever.

I was going to give a good review until I spoke with someone named Nicole who ruined the experience. I spoke with her in the morning on 8/11/23 she was very rude. I simply asked if they got the broken glass out of the glove box as THEIR COMPANY told me they would pick up excess broken glass, and her rude reply was to tell me they are not a detail svc. I didn't ask to clean the car just the large chunks of VERY VISIBLE GLASS THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I put this review on Google, Yelp, and blogs because no one should have to be spoken to this way. She made an already difficult situation much worse and ruined the entire experience.

Just loved my first experience. The app works perfectly, set up my appointment, even found an $80 coupon on google , got $15 discount because of paying at the moment. Service was perfect.10 stars to the app and to all the staff there awesome job.

The only reason this is not a 1 is because of Cody, their tech. They were non responsive to their tech calling. Then told us that we need to wait another 12 days AFTER WAITING 2 WEEKS. They didn't bother asking what kind of glass needed replacing etc. So they didn't have it in stock. Plus they charged out the wazoo. Cody was the ONLY ONE who was professional, polite and knowledgeable. So if you LIVE around here, don't expect great fast service, however, if you're running through you are primary because money leaving and they want it.

You have to either go online or go through a million prompts to try to talk to someone on the phone. Why can't they just have someone pick up the phone and ask how they can help you. This is extremely frustrating and absolutely ridiculous to deal with. That is not customer friendly.

Waited a week to get in and was early for my appointment. Tech said I needed to have my camera replaced before a windshield could be put in. Went to the dealership and they said put in the windshield first. Went back to safelite and wss gone a total of twenty minutes and they refused to do it without another appointment. I had a three hour time slot booked.The manager, Lisa just didn t care that I had driven from out of town. They will be on my do not use list. I should have read all the negative reviews first.

This is the best glass replacement service we have ever had! My husband and I are traveling and they got us in and out and gave us a wonderful veterans discount. The customer service was the best ever!!!

Appointment was at 7am they took my audi a5 in at 7:10 and was done within a 1 hour but I noticed when i got home a whole hour and ahalf away one of my rims is scratched up its not a big deal bc its minor but fact the tech didn't mention it

If I could give Safelite negative stars, I would. Here it is, the day of my appointment. Haven't received a call, message, or email from this company. Appointment was between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., but I had to reschedule due to having another matter to address after no technician showed up. If I can find a local provider, prior to the next scheduled repair, I will gladly do so. This trash operation isn't worth the money that they thought they were going to get from me.

Have been here 3 times in the past several months. While I'm bummed they won't come out to Forest to do repairs, the service is great and quick. They replaced my windshield in about 40 minutes.
