The experience we had was great. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles that they are saling. If you want super nice and dependable vehicles please stop by and see Matt. They will do what they can to get you in the vehicle you want. They do trade in a well.

Found a truck that I really liked there online. Went there even test drove the truck . Everything is ok. the stars began to fall now tho. We had to bring back some financial documents the next day. The original sales guy was out, so we had to see another salesperson..very reluctantly after he lied about being the actual owner. I felt almost compelled to finish the transaction with him. He couldn't find the financial information we provided the day before so we had to leave and get the documents again(sigh)...then while we're out and about on this wild goose chase he called and said that he had gotten the documents from his fellow employee eventually...Got back to the delearship and we got shuffled around to two more different salespeople and each time I had to answer some of the same questions again. I'd rather deal with one person when I am shopping for a vehicle. While signing the documents, the last guy who closed the deal made the interaction tense at times, I would say. Every time I asked a question, he would pause .. it just felt like sign here sign here after a very brief explanation..Always read very thoroughly and understand fully what you are signing is my advice to anyone..We also purchased an extended warranty which would prove to be a crucial decision because once I drove off the lot the transmission broke about a mile away. It was so bad I had to park the truck and luckily there was someone following me and we went back to the delearship. I was upset but not irrate. They were all lounging on the porch, and I told them the truck had broken down the road and that it was the transmission. they just kinda looked at each other. Then I stood there about another 4-5 minutes while they discussed some other business..I still remained calm..that's when the guy who claimed he was the owner got a call and walked off..Out of frustration I said man I don't want this broke truck (in so many words)and that's when the one guy who closed the sale started by saying "I told you that was your truck once you drive it off the lot whether you have drove 5 miles or 5 min away"..So naturally I took exception to him speaking to me in this manner because well he was raising his voice and also he never spoke to us like that nor did he state it that way..He was angry because I complained about the truck tearing up and we exchanged some heated words..He even challenged me to a fight by asking me "what do I wanta do"...I knew that he gave me a bad vibe. My overall opinion of Nice Guys Auto is that good customer service isn't at the top of their list..Everything is ok until there is a problem..everyone is not meant to deal with the public..Pushy arrogant people are normally too intelligent (at least that's what they think) and they think that they are more smarter than you...not good in this type of service industry...Being polite is the best way to be..addressing your customer as "buddy" isn't good business ..

My Husband and I was looking for a family vehicle & found it here. Chad was so helpful with answering all of our questions. We didn t expect to buy that day, but it happened. We are pleased with purchase. If you are looking for salesmen who have patience, look no further.

Test-Driving the cars I was interested in with Gage was the best experience I've had with dealers in the past 2 years, hands-down. He's 23 but he knows what he's talking about with cars. To me it felt like I was riding with a best friend of mine rather than someone trying to blatantly appeal to me in order to sell a car. Never had a better experience driving a car with a dealer than Gage of Nice Autos LLC. Even if no sale was made due to how late in the day it was, he didn't seem mad or peeved about it and was more than willing to accommodate me as a customer by giving me his information for a future visit. I cannot highly recommend him enough as a top tier salesman and employee.- Tim

Thanking God for my new car & my amazing car salesman! Carter , he worked diligently with me for a week with my busy work schedule , I got approved and my 2017 Nissan Murano I love it . This was my original rate until I knew better!!!!!But below it is the latest!!!Nice friendly and accommodating bunch. If you re looking for a good dependable ride head on down to pearl and my peeps will hook you up I purchased a What I thought. Good car from Nice Auto in Pearl Ms PURCHASED straight out $27,000 when I test drive it i noticed. Something about the truck but the seller assured me that it was nothing all Yukons sound like that they just need to warm up. how about I drove the truck for a week it started shifting strange called back to the dealer to tell them they told me I purchased the truck as is and I could take it to a mechanic and I know u glad u purchased a extended warranty. I was like this can t be real Yes took it to a transmission shop that they recommended and lord behold the truck needed a new transmission PRE EXISTING PROBLEM The wack warranty only paid $800 dollars and I had to come up off of $5000 additional dollars . This isn t right I ve been trying to contact Nice Auto but haven t been able to speak to anyone . So. Moral of this story if you hear or notice something wrong. Please don t over look it and have the salesman tell you oh it s nothing leave it and go somewhere else . I think Nice Auto Pearl Ms. should have footed that bill didn t ride but a week sad. Sad sad and bad business

I found a vehicle on the internet and went to Nice Autos in Pearl, Ms with no actual intention on making a vehicle purchase. I simply wanted to see what the vehicle looked like and if the vehicle description matched what was advertised ( It was Saturday and I was being nosey ). I have to say the staff at Nice Autos was more than nice and accommodating. They were not pushy and patiently explained the purchase process and my options to me . They also worked all the financing out while I waited and offered me several vehicle options. They allowed me to tell them what I wanted and worked within those parameters. Needless to say, my intentional nosey drive by resulted in the purchase of a 2015 Infiniti QX80. Yes, I could have opted for a newer or different model but this was along the lines of what I wanted and they made it happen. This vehicle was large enough and had the features we needed. The payments were also extremely reasonable. They even stayed after hours for me. I would definitely recommend Nice Autos. If you re looking for a person touch and that small town atmosphere but still want a great selection of vehicles check them out.
