I am highly dissatisfied, at the moment with this facility and/or institution. I have had my car serviced at the Pearl, Ms location two times, however, I have now had my car for only a week. I spent $1,960 to have everything serviced that was malfunctioning on my vehicle. I have never had these lights come on EVER, until now. I am a college student, as well as a single father. I allowed the body shop to have my vehicle for a month. There is no reason that my vehicle should be reading I have 0% oil and engine running hot. I am so upset I had to tow my vehicle back home because it wouldn't give enough power to continue. I am a already struggling college student and single father; I have enough responsibility as is and this have added more, because I would have to still make another tow payment to get it pulled to the shop again to get it serviced for something that was suppose to have never happened. I am so dissatisfied at the moment.Update: I spoke to Clark at the shop and he was very rude and distasteful. He said to me we can only do certain things with the vehicle not all. He then asked why didn't I check it, I told him I was driving on the Interstate with my son and I should not have to check it because that's what I paid for to be service and he specifically said that they were waiting to get my rims back to test drive it, which is why my vehicle was at the location another two days after my scheduled pick up time, even after a month of being at the location. I said excuse me, he continued yelling & also said are you bringing the vehicle so I can check it or not. I told him I absolutely will, but I now do not trust him to work on anything for me after that rude and non-chalant attitude he had. I would have to spend another $250 to get a tower to pull my vehicle more money from me and my sons pockets that we can not afford. This is becoming a huge percentage that is slowly causing my mental health to go down hill. I have never been rude to anyone here his poor customer service will cause this business to lose many potential return customers. I had to contact consumer relations and further the situation due to his level of disrespect. His role at the shop should be reevaluated, because you can not be working for the public and have such a nasty attitude, now it's the Midas brand integrity & trust that is starting to be examined.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

It was a Horrible Experience to say the least. I came in for a muffler exchange and a pipe welded and left with a gaping hole in my exhaust and a horribly loud exhaust noise. The guy that did the welding was continuously looking at his watch, undoubtedly not wanting to be at work. It took him 4 tries of lowering the car, cranking it, hearing the noise, and raising it back up to weld on it further just to leave it unfinished since it was closing time (2pm). He pulled the car around front and acted like nothing was wrong, but then casually mentioned that I needed more piping and more labor cost to complete the job since my older piping was worn out. Not True. I have pictures to prove it.|When I checked later, there were 2 welding rods stuck on the weld, a gap between the pipes, and a gaping hole on top of the original pipe about an inch in diameter.|So, I walk inside to speak with manager Stephanie. I asked her why it wasn t finished and she gave me the same BS as the inept welder and told me to come back Monday morning (when I have to work). She had a horrible attitude huffing and puffing and knocking things around at the register. She charged me over ~ $84 dollars in labor and ~$12 for the new piping used. There was NO apology, there was NO discount, and there was NO reason she could give me for not finishing the job; the job that the welder said would take an extra 15 mins.Why would you allow a job go unfinished and still charge the customer an outrageous fee for doing NOTHING but making my exhaust worse? Why would you be trying to rush out the door with a job half-assed finished? Why would you have such an attitude with the customer after making them wait 4hrs? How would you have the gall to charged extra for fixing a problem you created? How could you have such a terrible business ethic and still be open for business? I don t understand. They did install the muffler though...crooked.All in all, I had a horrible experience and will NEVER go back.PLEASE BEWARE, you could be next.

We're from out of town and couldn't find anywhere lower than $2500....Their team saved us over $1000 and was able to get us home....safe!!!! Thank Y'all So Much....Especially Ms. Stephanie!!!!

While traveling across country, I was having issues with my truck suspension. Staff was very attentive to my concerns. I got there close to opening on a Monday morning and they got my truck in right away. Did a safety assessment and said I should be confident in driving home. Didn t try and sell me work or pressure me. Very straightforward & honest. If I lived here, this would be my shop!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took my RV and dropped it off to have ALL tires balanced and also change oil & filter. When I picked up my RV, they couldn't balance my rear wheels because they didn't have a jack... or so they said. Then I decide to check my new oil and it looks dirty, i look a little closer and the oil filter is still on it. I just left, I didn't want them touching my coach after that. included is pics

I have a positive experience EVERY single time! They don't try to rip their customers off. Mr. Clark and Stephanie have the best customer service hands down!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I originally set up appointment online and per site they are to contact you within 30 minutes. Nobody did. The receptionist is VERY rude. They quoted one price over phone then attempted to charge another. VERY RUDE FRONT DESK WORKERS. Sent my old tires to salvage without asking then got upset when I asked for them back. JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THROUGHOUT.Services: Tires, Tire rotations

Went in because my preferred repair shop was full. My tail light was not working correctly and my drivers door handle was loose. They were able to get me in quick and diagnosed both issues. Parts had to be ordered so chose to use a shop closer to home ( the Midas in Ridgeland). They were so nice and didn t even charge me for the diagnosis. The Team at Midas in Pearl did an awesome job on my 1980 Corvette. This is a classic car with a high-end paint job and I was concerned about the care and attention to detail but these guys knocked it out of the park! Had my check engine light go off while on a cross country trip. Clark was extremely helpful with checking out the code, and even went above and beyond to check on my engine and top off my oil. Great customer service.

Lord don't take your car there if it doesn't crank. I had my timing belt jump. Had it towed in on Monday. They told me it would be seen on Tuesday Morning. They kept putting it off and putting off and making excuses as to why they cannot see it yet. I ended up calling this morning and talked to a man instead of the normal very nice desk lady. This man was RUDE as all get out. Told me they won't work on non running vehicles until they have worked on all running vehicles first. Which means if my car was next to be seen and Jimmy bring in his car for an oil change it pushes me back AGAIN. Lord know when my car will be seen or if it ever will.Service: Engine repair

Said I needed another motor because gaskets were blown and that was the reason van runs hot. My neighbor asked why van being towed. I told him what they said he is x retired mechanic checked everything it was 18 dollar thermostat. Instead of 5,000 dollar engine they was going to charge me. My vehicle run like a brand new Lexus.

i came in telling them about a noise in my car. i asked them to look at it and tell me what they thought it could possibly be. they told me it was the transmission mount, sway bar links, and struts. i told them to go ahead and fix it because i assumed that was the problem because they told me it was. i paid 1300$ and when i got it back i immediately heard the same noise again. i took it in again and the lady at the front desk had such a bad attitude. i m also very upset i spent all this money when the problem wasn t solved and now i have to spend even more! i feel like they just randomly fixed parts of the car they assumed it could be rather than actually getting to the issue.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I got my Volkswagen beetle worked on here. The guys here were so nice and worked hard on my car. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that I had to bring the car back after it started leaking oil, but they fixed it right away no questions asked.

These are good folks. Comfortable chairs for waiting & free coffee & wifi. Once I was waiting for my car when a rather automobile-helpless, elderly lady came in. Clark gave her good advice and tried to save her money. After she left I told him how much I appreciated hearing that!

We are evacuated from Hurricane Laura, and they took us in immediately to service our truck so that we could get back on the road again back to SW Louisiana. Clark is the best with southern hospitality and vehicle knowledge.

I go here for all my auto work needs and it s the best place to get all your auto repair work done. They do everything you need on any kind of vehicle, and if they can't they are honest and will let you know they can't.

Manager was very friendly. However, the oil change took 50 minutes. One I paid and left, there was oily fingerprints on my empty wallet and on my water bottle. Someone had clearly rubbed his oily fingers across the part of the bottle where I drink. When confronted, the manager apologized but had no idea how it could have happened.

Closed at 530, I called at 4:45 to ask if I could get a tire fixed(had a blowout had to purchase a new tire) was told they didn't have time to sale me a new tire and mount it on a rim( rim was in the back of my truck)
