Been calling for 30 minutes. Nasty lady answering and sending to an extension that I believe rings behind the building. She CANT DO RETAIL. Ok we established that but can you get a human to assist a paying customer. Guy answers and place you on hold and never picks back up. Is it just when a female calls or .well that s it son called and got immediate help.
