Nice big store. Plenty of selection available and fairly clean and organized. The store could use some updating and modernization. One has to wonder through the back store room full of boxes and merchandise to find the bathrooms which are sorely in need of being cleaned and redone. Sales people and floor staff are always under staffed. Finding someone to ask a question of or request assistance is nearly impossible unless you happen to get really lucky.

I love going here to get great deals on tools!! I got to say the staff has been really fantastic lately too. You wouldn't really expect it out of a bargain store, but they are really nice.

I mean it's harbor freight. What can you say? They are all fundamentally the same all over the states. Some are in better locations than this one, some in a lot worse. This one was clean at least and the staff was friendly.

The management here is awsome. The computer system was down the day that I visited but it did not affect the store. The management took our information down on a pen and paper and calculated our totals on a cell phone and still made our transactions like it wasn't anything. I received an email the next day of my receipt from the purchase that I made the day before. You really can't beat service like this.

Store manager should be fired! I tried to return a generator with the receipt within their return time but instead of just doing the return he decided to threaten me saying we better not come back again. I ll make sure I go to Home Depot better quality and employees won t try and call you a thief!Update my gf bought the generator when I needed it for work and she wasn t able to make it up there for the return.

I personally like Harbor Freight and i have had good experiences with their tools, i am still using a set of straps that i bought 8 years ago, i know some say bad things about their tools, but i have several from there that work great for me. I just bought a 3 ton rolling jack from there and it is working great. Alot of the tools had lifetime warranty, so even if it did break you could replace it.

When shopping here, we found that the ad items that were listed in the paper were NOT on the sales floor. If you're sending out your ads to your customers, harbor freight, you need to carry the items.

If you want good deals year round on anything tool wise harbor freight is the place to go. Not only that but the staff are more than polite and are also extremely helpful.

If you're not married to uniformity, Harbor Freight carries great tools at a very reasonable price. It's also conveniently located right next to Kroger!

The store is OK. Most of the employees have no idea what your talking about, so they are no help locating something you need. But there are a few employees who have helped me and were an absolute pleasure to be around. It's always a good thing when someone actually enjoys their job.

We waited for like 45 mins on help for wall paper glue. Was given the wrong glue twice by another worker. The manager had to tell us that it was the wrong glue. Then we we asked the manager to come and show us. I guess he didn t feel like walking to the back to show us so he stated that he think that they re out. If you know that you are out of a certain items why keep sending the customer back there instead of providing assistance? So unprofessional.

One of my favorite stores! You'll get a fiendly greeting upon entering, and friendly help when you need it. I buy a lot of things here that I need. I always buy my tools here. And, I buy household batteries here too, because not only are they a really good price, they last a long time too. This store has items you think they might not have. Next time you're just driving around, stop in and look at all they have. You'll be pleasantly surprised! Conveniently located next to Kroger on Highway 80 in Pearl, Mississippi. And on Frontage Road West in Ridgeland Mississippi. And nextdoor to Walmart on County Line Road in Ridgeland. You'll enjoy shopping in any of their stores, anywhere.
