This was the best repair experience I have ever had! I called this morning and they came today and replaced the broken glass in our French door while they were here. They cleaned up the broken glass too!! They were extremely professional, courteous and efficient! I can t say enough good about them! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and will call them for any glass needs in the future!! Glad I found them!!

Mitzi Wynn was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very professional as my sales representative. I also enjoy the atmosphere at this location and the awesome job the tech did replacing my car window.

Not really sure about this company they came out gave a verbal quote for one not very professional at all seemed a bit rushed also the remarks they were stating seemed very one sided, but I will not go into details at all. Never gave me anything in writing, I had to ask for a card.

It was going to be a couple of days before they could get by. Due to the weather and my father's disabilities, they were able to make arrangements to come the next day. I truly appreciated them for taking care of him quicker.

I called this morning and they were able to get us worked in to have the glass swap out on a unit. Missy was very nice and helpful and Chad did a great job. We will definitely use them again.

The company that I contract through asked me to find a glass company. What I found was so much more. The level of professionalism and courtesy shown to us by this company was beyond exemplary. Glass Doctor sets the standard by which all companies should treat customers. Everything they did they did with purpose. They showed up when they said they would. They did exactly what they promised. I could not be more impressed. I will myself personally recommend them to anyone with any window or glass issues. They simply are the best that I have dealt with in a very long time. Thank you Glass Doctor for your help in completing our project in a timely fashion.

Brought them an old car I'm getting repainted, they found the oem molding for me, called back as they said, got the molding in, made me an appointment and I was in and out in 1.5hrs......won't go anywhere else from now on.

This was my first experience with Glass Doctor & it was one of the best experiences I ve had with a locally owned business. Wade was very professional and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure that my vehicle was taken care of. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that needs their windows replaced.

The service was great. Wayne was very nice and took care of my ridewith such professionalism. Five stars all around. The pay was within budget and having a 12 month warranty helps as well. Nice job Glass Doctor. I'm telling all my Co workers.

They beat every quote that I received from other glass places. I called late Thursday afternoon, and they came to replace my windshield on Friday, while I was at work. They showed up early and completed the job in less than a hour. I will recommend them and continue to use them. 10/10.

My experience with The Glass Doctor was a pleasant one. From setting my appointment up until the installation was very professional. Mitzi kept me always informed about appointments and my technician Brandon was very polite and professional and did a wonderful job on the replacement of my window and Glass door. When we had window damage at our 100+ year old home, we called the Glass Doctor to install the wavy glass we bought in Jackson. They came out, and the install went smooth as silk!!! The wood frame windows damage from one of our Southern thunderstorms was no match for the glass doctor!!!
