Prompt and helpful, willing to help. I scheduled an appointment over the phone with an offsite agent, but that did not go into the system, not the first time! Nonetheless, store manager went above and beyond to accommodate me and replace tire, just before store closing. Took care of bureaucracy with rental car company. Thank you!
