Great place e very friendly people working here and very knowledgeable mechanics working here. Good there late Friday night first thing Sat. talked to service man and had me in shop first thing Monday morning had some of the work done and truck back together for me to sleep in and had rest of parts on Tues. Truck was done and ready to roll when they said it would be. Great job yall. Thank you and would recommend you to anyone

Had great service from Dobbs in Jackson,Ms. and Shreveport, La. both friendly and professional. RecommendHighly. Kevin did a great job getting us in quickly and Austin did great on getting us fixed and down the road.

Look like what they did I m never see like it s doing dealers they was cleaning my DPF filters pay almost 2800$ after 4K miles broke down again and I know pay for it s bolt 130$

Well I had another excellent experience here at Dobbs Peterbilt. This is the second Dobbs dealer I have visited and I will tell you they service and friendliness is consistent.I absolutely love working with this dealership.They have my longterm business. Do not think twice if you are in need of service, they are all top notch and take the time to do it right the first time.

They were professional and did a great job on my truck. They did everything I needed them to do and they didn't try to upsell anything that wasn't needed. They brought me back into the shop to look at the additional parts that needed to be replaced instead of just telling me that they needed to be done. The mechanic who worked on my truck, did a great job and got the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them, just understand that they are busy and may not be able to get to you right away as they have a lot of work that's backed up.

I m a lady trucker with a poor verbal English communication but was not a problem to find a professional people, starting at service office advisors and the really competent technicians (Devon Wicker) he did a great job in a timely manner. If I need again the service I will try get you. Congratulations you are the most honest service shop I have ever met.

Called 2 days before I arrived to make appointment. Arrived when I said would they did exactly what they said would rolled in got on to work on right away.didn't take them long and I was on my way. Fast and friendly.better than most shops I've been to.good parts people too.

Well it took couple weeks to figure out the problem with my peterbuilt, had to get Pacar involved. Very nice people, clean drivers lounge ,coffee. Hotel just across road Sleep Inn manager Jim can t beat this man .Know they did there best and fastest ,just wish they d communicate with you little better as to what s going on .

Needed bunk blower motor replaced, was afraid of a long drawn out process. Called Mike at 9:00 am, arrived at shop around 10:00 am. Was repaired and out the door by 12:30 pm same day. Great people, great service, clean building. Overall a great experience!

The story as to why they haven t gotten to my truck for two days has changed. They blame the towing company for not putting the truck in the right place the first day, and when the towing company returns the driver can t find anyone to give him direction. Now today the story has changed to there being 3-4 trucks ahead of me. What happened to customer service? Honesty?

Quick check in for repair Part not in location had to order. With all the electronics on new trucks parts should be in stock. Not dealers fault something Peterbilt needs to address

I had a problem with my electrical that love's truck care in Mississippi didn't do properly.It led my truck to be completely dead on the middle of the highway after they "supposedly" fixed it. Had my truck towed to Dobbs Peterbilt to finally get the real problem fixed.These people know their stuff. Had my truck repaired next day.

They were easy to get on the phone and said they could get us in as soon as we got there. Drivers lounge was nice and comfortable and with the heat it was nice no one gave us a bad time about bringing our dog in. Had a bit of a wait but the mechanic was excellent, very knowledgeable and came and talked to me about what he found. For the work i had done i feel it was very reasonably priced.

Ok I know it took me a month to get around to writing this sorry. On on the night of 23 Dec I hit a deer and broke a power steering cap and had a hard time keeping fluid in truck. I ordered parts to repair it .Parts department said they would be there till 6pm Christmas Eve so I went 150 miles out of route to get parts to get home. I arrived 530 pm everyone was gone . To say i was upset is a understatement I was trying to get home for Christmas. I wondered around Dobbs Peterbilt and saw only 1 person in a office working on a computer. I went in and met Kevin Topik (service writer) I explained my situation and he went above and beyond anything I expected at this point , we went and searched parts area and found my parts all ready to go (prepaid). In todays culture we drivers get used and abused regularly it was a nice and unexpected surprise to to treated so well. Thanks Kevin for your help I made it home no problem

Took 3 weeks on my truck; costing me money. Didn't replace my shocks on the front end when they did an alignment. Plus my steering wheel is at the 11 o'clock position in order to steer straight. I'll never be going back there.

I showed up here at Dobbs peterbuilt and let me tell you. These folks are the nicest most caring people I have ever meet. Ken and Greg were very professional even when I wasn't. Thank God. I come here from freightliner so you guys know what that's like. I am humble just knowing that there are still good people left in this evil world we call home. I could never thank you guys enough. Good job of communication with the driver, staff was friendly & polite, clean facility, fixed the issue quickly once it was identified. Trailer drop was easy to access.

Truck was at this dealership for 2 months. Couldn't get an accurate assessment of what was going on with my repairs. Had a service manager admit his mechanic was incompetent and had to get a new mechanic on the repairs. Finally got the truck back and 180 miles later I am broke down again.

Worst shop experience ever!!! Truck sat over a month. Said I couldn t use parts that I got from another peterbilt for cheaper. Added parts we didn t need to the bill that they never put on. Have an excuse every time I called about they truck. Everybody was always on lunch. We never go back there again!

Dobbs Peterbilt Jackson is my go to shop when I'm in need, a lot of customer's complain and get angry,but I pray and realize it more than me needing repair work done,I don't mind paying for great service,Dobbs will take care of youThanks for your service

I LOVE these guys. Fast, friendly service. Always courteous and VERY knowledgeable. I call this dealership when I have questions or problems with my truck no matter what state I'm in. Of course I buy my parts and get work done when I'm in town. Keep up the GREAT job guys.

Poor service, were told parts didn t come in, then told they didn t even check and then told parts were in stock all along. 3 days for a 4 hour job.

Great service they worked me in for a blower motor and it took longer for my company to process payment than it did for the repair lol... If ya have a trailer find a place to stash it first though their trailer drop area is a tight fit

Had a problem with the def system and after 2 wiring harnesses and waiting for 2 weeks to get repaired. We go to get the truck and it's completely dead, had to ask to get it jumped started. If it just got finished with repairs and a road test why was the batteries dead?? Hopefully they actually fixed the problem with the truck or it will be taken somewhere else.
