They won t fix your stuff properly because they fix one thing and something else wrong and plus you going to be waiting on them the whole time because they very hesitate getting you a rental or a new car. Its a waste of money and time. They deserve 0 stars but I can t send it off unless I put at least 1

Wanted to rate ZERO my wife hasnt had the car a year and most of that time it's been sat up. She's currently in a hospital bed being sick with COVID for a month and then losing our twins! Still IVE MADE THE PAYMENTS I called asking for them to switch it from Mondays to Fridays which is the day I get paid I get told NOOkay then we're in a scare thinking I'm going to lose my wife after just losing our kids THEY REPO IT. I already told them the car needs to be fixed . Did they pick it up then he'll no they waited until a Monday!Now I promise my wife loved to refer people here and I'm telling everyone DON'T not to mention they'll sell you a car 2x it's value andI'm waiting to speak with someone named ANDY hoping I can bring the money to get my wife's car back or I promise they'll see me in court.

WOW !! MS SHERRY AND MS APRIL WERE AMAZING !!!! GREAT FRIENDLY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND I DROVE AWAY WITH MY CAR. EVERYTHING WAS VERY DETAILED AND THEY ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD AND TOOK THERE TIME. MADE ME FEEL GOOD ABOUT SPENDING MY MONEY

I had to have some maintenance done on my car covered by their insurance that I bought and even though it was heartbreaking not to have my vehicle for a spell, their cheerful attitude made it easier to bare and $50 deductible was comforting too

This is the first and last time I will ever purchase a vehicle from Byrider. I have only had this vehicle for 8 months and I ve had it in the shop twice. If you re going to sell a used vehicle to someone, how about you make sure everything actually works and is up to date. The staff in the shop also act like they barely know what they are doing.

I m so disappointed in Byrider. The customer service from CNAC and the Mechanic at the Pearl Service Center is good but this my 3rd attempt in 30 days to take my Ford Escape in for servicing for the same issues to not be fixed. My coolant/antifreeze keeps leaking somewhere after the radiator cap being replaced, the reservoir replaced and hose system replaced still a leak because I have to refill antifreeze almost every 24 hours. I called in last Friday after picking up my car from the service center the Tuesday prior with concerns of still smelling burning rubber/oil/engine while driving the car and coolant level dropping below minimum line they said it could be temperature expanding and pressure releasing but if it keeps causing problems just bring it back in well that s just it, I can t afford to have my car in the weeks at a time each time I bring it in to be told there s no loaner vehicle for my troubles how am I supposed to get to work or run routine household errands but yet I am expected to continue to pay for warranty ins. and car note biweekly on time but it is a hassle to have a running and operable car. This is not right.

A couple of weeks ago I was in the market for a car. I'm only twenty (nineteen at the time) and it was very hard for me to find somewhere that would finance me. I went to Byrider & met Katherine, who was so sweet and actually had a couple of cars on the lot I was approved for. Although I didnt want any of the cars on the lot she reassured me that they get cars every day and she would give me a call if she happened to find anything I would like. Just so happen later on that day I received a call from Katherine saying she had a Fusion she thought I would be interested in. The next day I test drove the car & took it home. If you want someone honest, helpful, and friendly Katherine is your girl! Shewas amazing & worked with me on and through everything! Thank you Bryider!

Not a good car place they take to long to fix your car if it break down they have had my friend car for 3 weeks now and still haven't fix it yet bad business. So if you get a car from them take it to someone else to fix it thanks. She pay her car not faithfully every 2 weeks and they can't get her car fix sad as heck will never get a car here.

WENT TODAY N WAS $4.50 SHORT(YES $4.50) OF BEING APPROVED!!!ANDY IS A RUDE HORRIBLE PERSON N IF HE DONT LIKE YOU THEN YOU NOT GETTING APPROVED CNAC CAN DO BETTER THATS WHY THEY GOT SO MANY BAD REVIEWS DO NOT BUY FROM JD BYRIDER THEY SELL LEMONS AND LIE ABOUT THE CONDITION THAT THE LEMON IS SOLD IN

Byrider Pearl Staff is Magnificent.Katharine is a 10. She helped me in the Most Fantastic Way securing me a ride! Kattie is immaculate! Thanks Byrider, I'm convinced the hireling of Staff will remain duty fulfilling to all Byriders. I'm now a Starstruck Byrider. If I could give zero stars I would. Within having this car for 2 months the lug nuts fall off more than 3 times. They told me they would give me new tires and they ended up putting old tires on. Couple months later driver side window not letting down and a/c went out. My alternator went out as well had to get that fixed as well. A couple weeks ago my back passenger tire starts shaking when you go over 30 miles took it to the shop I had to pay 234 dollars for a part because where the axle is bent in. Now that I am getting my car worked on I get told my frame is rotten and it has a crack in it. Which is not drive-able for the road. I have been paying my car note faithfully every 2 weeks for the pass year of having it just to be not driving my vehicle for the last 2 weeks. I have proof and receipts of the damages. Do not shop at jd byrider if you want to be stranded or out of thousands of dollars trying to get a lemon fix. They will be hearing from me Monday

I understand that there are certain rules in an agreement, and by no means is it wrong to stick to those rules BUT the rudeness and hostility the employees have here is ridiculous. The customer is not always right but they still deserve a certain level of respect especially when that customer is not rude to begin with. Managers, You really need to listen to the phone recordings to hear how your customers are being talked to.

They sell me a car I had for a MONTH then BOOM transmission went out on me. Yes, lucky I have a warranty. They told me they going to get it to the transmission shop on Mon. So rn I'm thinking that it is already in the shop bc it's Thursday. I called to get some updates on the vehicle. Tell me why the person told me Alright I have to say that I thought it'll be going that last Mon just passed for the appointment but it was the next Mon . I'm trying to see how u forget...??!! Yes, I understand that it a lot of car problems up to the car service shop and that u trying to get the job done. I was having belief I to get it back soon as possible. But rn ig not. I'm really upset. Then I still have to pay the note that I will not drive in for two weeks. This is ridiculous fr and irritates me. That car problem is not my problem to continue to pay to get it fixed fr.

I was a little disappointed due to when I bought the car they told me it was under warranty no matter what was wrong with it or what happened to it within 24,000 miles or 2 years whichever comes first I go today and they tell me my Cadillac converter is going bad that I need to replace it but it's not covered under my warranty that's wrong because they told me everything was covered under my warranty when I bought it now they're saying it's not
