Big 10 Tire Pros is the place to go.. I use two locations and have received nothing but great service, courtesy and knowledge .. upgraded wheels and tires on my truck and went on recommendations from Jason the staff and couldn t be happier .. has a lift done and rides perfectly..Thanks to all the staff and Big 10 tire pros are my go to

Was quoted $550 and with another coil pack added, total would be $649. I agreed. Then was later told they didn t add the labor on. So it ended up being $883. Drove by after hours and found my vehicle with the hood up in a multi-day severe storm. I put the hood down and called Big 10. They thought it was funny that it stormed under my vehicle. Then, when I went to pick my vehicle up, the bulb was missing from under my hood. I was told they left it on the seat by mistake. They did not. They also broke the hose on the heater coil, so they just bypassed it because the break caused it to leak coolant. Then I discovered they broke my overdrive button and I found it on the floorboard. I m a senior on a fixed income and this place is ridiculous. I m contacting an attorney and would not advise anyone to use Big 10! They are con artistUPDATE:After writing this review, the District Manager, George Bennett called and agreed to make things right. He was apologetic, understanding, and helpful. I appreciate that and will return knowing that if mistakes are made, there is someone who cares to correct it.

They were prompt and helpful and talked to me and even suggested ways to be able to take off my tires quicker if I was stuck on side of the road. Great guys from manager to the staff. Ty!

Outstanding Service!! After 3 years, 2 sets of tires(Firestone from factory, replaced with Michelins) still had a vibration NO ONE could find. Bought a set of Toyo Open Country here and the Technician diagnosed my issue of having 2 warped rims. Both rears at 29# road force balancing. I was called in the shop and shown the warped rims on the balance machine. After countless visits to 4 different tire shops, Big 10 Pearl was the only shop that could find my vibration issue. These guys are fantastic and their shop guy who mounts and balances tires knows his stuff. He is the BEST!! I highly recommend Big 10 in Pearl MS!!

Sad that this was the only place I could find, after calling around to multiple places, to work on my lifted truck. They always get my tires aligned and balance just right.

My son-in-law recommended Big 10 Tire Pros and Accessories on Hwy 80 in Pearl for front-end work. My 2011 Chevy Cruze was making a noise whenever I would turn left or right. They examined it and said that the bearings in the left wheel hub were bad. They also told me that I needed the front brake pads replaced, something that I knew would have to be done soon. They did an excellent job with my car and I highly recommend them. Thank you for your excellent service!Bruce Robertson, Braxton

This is the best tire shop I've seen around. The build was neat and clean. I was escorted to a waiting room with coffee and vending machines. Within 20 minutes my tire was replaced and I was back on the road. Lastly, the first reason to choose Big 10 is their prices. I'm happy with the service and kindness I was shown. Thanks again.

Parrish Patrick was who helped me! He made sure I knew all the details answered all my questions and I will do business again there because of him. Extremely knowledgeable and I appreciate him taking time to go over everything with me. He was patient and kind. I had the best experience ever thanks to him. I would give him 10 stars if I could.I did not have to wait when I first went in and when I took my truck for new tires and alignment it was done fast. I thought it would take all afternoon but it didn't and he called to let me know what was going on and everything. Big big help. Being a woman I feel like he didn't try to get over on me like some places I've been too. He was just very helpful and I can not say how thankful I am. I never felt rushed. He took time for all my many questions and I had a lot of course. Thank u Parrish Patrick I will be back to do more to my truck because of u..I fully recommend Big 10 Tires!!!

This place is awesome. Have used them for tires several times. Low tire pressure light was on, and after putting air in tires. Would not go off. Stop by and 5hey checked air again. Fixed problem, and no charge.

I went in for a tire check today, after a bad experience from another tire company. They told me to relax and they would take of everything. The kindness from the staff was excellent. I will definitely come back to them

Very professional staff customer service was excellent from the whole staff. Everything was done in a timely manner as they stated, and the cost was very reasonable. Cause my car is driving so much better. I receive an alignment today. Thanks again.

Walked in the store....Parrish took care of a cut tire with a replacement while I waited and sent me on my way.....about all I can say. Quick friendly service, fair price don't get any better than that.

Went in for an oil change when Shane was there. He and his guys were very helpful! Learned I needed new tires and an alignment. Went back again for my tires and alignment and Parrish helped me that time and he was also a great help! Dropped my car off early morning and it was ready before lunch time. Also as a young girl, I didn t feel like I was being talked into spending more money (either times) just so they could profit! They were all a great help and will be going back for future service!

One of the best 4x4 truck stores in the country. Converted my excursion. They outfitted my vehicle for heavy loads found some front end issues and fixed and made an old vehicle drive like new! Highly recommend.

This Big 10 location in pearl are the best , I had trouble with on of there location they wouldn t help me or fix the problem that I had on my truck , but when o called this location and ask the gentleman said stop by and my manager and I will take a look , they helped me out order the parts called me when they arrived, I pulled up this morning 20 minutes later my truck looks and ride better then ever, I will recommend this location to anyone. Thanks Big 10

Best service I ve ever received by far!! I work in customer service and if Brad ever needs a job I ll hire him. I called first thing in the morning with an odd tire size, Brad found the tires I needed and had them there within the hour. Got 4 new tires, an oil change and an alignment all done in a little over an hour. First time I had ever been to there new location and will most definitely be back!

So thankful for Big 10 in Pearl! Make sure you meet Brad! He s amazing!!!!!! After having issues with a previous tire shop, He went over and beyond to help me and make sure I left happy. Thanks to Brad, they definitely earned a new customer! And my family now has a new place to go where they for sure will be taken care of! Thanks guys

I have bought two sets of tires and had multiple other mechanic stuff done. They are always kind and honest. Great place to go. Shout out to Shane and Tashia for making a great experience for us. I will always use them for my vehicle maintenance and needs!!!

Good alignment at a fair price on my 97 Dodge dually. Toshia runs a tight ship and Parrish is a pleasure to deal with. I ll be bringing my other vehicles here for service.
