Brittany from the Pearl location was working in Canton on 12/17/23. I had to purchase brake fluid and wipers. Brittany was extremely nice and courteous. When I made it to her register and asked her about the brake fluid, she was very knowledgeable. She also took me to where it was located. Help me with my wipers and walk me outside to put the wipers on my car. Brittany was awesome. I had a great experience with her today!!!!

It was great to shop this location. Didn't have to wait. They checked my battery, starter, and alternator. Unfortunately, I had to replace the alternator. They had it and the belt in stock. Fast friendly service. I will be back and recommend this store! Thanks, guys!

The short black lady in the grey shirt working at 5:45pm on September 3rd 2023 refused to accept my wheel bearing because "it look like it come off the car". This bearing is brand new, shiny all over, in the box, with the receipt. And she acted like I was trying to cheat her. She obviously has no business working in an auto parts store if she 1: can't respect her customers and 2: has no idea what a 200,000 mile wheel bearing off a car actually looks like. This will be the last time I spend money with autozone.Edit: 10 minutes later I returned the bearing at autozone in brandon, staff was very friendly, talked to me about music and was just all around a pleasant experience. Autozone shouldn't staff people like that lady in pearl. She was the only one at the store too, so it shouldn't be hard to find out who she is. Long hair black lady about 5 feet tall. She needs to learn that if she doesn't want to take a return, to say that instead, I could have accepted that, but telling a customer that she thinks they are returning something used off a car is insulting and unprofessional. The other store obviously had better sense than her. 200,000 mile wheel bearings don't come off shiny and clean. They come off covered in solid rust and covered in grease. I'm a mechanic by trade at mavis tire and brakes. We have a huge account with autozone and we've already started to slow down on ordering parts for them due to them taking 5 hours to deliver parts when oreilly and advance both get parts to us within the hour. Just all around bad management.

Great Customer Service And thanks to the guy who replaced my gas cap. Ran a test on my car and found that it's been a bad sensor causing alot of my issues in my car. No thanks to all the Not Mechanics in Raleigh, MS. They need to stay out from under a hood and out from underneath them too!! UghhhBut Goo Autozone!! Fact

Most the time I have good experience but this time was not so good.has wax labeled on sale had a sign in front of the item.but get to check out he said it wasn't on sale we walked to it..it clearly said on sale.but he said it was miss labeled.i said just forget it.

It s always good customer service when the staff ask if you need help without your solicitation. He was quick, pleasant, and had my air filter in a flash.They have a decent selection of car detailing items to purchase before spending the day making your vehicle look it s best.

We purchased jumper cables from the Jackson store the attendant didn't even try to answer our questions...So we decided to go to the Pearl Store the attendant came out checked the battery and to us it was bad he then checked the warranty and bring us a new battery put it in and he noticed the reverse lights wouldn't go off he also checked them and made sure they were working ok before he let us leave. We were even able to return the cables which we didn't need....The Pearl Store is AWESOME

I have been going to the Pearl Autozone for the better part of 20 years and have always gotten fantastic service until today. The lady who was at the register today (07-23-2022) snapped at me when she was asked about a battery. All I needed was a battery not mean nasty attitude. So I will shop elsewhere.

Cesar at AutoZone is fabulous! He not only sold me the correct bulb for my headlight, but put in in as well (unlike his competitor, who sold me a bulb with the tip off!). I ll be coming to Autozone from now on!

I was greeted upon entering store and then asked do I need help locating anything? The rep told me the aisle and exact location of the item. She asked if I was ready to checkout while assisting another customer on phone when I headed towards the counter. She called another rep from one of the aisle to check me out. The rep who checked me out updated my email address during checkout!

Employees either don't have enough help or they act like they don't want to help the customer .been that way for a few years now .. it's not all of the employees .. seems to be the younger ones

It's hit-and-miss with the employees at this store. A few are what I would expect from an Auto Zone employee, knowledgeable and helpful. Then you have the idiots who pick their noses and stare at you like you are the one who's digging for gold.

Looking for actuator fan for my car. The young lady said they had 2 in stock at less than $40 each. After extensive search by her, she says the fans are not there but there IS one that would work for $85. Not impressed with the inventory control.

Last time I was in this place, staff was preoccupied, not alot of help. Believe we just caught them on a rough day. I've been in here b4 & the staff was friendly & helpful. We ALL sometimes have an off day

Walked in store and was not greated by the employee standing right next to the door. Found an item I needed and went to counter for a part. One employee was on phone, the employee who ignored me the first time ignored me again. When he saw I was looking at him he said "what do you need" I said a car part. He said and I quote "wait for him" speaking of the guy on the phone, and then went back to what he was doing. I left and won't be back.

As a regular customer of this location, i always get help quickly and have exactly what i need. As expected, when busy it does take a few minutes to get help but its not too bad. Very knowledgable staff.

My family and I were driving back from Tampa Flordia when our Honda Odyssey started miss firing and struggling to drive. We had planned on driving straight through for 16 hours back to Texas but thought it would be best to stop in Pearl for the night and head to Auto Zone to figure the issues. So got up headed to the Auto Zone located at 2835 Hwy 80 in Pearl and the store manager Cesar Camacho came to my rescue. I needed to replace a coil pack on the back side of my engine that you cannot see you have to replace it blind pretty much. Called my friend who is our mechanic back in Texas he told me what part I needed to get from the store. Cesar was outstanding they found the part I needed and he offered to help me fix it and took care of it in 10 minutes and fixed it himself (without out being able to see where anything was because of the issue being on the backside of the engine) My family is grateful and we have a 6 hour trip back to Texas and we can now have comfort knowing we will be safe. Thank you Cesar for your help what a blessing

Don't bother going here they don't know what they carry, very unprofessional and just down right rude. Consistently tried to tell me they couldn't get me what I asked asked for as I showed showed her multiple ones on autozones website.the oriellys across the street is where to go

Auto Zone Parts.We needed to get some parts replaced on a car we purchased and needed some work. We found out what we needed and went to Auto Zone in Pearl to get them. It was just a matter of asking for the parts and they told us the prices and we said yes, they brought them to the counter. We did have to go to Richland for one part, I believe it was the bearing or hub assembly. They called to verify that it was in stock. We went to get it. I ask about the warranty on the parts. The bearings & hub assembly was one year the axels are lifetime warranty. I also got Auto air fresheners, a gallon of washer fluid, Bosch wipers, dash protector (from the sun). We had Car Care Clinic install all the parts. With excellent results!
