I choose this store over the other auto part stores in my area. The employees go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. I went in to get some wax and something to make my tires shine, I had no idea what products to choose. The employee came back to where I was and asked if I needed any help, they helped me choose what to get, Thank You! I've also been in before, which is why I chose to go back, to get wiper blades, the employee was very nice and even put them on for me. It's rare these days to have that type of customer service. Employees at other places usually just stand behind the counter and twiddle their thumbs from my experience.

You know, customer service goes a long way. I came in for a simple battery, starter diagnostic and was told to leave my hood up and someone would be out. Have no problem waiting if the store is busy or short staffed. It was neither busy nor short staffed. Wasn t even told the status of the guy until I repeatedly came in the store. I ll take my vehicle elsewhere.

Stop buy to ask for advice and feedback and a associate by the name Aguilar open his doors when they were still close and offer to assist and help me find a location to get a tire repair since we are passing by and we 2ooomiles away from home im thankful he was able to assist with local information

Honestly speaking, this is the best auto-parts store where the people are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. In particular, Domingo is the great person who truly cares his customers offering the best possible service. While we went there to replace a brake caliper under lifetime warranty, Domingo and his coworker made us 100% satisfied. We will definitely come back to this store.

They dont have some of the older car parts in stock but can get them to you in under 4 hours usually. Have a good counter person, and Kevin has you off the wall repair info in his head. If your stumped ask for Kevin.

Staff was great ! Installed my battery professionally and quickly. Also explained battery warranty to me before install.

Domingo A. just brightened my entire day! I've been having issues with my truck all week. From spending over $700 bucks to replace the BCM at the dealership. I walk into AAP and Domingo greets me as if he just won the lottery. Made me feel welcomed. Phenomenal attitude and outlook on life in general. I had a bad cell in my battery. I needed a new one. Showed me the prices of the ones they had and even shared with me that Walmart had some a lower prices. HOW MANY PPL WOULD DO THAT? For his generosity alone, I couldn't leave and go buy a battery elsewhere. I purchased from Mr. Domingo because of his genuine personality and concern. I couldn't stayed there and talked with him for a whole hour. A++++ Customer Service!

Went to the store in Pearl on Saturday afternoon, 10/18. I was there to get a new battery and only one guy out of 3 working there was nice enough to ask if I needed help and he was new. He barely knew what was going on. He wasn't even sure which was the correct one for my car. His manager just sat behind the counter too lazy to get up and help him find it. Once he did find it, he insalled it and blew a fuse. He said he was going in to tell his manager and he would be back in a minute. I sat outside waiting for about 5 minutes, then went back inside to find out that the lazy manager sent that employee home because he was over his hours and apparently refused to walk outside to let me know. So i asked what i should do now and this manager says he doesn't know. DO NOT go to Advance Auto Parts in Pearl next to Rally's unless you want to deal with people who obviously don't know what they are doing or are too lazy to do their jobs.

Ron is rude. Drove past like 3 competitors because of the experience I always had in the Ridgeland and was hoping it'd stay that way since my move to Pearl. Asked him a few questions, nothing too overwhelming or hard just basic stuff and every answer was as short as could and vague as could be. Asked if they had a rewards program because I had remembered signing up for it he said no. I was like that's weird. Then I looked down and saw the speed perks sign my hand was on. I said yeah here it is and he told me how to sign up after I said I only had one. He's either incompetent or just rude and if he doesn't like people go work in a car shop somewhere so he doesn't have to talk to people. Other than that everyone else was actually pretty nice the little bit I talked to them.

Screwed me around on a heater core had to go buy one somewhere else even tho i had my recipt and unopened box not to mention it was the wrong part cause of them they wouldnt exchange it for the right part they wouldnt do anything about it . Now in stuck with a $50.00 heatercore that i can not use and had to buy another one Im takeing my buisness somewhere else
