Perkins Polaris went above and beyond to help me build my dream Ranger. The staff was very helpful, and answered all of my questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Even though we had to order several accessories, they got my new Ranger decked out and ready very quickly. They even waited on me after normal business hours to allow me to pick up my Ranger after I had a conflict come up with work. I would definitely recommend Perkins Tire & Polaris for anyone wanting to buy a new Polaris vehicle. I just want to give a big Thank You to Billy Perkins and his whole staff. I love my Ranger!!!

Marvin not only sold me an amazing machine, he also came and rescued us on the interstate. Our trailer had a blow out . I can not recommend them enough! Thank you for going above and beyond !

Perkins Polaris & Tires Pascagoula Mississippi!Dealer does subpar work and will not take responsibility of any damage caused by their shop. See timeline below. #polarisrzr #polaris #polarisdealer Polaris Inc.Listed below is the events timeline, a certificated mechanic proved proof engine failure was due to a loss of oil, which you acknowledged.On July 7, 2022, Dropped off the Razor Highlifter 1000 for full service. On July 21, 2022, Picked up Razor Highlifter 1000 from the shop. On April 15, 2023, Friends and I rode the Razor at 5651 Natchez Hwy Wilmer, AL 36587, for approximately an hour. During this ride, we began smelling oil; the engine was immediately turned off, and I inspected under the Razor to determine the issue. At this time, I noticed the oil plug was missing. On April 17, 2023, I called Perkins Tire and Polaris to inform them of the issue, and they requested I bring the Razor in for review. On April 28, 2023, I was told oil was put back in the engine, and the oil plug was torqued. (which is expected in routine maintenance) So I picked up the Razor and took it home.On June 23, 2023, I rode the Razor for approximately an hour. Lights started appearing on the dash; the Razor was turned off and was towed back to the house from the field. On June 26, 2023, I contacted Perkins Tire and Polaris, and he advised me to bring it back to check it out. When the dealer had the Razor at their shop, Brian called me and told me the bike was making a noise, and they did not have a mechanic on staff. He gave me the number of a mechanic in Lucedale to contact. On July 3, 2023, I went to the dealership. They would not jump off the bike to drive it out; instead, they stated the battery was dead and did not have a jump box. The Razor was pushed on the trailer. I then went to Autozone to purchase a new battery and started the Razor. The engine was making a horrible noise. On July 4, 2023, I took the Razor to Brandon with B&L motorsports and spoke to Brandon. I started the engine, and he immediately replied turn it off; the machine is locking up. On July 5, 2023, I called Billy at Perkins Tire, and Polaris explained everything that had occurred, and he told me that he needed to inspect the motor to ensure it was due to loss of oil. Contacted Brandon and authorized him to release the Razor to Perkins Tire and Polaris. On July 17, 2023, Billy called and stated there was dirt inside the engine on top of the piston and requested I come to view the motor. On July 21, 2023, I arrived at 3:15 pm to see Billy; we noted loose dirt in the engine piston during our review. I turned the oil filter on its side and opened it to view the filter condition and contents. At this time, found the filter to be full of metals. I examined the air intake system from the air filter to the intake valves and found no evidence of dirt. The system was clean. I showed Billy, and he stated well, I do not know how it got in there, but it did. However, as you can see, the dirt build up on the outside of the engine is the same dirt on top of the position. The engine was disassembled before cleaning the surface, which caused the loose dirt to fall into the cylinder on top of the piston. Once again, I requested you, Billy Perkins, make me whole for your shop's mistake. To which you replied, well, if the court finds me at fault, I will get my insurance to pay. On July 22, 2023, I met with a mechanic, Quintin; he disassembled the bottom half of the engine containing the rod bearings and crankshaft main bearing. During his investigations, he determined the dirt in the cylinder was from disassembly and found metal shaving in the oil pan from the main crank bearings and the piston rod bearings. His diagnosis was that the failure of bearings was due to oil loss, causing oil pressure loss. There was no evidence of dirt in the bottom of the engine, nor did the dirt on top of the piston have any carbon that would be normal from combustion in the engine, which would also indicate the dirt fell in during disassembly. Owner, Billy Perkins refuses to do what is right!

Perkins always takes care of you. Bill Perkins has been in the business for almost 50 years and you get the benefit of all that experience for whatever service or repair you need. Courtney and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Their recommendations have always worked perfectly for me.

Super nice place. Nice waiting room. Very nice people. But 2 hours? I was told 25-30 minutes. Maybe I m out of touch but just to rotate tires? I guess this is the name of the game with tire places though. I really don t like being told that it takes a long time because somebody went to lunch. I would prefer a place just tell me they don t work on certain things during meal times. I was super late getting back to work. But it s all good. Good price. Got the job done. And I think this is probably a high quality place. Just took way too long for me personally. I would recommend for the atmosphere and price.

Walked in and spoke to Bill. Told him what I was interested in and he gave me some numbers that were awesome! We made a deal eight then. Was the easiest and hassle free buy I've ever made. Highly recommend this place.

My family has been dealing with Mr. Perkins for many years. They have the absolute best prices for quality tires. Never had any issues with warranty or anything. I am saving for an ATV and I will be buying from PERKINS for my purchase

Very very helpful and without a doubt the best prices. Salesman didn't push me to buy anything and didn't try to sell me the most expensive accessories for my Ranger. I told him how I wanted it and he said no problem and I was in and out in no time with a awesome price!!!

I was traveling from New Orleans to Orlando on a Friday afternoon and got a flat tire. After calling two other tire shops in the area, Perkins was the ONLY shop willing to take a look at my tire. They took my car back immediately and after about 15 minutes told me I needed a new tire, which they had in stock and could fix it right away! I am so thankful to the owner and staff at Perkins Tire. They were WONDERFUL, down to earth, and affordable. I would recommend this locally owned business over any other tire shop in the area!

Called about a Polaris ranger 1000 crew and wanted to use the polaris ag 1000 dollar rebate and was told it ended on July 6. Odd thing is on polaris website it states offer valid through July 31 2021. He said the offer was for only 750 or 500 dollars. Watch this scammer he will use the 1000 dollar rebate and pocket the rest that polaris rebates back to the company. He just lost a sale on a 18000 dollar machine trying to steal a couple hundred bucks. Life must be good at the ole tire shop to not need my money. THE REBATE OFFER IS ON THE POLARIS WEBSITE THROUGH JULY 31ST 2021 FOR ANYONE ELSE THEY TRY TO SCAM.

I needed two special Interstate batteries for my GMC Serria 2500hd pickup. Perkins didn't have them, but was able to order them from Iberville and they were delivered in less than an hour. Now that's what I call great service.

I purchased my 2016 general deluxe from perkins tire and Polaris in latter part of 2016. Since my purchase I have brought the machine back twice, for recalls. Both times I was called to come get the machine, it was fixed, and both times I go to pick up the machine, and it is not fixed. Not only was it not fixed, but more damage was done to the machine. Billy the owner was not accountable, unlike most businesses, asked me to take my machine and leave, versus being a man, and standing behind his work/business, he ran inside to hide in his office.Probably needs to just fix tires, dont need much to do that.Curtis Loftin

This is a family run, Polaris dealership. Its a very nice location, with friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend them, to anybody looking for a new toy, or just needing service.
