In the time of an emergency On Time Mobile Tire really came through! The service is open 24 hrs so when I called early in the morning my call was answered with urgency. Jay worked with me patiently to find my location and swiftly came to help with my vehicle. The situation was handled quickly and I was back on the road! I'm very thankful for this service, Jay is knowledgeable, professional, and informative! I would recommend this service to everyone.

I was stranded, hauling a lawn mower on a trailer when i had a tire blowout on the trailer. Jamarius Jones came immediately to my rescue and placed two new tires on my trailer. I highly recommend his great service! Thank you, Jamarius!

Such a BLESSING!! When NO ONE would take the time to work on my tire!! This man if God spent 5 hours trying to repair my tire and was SUCCESSFUL!!He went above and beyond!! We had a great experience! They came out quickly to our home on Christmas Eve to replace two flat tires. We can t express how much of a relief this was, not knowing that anyone would be open or available the day before Christmas. They were kind, informative, and very reasonably priced. We d recommend them to anyone and will absolutely call them again if we should find ourselves in a bind!

This is the best tire company around period! Jamarius was a God sent. He came to my site and fixed my tire problem quickly and efficiently. He made me feel as if I was a priority. He also educated me on several points about tires that often go overlooked. I had a great conversation with the man. If you are in need of assistance getting a tire fixed call On Time. He's the best in the game.

Dead battery in the rain at night. Called the roadside assistance I paid for and they were useless. I called OTMTS. He was great. Kept me posted on when he was getting there. I was under was in less than an hour. He went above and beyond giving me a rain poncho. He made sure my truck would shut off and start back up. Really great service. Guy was really a super person.

I was traveling from Texas to South Carolina when my tire blew out. They came out with a new tire within 45 minutes. Had it on my car and had me in my five year old ready to go. If I could give more stars I would. Amazing customer service.

We had a tire blow out (on our travel trailer) while on the way to New Orleans. Initially, we called our insurance company for road side assistance. We were told that it would be a 2-3 hour wait. I then called On Tome Mobile and was told "we are on the way." They arrived quickly with a truck that was fully equipped to put a new tire on the travel trailer. This was amazing because most towing companies don't have that capability. Most road side assistance companies will show up and either simply put on a spare tire, or take the damaged tire/rim to a secondary location and bring it back. That is a long time to be stuck in a dangerous area on an interstate. They arrived, installed a new tire, and had us on our way in about 35 minutes! I can't say enough good things about On TimeTire because they truly saved our vacation! Thanks guys!!!!!!!

We had a flat on our camper in grand Bay, Alabama, I called these guys to come and fix my flat and they were there fast and were very friendly and knowledgeable of Tires and what I needed and were able to put me back on the road fast, if you need tire service, one call and they will have you back on the road FAST.

38 foot motor home with a blowout stuck at the entrance of the rest area in Pascagoula. What AAA COULD NOT DO, this company did it. I was back on the road in 1 hr 15 mins. New tire, rim...it got us home. They don't play around. It was 110 degrees. Professional fast reliable. Bless these guys.

This company was God sent!!! We were stranded on the side of the road pulling our camper and our truck got a flat. We have a certified used truck and there was no spare tire. It s after 6:00pm and every tire store is closed. On Time Mobile Tire Shop arrived within 30 minutes and was done in 30 minutes!!! Great customer service and even gave us recommendations to get the spare tire and rim.

Jamarius and crew came to our aid in less than 45 min - way quicker then AAA and fixed us up so we could continue our trek across the US. We had a massive blowout on our trailer that left the metal hanging on our tire well- any bump and we would have had another blowout. The guys polite, efficient, courteous, timely and fun! A great experience- highly recommend them!!!

I had a tire blowout on the side of I-10 in my big snow cone work truck while I was coming back from an event at 8pm on a Friday evening. He came out and got my old tire off and replaced with a new one. Nice guy and good work. I made it back to Hattiesburg with no problems. Definitely recommend him to others and will be keeping him in my phone in case one of our other trucks has problems since we work that area all the time.

On a Friday night when everyone else was closed or not answering the phone, Jay found tires in the correct size and came out to save the day.Not only was he able to fix the blowout, he had brought a second tire, just in case the one next to the broken tire needed to be replaced as well.He was friendly and knowledgeable, teaching me the things about tires I should have already known, without making me feel silly about not knowing.

Had a flat on my trailer after picking up a load. I googled them and called. They told me they could arrive in 30 minutes (they arrived in 15). They were very friendly, professional, and prepared. After installing my spare, Mr J went ahead and fixed the flat. I highly recommend them for any breakdowns within 100 miles of Pascagoula.

Came to my house quickly and helped me hook and unhook uhaul trailer that had a flat. it was 100 degrees at 5 on a Friday night and he was just as pleasant as he could be. Will call him again when I need someone done quickly and correctly.
