1000% DO NOT RECOMMENDTerrible service.Had my car for a MONTH and wouldn't return calls for updates. Finally found out they couldn't get the right part to finish and we found it and ordered it ourselves. Still waited for returned calls for updates after they received the part.Absolutely unacceptable quality work at replacing the dashboard parts with damage and gaps EVERYWHERE. When we showed them their poor work, they tried messing with it a few minutes and just said sorry.Even parts that were not included in the work were damaged.UPDATE: I'm still finding more and more damage. Things that they KNEW they broke and still returned it to us in that condition.Also, I guess the owner's wife dropped her mascara while she was apparently driving my car during the month they had it... Found it under the driver's seat next to my small CD case that was supposed to be in the center console.

I m from out of state. They got my car in quickly and did a wonderful job. Great people. Highly recommend. If I lived down there, that s where I would take my vehicle without hesitation. Thank you for the excellent service!!

We have taken several vehicles to them within the last couple of months .Their impeccable service and technicians are amazing . If you're looking for experience, mechanics, and technicians. This is the place to take your vehicle . Heather is also very detail oriented and explains everything before any work is done .Their repair prices are reasonable.We really appreciate them taking care of our vehicles. And plan to take a few more back. To be repaired.

I broke down all of a sudden and knew I had major problems with my truck. I called coastal automotive and they immediately sent a tow truck out and brought it to their shop. Then within a few days I was up and running when I thought that it was going to take a miracle to repair something without costing me an arm an a leg. I was surprised to find out how little it cost and my truck is running like it has never run before. I am very glad I chose to call them.

Complete garbage of a place. They shouldn't even run a hot dog stand, much less an automotive shop. Tried charging me 300$ for a Edelbrock electric fuel pump. I bought one at AutoZone for 60$, my car sat in their parking lot for three months before they started working on it because they got tired of my phone calls, they don't return phone calls, they lie and cheat you out of money. Aso they damaged my dashboard when trying to fix my speedometer. Dash had 0 cracks when I brought it, watch the short video of it now below. Also my steering wheel is loose nd I'm having electrical issues, thanks coastal! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.!!!

Best auto service around, wouldn't trust any other auto shop with my vehicle. They also offer towing & roadside assistance which is great for emergency situations! David from Coastal Towing & Recovery helped me out in a dire situation. My vehicle was able to be towed with much care to its location. I'm very thankful to Coastal Towing & Recovery and their expert team member David. Thank you all!

An overall amazing experience, from customer service to work performed. Heather in the front office is wonderful and Randall the Service Supervisor is top notch. I had tried to have cab bushings replaced on my truck in both GA and FL from both Ford and local shops, all to no avail. This place is amazing and in the future, my go local automotive repair establishment. THANKS to Coastal.

I would give this place zero stars if that was an option. AAA connected us with this tow company while my grandma, sister and I were stranded on the side of the highway on vacation. We got in contact with the tow truck driver multiple times and he told us we were next in line each time we called. We were told they could only tow 2 passengers, so we spent $150 on an Uber for one passenger. Then, hours later, the tow truck driver told us they could only transport 1 person.We waited for 5 hours on the highway until it got dark. Finally I called Danny s towing and they picked us up in 30 minutes or less. I d highly recommend Danny s towing service because Byrd s company does not care about people or their safety.

Thank You to the tow truck driver by the name of David. He was the most courteous, and helpful driver. He aired up our spare and jacked up our car as we didn't have a jack. We were back on the road in less than 30 min.Thank You very much to Coastal Towing & DavidPhyllis Korbett

Friendly service, great recommendations on work/service that may need complete to maintain upkeep of your vehicle. The mechanics are very thoro in their inspections and they even send you link to service's to keep you safe on the road...a little on the expensive side but good place to get your car fixed

I took my car to Coastal because the air conditioner was blowing hot air. They first did a recharge. Car was cool a couple of days. I took it back to Coastal. Received a call later that day and was told I needed a compressor, condenser etc estimated at over $3000. I felt like I was being set up. Like most of the customers I saw come in. I didn t trust them.I took the vehicle to someone else to check it out. The mechanic said I needed to stems where the Freon was leaking from. And 2 more cans of Freon. Total: $70 AC is working great. Do NOT recommend

Coastal Automotive honored the warranty on a new Jasper Engine that I had recently purchased. They replaced the engine and it didn t cost me a dime. I would recommend them for all your automotive needs!

Excellent place to take your vehicle to get an oil change or a repair. From the people taking your information to the technicians working on your vehicle you will always have someone to take care of you. Also, they communicate very well from a phone call to a text letting you know your vehicle needs.

Blew out 2 tires running over debris on interstate I-10. Coastal was the first shop in AAA's list of nearby repair shops that could get replacement tires the same day. They sent a tow truck and had me back on the road within a couple of hours. Friendly people who went the extra distance to save my trip home for the holidays.

My car stopped working at 4:30 on Wednesday afternoon. They were able to get me to the shop and repair my car by Friday afternoon. Very caring staff.

Thank you so much for the care of my vehicle. Since I ve had bad experiences in the past, I was apprehensive to bring it to a new shop. I am pleased to say that the work was done very well and at an extremely fair price. What a wonderful feeling it is to finally know a trustworthy mechanic!! My first experience with the Coastal Automotive Team was for a simple battery replacement, and I was so pleased with the service and communication, I came back for new brakes, ball joints, suspension, shocks, sway bars the whole package. Bubba and his team saved me money at every turn, did all the work they said they would do (something surprisingly rare at every other service department I have ever been to) and kept me in the loop, expertly managing my expectations. I am so thankful to this business for saving my vehicle and making it fun to drive again! I will absolutely be back, and will recommend this business to everyone I know. Thank you Coastal Automotive Team for restoring my faith in auto mechanics <3

Mr. Billy was a huge help. I was on the side of the interstate with a terrible blow out and he stop and helped me and did not leave until things were back under control. He was on his way to do another job and stopped to help me ! Talk about great service!!! I would recommend this company and will use it myself !!!! Thanks for such great serviceService: Tires

I'm Carol Coleman. Even though I had to wait a minute for driver/truck to come and unlock my car, Van was kind, fast and very helpful. He had to deal with all these cruising the coast people to get to me and still had a smile. I'd call on Van again if I get into trouble...hopefully I won't have to. Thanks

They were helpful in fixing my son's truck but it literally took a week to replace a bad break line. I have no problem with the time frame but tell me that right away instead they had the truck for 2 days and had not looked at it yet and at the end of the day on Friday they said they couldn't get to it til Monday. But I could come get it if I wanted someone else to fix it ?? I said there wasn't anyone at that late stage. I knew the brake line was bad as the brakes went out but they did a full check of the vehicle and listed many things that needed done. That was fine but I sent it to have the brake line replaced and the other things could have been told to us after the break line was fixed. So far the work that was done was good. And price was within the going rate.

Mother-in-law's car had minor damage to the front end and radiator . Coastal took her in and accessed the damage. They her back on the road the same day.

This is the best mechanic shop on the coast. It s a one stop shop, that will take care of your car bumper to bumper. Even tow! This is by far the best over all mechanic shop in the city of Pascagoula! Very friendly and affordable! Always great customer service as well as their work will speak for itself. I recommend these guys for any of your car or truck needs.
