I brought a 2010 Toyota tacoma up here after getting rear ended, all that i needed was a fender bent back into place and paint over it, nothing fancy. As simple as that is, i picked it up this a few weeks and it started to rain a bit, not thinking much of it i stayed inside, however after walking outside bondo had started to fall off into pieces, along with the so called professional paint job . I decided to bring it up there once more thinking hey maybe it was a trainee or something however speaking to Jeff one of the main guys who work under the owner, its been brought to my attention that not a single soul in the shop knows less to nothing about body work. Anyways i brought my truck back up there after explaining in greater detail of what needs to be done, they said they got the message and the owner would work on it personally (cant currently remember his name) so about a month goes by (this afternoon) i went to pick it up, after calling the owner. He responded with its finished and getting detailed outside so i was like oh nice, a detailing would be perfect. However.. as i pulled in i noticed off the bat there was a guy pressure washing (mind you somehow missing my truck in the process if so called detailing) pressure washing around my truck not even hitting my truck with the water, smoking a cigarette and getting ashes all over my truck. I was irritated just from pulling in, so i told the guy it was good and i needed it now in hopes of him stopping whatever it is he s doing. (My truck came in cleaner then it came out, somehow my trucks built up rust and dust all over everything in the time of a month.) so the owner and a few of his workers come out (all looking clueless) and pointed out what they did, and i kid you not, i wiped my finger across the newly said paint and my finger, just barely grazing the paint, i pull off a chunk of bondo and all the paint comes aswell. I would highly not recommend this joke of a collision repair shop, i would much have rather the vehicle be considered totaled if i knew this was the case. 0/5 starts if i could.

I brought my 2014 mazda 3 hatchback to get them to fix what they didn t do right the first time and my dad picked it up for me yesterday in the same condition because they let it set up there and didn t fix anything that needed to be fixed and now they arguing with me and my family. Unprofessional! Would not recommend!!

Dropped my daughters 2013 Mazda 3 off a few months ago, after her being side swiped by another vehicle, they were supposed to replace the front bumper and bumper brackets along with the bumper support, drivers door, and a few other touch ups as well as paint. Got the vehicle back the first time, still missing parts and clips, as well as bolts and clips. Paint and bondo flaking off the doors and hood. Sent the car back twice since then giving them the chance to correct the problems, but after picking the vehicle back up this afternoon, got it back in the same condition but even worse because they damaged the bumper trying to jerry rig it on. I do not recommend using this body shop, they will lie make up excuses and put you off months at a time, and not even fix the issues, and yes I do have before, inbetween and after pictures if anyone would like to see them.

A friend used them for her vehicle repairs. I needed a new alternator, plus all 4 motor mounts replaced. If I would have went to Chrysler, almost 3 grand to reair my vehicle, I bought my parts except alternator, they repaired my van in less time and saved me almost 1700 dollars! Love the work very clean and ALL personell were friendly, knowledgeable very helpful and got my vehicle up and running and to me at time promised! Highly reccomend! They are reasonably priced they are very nice and hospitable. They have the best mechanic team who are perfectionists when it comes to doing their job and making sure that the customer is satisfied. Look into a new paint job his fast and definitely very reliable when it comes to making sure the color is perfect will definently go above and beyond to satisfy all of the customers needs. So when it comes to your vehicle and its repairs and needs here is where you should go I have been around this area and all shops in this area all my life I love everything about this shop and the respectful crew that work it The owner Mr. Ray is definitely someone who can be trusted to go above and beyond in making sure the job is done . would not recommend, gave me a car back worse than when i got and told me either pay more to fix what they did, or go somewhere else and wont return any calls.

A year of Sundays ago, after my husband's death, his vehicle was brought to the business. I believe it was Monday when I picked the vehicle up. I was very surprised at the warm, caring reception not the man l was told to see! The woman inside was professional and nice as well. I was given important details by the gentleman and time to take care of the charges, which thanks to my accompanying friend, was not necessary. I have not forgotten how the man's sympathetic attitude made what I had to not through net that time, was so comforting and refreshing!

Very professional and very reasonably priced! It was kind of a minor body issue, but it is a Mercedes. I have been so used to getting ripped off in the past that I was very pleasantly surprised when I got the bill. When one place to see how much it would cost to replace a part it was very expensive called here the other place wanted to charge $213 this place charged 82 that's what the part and labor
