shorten my oil about three quarts, and the so call expert Moses promise me that it will be ok , car knocking, he got mad and call the police on me , thought the police was going to arrest me with my grand boy

Pretty good place to change oil if you need it quick, but don't listen when they say what else your car needs. They tried telling me I needed my brake pads changed, a month after getting new brakes. Also they use way too much torque on bolts, near about stripped my oil drain plug.

Great place. These people are the best, most honest, and helpful and curious folks! The dealership quoted over 500$ for repair of abs. They inspected and repaired for less than 60$! I highly recommend them! Thanks guys for your excellent service and honesty.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Ummmm was very pleasant and worked with me on discounts on my first oil change and service was very quick. However, initially they wanted to charge me over $60 for an oil change. I have had this car for almost a year. I have never paid that much for an oil change.

This was my first time here. The guys were very nice an polite. The young lady on the other had is very rude. She just don t have any customer service skills. do not bring your vehicle here. brought my car in to get an oil change and they completely ruined my oil pan by using an oversized plug. causing me to have to get a whole new oil pan. thanks classy chassis for the 800 dollars i have to spend to get it replaced!

Pretty decent. Only went there for one oil change so far but I will be going back in the future. You can pull up and sit in your car while they do the oil change, but I had to get out to pay which wasn't a issue with me and I expected as much.

I took my car to Classy Chassis Express Lube in Pascagoula MS. The mechanics worked on my car and reassured me that my car will be ready for pick up the same day. When I arrived back at classy chassis express lube in Pascagoula ms my car was not ready and the mechanic told me that my car will need a starter and an oil change because it was water in the oil neither of those things fix my issue so they ran a compression test and I was told it with a broken valve. They told me they could not fix the issue I will need to find another mechanic that does major work to fix that type of issue. So they eventually got my car running but the vibration in motor cause my car to shake assuming it was because of the broken valve in the motor(this wasn t the case). So I drove about 1 month with my car vibrating and shaking like crazy. So i was out of a lot of money for a job that wasn t complete and the results was inaccurate. I took my car to the same mechanic and they determine my valves did not need to be replace because the plenum wasn t secured at the brackets, missing one 10mm nut on left side of plenum, coil pack #3 wasn t plugged in. It was very simple as secure the plenum, replace the missing nuts, and snap the coil pack #3 back into place. I am very disappointed and upset.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR OIL CHANGEI took my BMW in for an oil change. The minute I drove away my car went into engine malfunction and limp mode. I took my car to BMW service. The car was diagnosed with an improper oil change. I sent proof to Classy Chassis and they have completely dismissed me. So not only did I pay $100 for a bad oil change. I spent another $1100 to replace my vanos solenoids.

They fixed a chip in my window to keep the window crack from expanding. Pretty Quick service. Friendly staff. While i was there, i had my car detailed at the carwash next door. Both are really convenient.

I went to get my car washed and the woman at the car wash was extremely rude. She came up to me yelling not to go through the car wash, so I backed out and went the wrong way out of the parking lot (I didn't know it was the wrong way, but I didn't have a choice because I backed out). I immediately left and will not be returning.

Called twice for pricing they never answered. Website advertised a discount if I downloaded app. It was expired. Paid $73 for an oil change and wash. It took 1 hour and 45 mins. Sloppy work. They even forgot to put my floor mats back in.

Did a great job changing my oil the only thing you missed was lubing the undercarriage paperwork said it was sealed but that's not the case it is not filled so did a great job and got it done quickly

I wasn't sure if they did tire work, was riding on almost flat tire! They checked all tires and filled with air. This enabled me to make it safely to a tire shop!

They get it done quick but seem Overly expected for more to be wrong, or done. The free carwash is a joke. More like a free car RINSE and dry.
