Dropped car of January 7 and was told it would be 2 weeks for the repair and called back and they always said we will call you back before the day is done here we are 3 months later on march 15 I finally get my car back and after getting it I had tape hanging underneath and in my engine bay and the bumper wasn t fully put together right this is the worst place when it comes to communication and service they strung out the job and kept me dragging along without giving any kind of information oh I also was told my car would be ready 4 different times to which when I call to check on it they rescheduled it so this place deserves no business from now to upcoming future do not go here

Horrible service No communication And poor management And they tell you one thing and they don't do it I don't think they deserve one star!!!

Absolutely the worst experience with auto body work. Told them "not to schedule me until parts were available". Got scheduled and left vehicle a week while using a rental only to find out no parts were available. Had to get vehicle back unrepaired. Second time vehicle was scheduled work was incomplete and old damaged parts were still on vehicle that I wasn't told about. Insurance paid them for a repair they did not fully complete. I sold vehicle and they would not refund me for the incomplete work. Communication was extremely poor. Never called me at all through a 3 month period, even when they said they were going to find out something and "call me back". Had to call them and request updates, status of parts, work, etc. Part availability was their excuse, but all they had to do was schedule me after all the parts came in. My vehicle was in their shop twice and still not fully repaired. I emailed the general manager, he had the director contact me so management knew of the issues. At one point they brought in a new manager to run the body shop, but I saw no improvement.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Do not send your vehicle to this place!I only give one star because you can t select zero stars, Estabrook Collision kept my vehicle for 4months and when I received it the repairs were incomplete and it was raining in the cab of my truck at the area of repair, The Manager stood by that was the best they could do another body shop has my vehicle now to repair it again. No one can afford to trust or do buisiness with these people!They are dishonest and incapable of the work they are trusted to do..Service: Body & Trim
