We bought a brand new 2024 Ford Maverick LTD hybrid from Margaret. She did an awesome job had everything prepared went over everything and over above what I thought and sales person should ve done. Verified customer as of 4/16/2024. Friendly hometown type of place. This is a good thing. They want to help and make a deal with you. The AC can be a bit cold (just step outside for a few) but their hearts seem warm ! This was my first stop in search of my vehicle (F150 -2018 - Red sport package - IT"S PRETTY - ) I hit all the online sites and I drove to Alabama and Louisiana. In the end I picked Cannon. I would say that If you see Cannon vehicle that you want reach out and make the deal! There's truth to their .com address.

I ve purchased from Cannon (previously Estabrook) many times over the years. I always feel like I get the best deal and the best treatment. This time, after totaling my car and being forced to shop, I was able to get a great deal on the exact vehicle I wanted. Ed Hughes was so friendly, courteous, and tolerated my harassing questions and multiple visits to the dealership while made up my mind. Truly felt like I was dealing with a friend. Telling us to speak to Chris he is the one that acted like he wanted to hit my husband. We've been trying to get our lifetime oil changes and tire rotation swapped to a different dealership since we were told never to come back to cannon ford again after spending 180,000 on the 2 vehicles and having a hard time there too. The truck smells so bad it's hard to ride in it so thanks for the suggestion but I will not be talking to Chris.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone for anything. It starts with calling them a week ago to find out if my maintenance package was still valid. I never got a call back. After a week i called and made the appointment after look on my app that it's good till 2027. I stated when making the appointment I should have the maintenance plan. I was charged full price. Then still not sure i contacted the previous dealership, without being put on hold, or transfered, the guy tells me yes i still have the plan and 17 oil changes left. I took my vehicle in for a "basic" oil change, considered a "basic maintenance" for all vehicles. I purchased the basic maintenance plan when I purchased my vehicle. I have had the oil change done at, now, 3 different dealerships. Only this dealership charged me stating the basic plan only covers $42.00, which they told the representative from Ford only cover the cost of the oil. The other 2 dealerships didn't charge me anything because I have the "basic maintenance plan." So this $60 dispute cost any future business from me, or anyone I know. I will not recommend anyone so much as purchase a $70 thousand dollar vehicle from this dealership. The lady who checked me in and took care of me up till I originally left was very pleasant, otherwise my entire experience with this dealership has been a total nightmare from the word go!

We have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and have had problems withour 2022 Ford F-350 dually. The tires on our truck have been recalled andone person said they would get us new tires and they got rid of her. Nowthere is a leak they kept our truck for about a month said they fixed andchanged all the carpet and when we picked it up the truck still smells ofmildew and the carpet was still soaking wet they told us to spray Febrezein our vents and air filter. When we went back to talk to them about theproblems the manager got loud and acted like he wanted to hit my husbandand tried getting us to go into a room with him so the customers that werein there couldn't hear our complaints. When we refused,he told us to leave and not to come back or bring our vehicles back therefor anymore services. We had lifetime oil changes on both vehicles which weare now working with Ford to try and transfer to another dealership.
