The father and the son are both incredibly rude. Theydidn't have tires for my car. I bought them elsewhere andcalled them to see if they could put them on. The lady onthe phone said "yes, of course." So, I brought the tires tothem and the guy (the son) said since I didn't buy thetires from him (the tires that they didn't have!) he wouldmake sure that I would wait long for the service. Whosays such a thing to a paying customer? He has a greatteacher (his father) who taught him how to be incrediblyrude. Also, he wanted to sell me tires that I never heard offor $140 dollars each. I got Goodyear for less than $100.Terrible service, take your business else where. They alsohave a caricature posted on their wall that mocks Chinesepeople.Service: Tires

Excellent service, got me in and out in within 6 hours on very short notice! Called around for price estimates on new batteries and they were by far the cheapest option I could find near me. 10/10 car and customer service!

Nice folks. Good service. The Penske truck lady does a awesome job taking care of your truck rentals. I trust there truck with a $1.2M CT scanner. You can trust them with a bedroom suite.

Monday I purchased a set of tires from Walmart. Tuesday October 12, 2021, we drove 500 miles from K.C. to Oxford, on our way to Panama City, FL. Wednesday woke up, checked tire pressures, left rear was low and saw a screw in it. Went to Walmart, they said they couldn't patch it, due to where the screw was located in the tread and that the patch would not hold. They said the tire needed to be replaced. Walmart did not have the tire and would not assist me by calling another Walmart to see if they had it. Happened to find Oxford Tire. These guys know tires! Great people! 45 minutes and $20.00 later, we were rolling down the highway. 6 days and 600 miles later, the tire has not lost an ounce of pressure. Sorry I did not go there first! Need new tires or a tire repaired, go see these guys! They can repair other issues too. I highly recommend Oxford Tire. Update #1, We are back home in K.C. It's now been almost 3 months and over 3000 miles. Tire has not lost 1psi. Thanks again Oxford Tire!!! Update #2: it has now been 1 year and 11 months and 16,000 miles. The tire pressure in the repaired tire is always consistent with the other 3 tires which indicates no loss of air pressure! Great job Oxford Tire!!! To the people of Oxford, MS., you have know idea how lucky you are to have such a great place to take care of your tire needs. We used to have a place like that in my town but he long since retired. Great Mom and Pop shop, down to earth and honest people. I felt like I was back home in Wisconsin at our shop. My daughter had hit a curb causing some tire damage that we were unsure if the tire needed to be replaced or not. After looking at it they felt it would not be necessary and rotated it to the rear as a piece of mind for me. Truly appreciated!

We rented out Penske truck from here. It was a smooth process and pretty easy. There was little bit of a wait. Also when we were getting the moving blankets we rented, the worker cut one of the blankets when getting them out. Other than that, it was a pretty good place.

Oxford tire is the best ! I work just up the street and I get off work around 5 and they stay open so I can come get my car when I get off work!! They also have my size tires so that is great! I usually have to call different places to see if they have any or they have to order them. But they have it!!! 100%recommend them!

Oxford Tire did outstanding work in installing new struts. Their staff was friendly and helpful, answering questions and providing a strong level of detail about the work, its cost, and the time of completion. Dropped my car off for a valve cover repair & new cabin air filter. They hardly spoke words to me when I was there giving them the keys and telling them what's wrong. They held my car for 48 hours and never once called me saying anything about the progress. We call them today and find out they've BEEN done with the repairs and we can come pick it up. Wonder if they ever planned on telling us at all, sure didn't seem like it. I magically have a coolant leak that I definitely did not have upon drop-off. A drip here and there, yeah, but somehow now it's steadily leaking and I have a puddle under my car that I never had before. They mentioned this leak on the phone when we called, and they offered to repair it. I absolutely would not let them do that since I didn't even have the issue before I dropped it off. On top of this, I now have even worse fumes coming from my vents, and a mysterious new noise coming from the vents when I turn the heat or AC on all the way. My car was SILENT before I took it here. Sounds like a fan waring out. There was also condensation on the inside of my windshield when I got in the vehicle which makes me wonder if they left my car idling for a while, not sure.Anyways, I will never come back here again.

Don t repair your car at this center. I gave my lexus to them and they fixed the rotar and brakes but they broke the ABS sensor when i took the car from them and got ABS check light they said its just a software glitch. I can get fixed with Toyota and when I visited Toyota and got it diagnosed it showed that its sensor is gone. And now they are are saying brakes and rotors has nothing to do with ABS sensor. They are cheaters don t go for the repairs with them.

This place is not like I ve ever experienced before! Brought a tire in and it was installed in 20 minutes! Staff don t mess around! No place like this! And tjis is not my first experience with them!Service: TiresService: Tires

I was to have surgery this day when we experienced a flat tire. This store took care of us and got us on our way in 15 minutes. Thank you so much for your service and kindness. We ll definitely use this store again and refer you to any one that needs your service. Thanks again

They are fantastic. Good work, quick, and fair prices. Also I use them for Penske rentals and they are seamless and great with that as well. They keep everything simple and fair. Went to a competitor early in the morning (because they told me to be there at 8 am). Turns out competitor didn t open until 11 and wasn t taking any more appointments. Pulled into Oxford Tires, was greeted quickly and had truck in and out in less than an hour. Customer for life!!!! I had 2 front tires replaced and a high mileage oil change done. Took my friends van to get rotors inspected, they did an entire front brake replacement before calling to confirm that s what we actually wanted.Took her car to get the rear brakes (which we specified) checked. They replaced the front brakes once again without calling and didn t even touch the rears, which are still bad. Don t go here.

Got to them by accident. Staying in Oxford for doctor visit and I had a tire with a huge screw in it. One of the competitors didn t help me. They barely acknowledged my presence and told me they couldn t help me today. The competitor had ten bays and as many technicians. The guys and lady at Oxford Tire helped me right away. They had three bays all full and two waiting. Had me in and out in about fifteen minutes with a patch. Thanks for helping out an out of towner in a time of need.Service: Tires

They were really busy that day and I couldn't leave my motorcycle tire so I didn't use them. They were friendly enough but covered up, so they must do good work because a lot of people trust them with their vehicles.

I was there on the 19th. I went in to get my head and tail lights fixed. The guy at the desk was very nice, they were very efficient and didn't cost me a lot of money. I also heard good things about them through my friends. I am highly satisfied with my visit.

They are always nice and affordable. The wait time is usually quick but if it does take longer they will let you know before hand in case you need to leave the car to be picked up later. I always go to oxford tire. They have told me a few times if it doesn't need to be fixed why fix it lol.

My car wasn't starting on it's own and by the description of it they thought it could be my starter, which to get it fixed was going to cost about 250. I called 2 other places in Oxford and both charged a little more, although still around the same price. I left it there and got a call a few hours later telling me that it was only a few loose cables to my battery. Total cost? $14!! Def. honest people here, I will continue going if I ever have any other car problems.

My daughter's boyfriend took her car there thinking the alternator was shot bc it still wouldn't crank after replacing the battery. Was looking at $250+ then they told her it's was just not properly connected. Total bill $17. Still honest people out there!! Thank you for getting her back on the road!!

I had my car serviced by these guy's last year. The price was average but not over the top. Not long after, I had to bring it back in because they did not tighten something all the way. They told me that, "It must have loosened over the past month". Ok sure, that can happen and I left it at that. A few months later it loosened again and broke while I was driving. I brought the car in to them again and they took an EXTRA (a day longer than they first said) day to fix it. When I went in to pick up the car they told me that it would be nearly $100.00!! I HAD ALREADY PAID THEM FOR THIS SAME FIX!!! They charged me for the part AND labor AGAIN!! When I asked if there was a problem with the car (I didn't want this to keep happening) they said, "Gee, it should not have done that with such few miles." They just charged me and then out the door I went. Nothing in the way of a check to see if there was indeed something causing the underlying problem. Just, "Gimme my money and leave my shop" so to speak.Obviously I'm not going back... They should have done the RIGHT thing and fixed it for free this time since I had already paid for the work the first time!!

Service is so bad at this place that they had to have paid someone to write a positive review!!! In fact, the only reason they even get one star is because that's the only way I can post a review. Our first problem occurred after we brought a car in to have the car checked for an oil light being on. They told us nothing was wrong; however, a few days later the engine blew. Looking back, it would not surprise me if they forgot to put oil in after they supposedly serviced it. I don't have time to explain all of the other problems as it would take hours. The conclusion is BEWARE because these guys are incompetent.

My boyfriend used oxford tire for many years and swore by this family owned business. They are just fine, however I think business growing has taken away from the down home service he was used to.

I am sorry to everyone that had a bad experience, but I took my car there for several years, until the transmission died on it, (Which they don't take care of and the other places are high.) but they always treated me well, if something did not have to be done they would tell me, and not even charge me for looking at it.
