Every time we have used this business, John has been more than helpful. We always feel like he is shooting us straight when it comes to repairs.

I've taken my car to this shop a few times, and every time they've treated me right. Their customer service is top-notch, and they always fix my car at a very reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing car repairs.

These guys are top shelf. They started by welding my forklift exhaust for me. Great price and quality work. Next I took them my big truck to replace the steering gear. Again, great work and fair pricing. Bottom line, I trust these guys

I called on the way to work this morning, talk to John, I told him the problem I had and told him where I lived and worked. He told me to bring it on in even though they had a full scheduled day ahead of them. He was very professional and kind. Not many ppl are like John. John keep up the great job you are doing. This is a 10 star review. These guys got me out of a situation with my electric connections with my car lights and hitch/trailer. Basically I was moving and my Uhaul trailer light connections weren t working so I couldn t even get the trailer out of the Uhaul parking lot without the lights working. I had to leave town within 12hrs and was desperately looking for someone to help me fix or at least look at my light connections. I came into the shop expecting to be turned down, like i had been the past 4 shops I visited. They listened to my problem and with a huge smile they said they would look at it and fix it to get me on my way. Right away they started working on it prioritizing my car (which they could easily told me to wait until they were done with their day worth of work but didn t). I would come back 1000 times and will recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. Very grateful to John and every mechanic of this shop for taking my car in as a walk in. Can t express my gratitude enough.Service: Electrical repair

John was extremely helpful, kind and sincere. I needed a trailer hitch for my Subaru to move across the country, and he was informative and gave me a lot of helpful advice about what kind of hitch and trailer I'd need. Fast service as well as great customer service. Highly recommend!

This place is on point. I have had many of my work trucks exhaust serviced and built here.10+ yrs of excellent service for me and my construction business. I highly recommend them. John is the most knowledgeable and experienced specialist in Oxford. He will walk you through your project or repairs in a confident and caring way. I always leave happy. Thanks guys. Highly recommended this place. Mr. John is very knowledgeable and can fix just about anything. I have an s2000 with lots of work done to it and he was very accommodating with the modifications I had done to it. He welded the baffle of my exhuast and it has held up very well. I had also bent the Y-pipe on my exhaust and thought it wouldn't be fixable. Mr. John was able to heat it up and bend back to brand new condition. He is a very skilled mechanic and I won't take my car to anyone in Oxford but him. He is very fair with pricing and dedicated to making sure the job is done right. If you need anything done to your car, this is the place to take it.

I had to get some major work done to my fairly new car (new engine for a 2007 Lincoln). John and his staff were UNBELIEVABLY wonderful to work with. John worked diligently with the warranty people to try to get it covered, and when he could not, he worked hard to find me the best option for the lowest price. I moved to Oxford from a large city, and am not used to getting treated so professionally at shops. All of the guys that work here are wonderful, and I HIGHLY recommend them! (even greatly appreciated the follow up call to see how the car was running)

Mr. John and his staff are very generous. I have taken a few vehicles to his shop a few times and never have I had a problem. Great place with an excellent auto repair team who are always eager to help everybody. Thank you, Mr. John.

Just now writing a review, but a couple of Decembers back, I had John and his team quote an partial engine replacement for a Hemi in a Jeep Grand Cherokee for over $5,000. While he said they would know how to do the work, we had trouble for several months afterwards, going back and forth to his shop. April of 2020, the day after getting the Cherokee back from Oxford Muffler, we had more engine trouble and felt like I'd given John's guys enough chances to fix the car. We took it to Collierville Jeep with it dying a couple of times along the way. They told us the engine was full of metal shavings. John did not offer to give me my money back.Service: Engine repair

John and his crew are great. They do quality work at a good price and are one of the best in town about being able to work on most any problem you bring them, and if they can't fix it they will point you to someone who can.

Mr. Clark and his guys are friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I ve done business with them on several occasions and will continue to do so. When you leave their shop your vehicle is fixed.

Got quoted two different prices. Was supposed to call to let me know if they had my converters and never called back. I had to call them numerous times to get told they don't have my converters. Go somewhere else if you can!

We had electrical problems between our motor home and our motorcycle trailer about 60 miles south of Memphis, Tn. Called every Mobile RV Service we could find with no luck! No one within 50 miles would come that far.Found an ad for Oxford Muffler in Oxford Ms that advertised RV Repair (NO mobile service!)Called and spoke with the owner. After explaining the situation and problem he agreed to come to where we were set up (about 35 miles from his shop!) and check out the problem.To make a long story short, he had to get a part and come back ANOTHER DAY to complete the repair.This man FIRMLY believed in customer service! Repair was completed for a price that was MORE than fair!Thank You Oxford Muffler! You Guys Rock!!

I am absolutely happy with folks @ Oxford Muffler Accessories Inc. They are the most honest auto repair shop I have known, treat you with respect, do a great job and very fair in their prices. I would recommend them anytime. Splendid work and keep it up!

Definitely not a place I recommend for engine work! They said they could fix what I wanted fixed but saw it and proceeded to tell me it was something major just so they didn t have to do it! To them it s there way or the highway!

Called and asked about some exhaust pipe and when I went to pick it up I was greeted with a smile and treated like a valuable customer even though I've never been there before. Management is absolutely amazing, looking forward to shopping here again.
