This is my go to spot for an oil change. The staff are always very friendly, and the oil change is done quickly and efficiently. They offer a 10% discount to Ole Miss staff and students too. Great business!

This place is amazing. I called at the last minute and the guy who answered the phone was really nice about it. I drove up there and the workers greeted me. I drove into one of their sections and they began working on my car.Brooks was really nice and got things did quick. I got a oil change,filters change and air in my tires. They work on my car and I wasnt inside the waiting area long. I wanna thank dipstix for being very respectful, knowledgeable,quick with great service. I will be using there services from here on out.

Last week was my 3rd visit to this location. The staff is very knowledgeable and I have found out things from them I never knew about my vehicle. I d been dealing with a nationwide chain for the past 5-6 years only to find out they weren t providing the services I d been paying for. For example, my oil filter that had been reportedly changed showed signs that it had been at least 40k miles of use. My cabin filter was almost black and had leaves in it. It apparently had never been changed. When I told the dipstick technician that I was going out of town he, without asking, did a check on my battery and gave me the print out. I won t be taking my vehicle any where else in Oxford for the services I can get through them. Fast, friendly and most import, honesty.

Literally the best! Gave me free air and coolant when my vehicle started overheating. They have the best recommendations for mechanic work and overall very helpful and positive.

Great service and my favorite place to go for an oil change and simple maintenance. I didn t feel upsold when they suggested new air filters and better oil for my aging Jeep Liberty. Obviously did not put required amount of oil in my car. Had an oil change and couple months later there is no oil in my car. Per my mechanic I do not have an oil leak and it s obvious my car is not burning oil. Which was their explanation. Yet. My mechanic says not burning oil. There is no explanation for the lack of oil except they did not put enough in when completed my oil change. It s a miracle my car did not burn up.Service: Oil change

Great service I got an oil change (non-synthetic) just the basic of the basic and it was done in 10 minutes. The price came out to $52.00 for anyone who wants to know pricing before you go. Would recommend!

I have been going to Walmart to get oil change and if you have also you know you may be there an hour or more! No More!! I was in and out in less than 20, mins I am now a Dip Stick Girl

Excellent service, very friendly and quick on oil change. I called them to see how long it would take for an oil change? And they simply wanted me to come over and it actually took them 10-15 minutes only, to completely have everything done. So glad that I went over there. Thanks to the management, the guy at the front desk also was kind enough to give me a $10 discount. 5 star all the way.

Can I give a huge shout out to Dipstix! They get the job done in minutes while I wait in my car. They are always so professional and friendly. I have gone there a few times but on the last time a week after I was there I had an oil mess on the ground under my car. I panicked thinking it was gonna make me miss work. It was only like 7 in the morning but I called them. They were open and sent a manager straight to my house and fixed the loose plug that caused the trouble. I wasn't even late for work! Thank you so much for caring about the customer.

I stopped by today and was impressed with the speed of service and the quality of communication of their employees. I received an oil change and fuel injection service during COVID-19 conditions and was in and out faster than most places even look at your car. I paid a little more for the services than what I typically pay but it was worth my time to have it done quickly by employees who actively communicated with me instead of going to a cheaper place that takes 3 hours for simple service like an oil change.

While in for a service yesterday the tech checked my air filter for me, but because he was trying to work and talk to two other employees about non work related things I watched him drop a bolt for my air filter cover into the engine bay. I watched him look at it, lean over, then put the cover back on so I assumed he had picked it up. Go to check my oil today like I always do after I put some miles on the car post service I noticed the bolt was missing and he made no attempt to retrieve or replace the bolt. Not the end of the world because it still has other bolts holding the cover down and I can easily replace it but zero attempt was made to even tell me that he lost it and couldn t find it. I had to find out after the fact.Service: Oil change

Great service!! They were quick and so nice! It didn t take more than 15 minutes! I usually go to walmart to get an oil change and spend hours there.. so this was a much better option! i ll definitely be back!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Service depends on who is on shift. Sometimes, I have received great, quick service, have been received by friendly staff, and the overall process takes less than 15 minutes. Other times, they have taken over 2 hours, "accidentally" broke a filter and offered to sell me another one, and asked me to return to complete the service later because they were missing parts. In my experience, I have noticed that the staff tries to sell extra filters and windshield wipers to women but not men. They do this even if the parts are fine and they indicate that they "need to be replaced immediately" which may not always be accurate.

Fast, but they ll tell you they re required to use synthetic ( all cars after 2010 , but then told another customer it s because they drove a Nissan). It s a sales lie. They told all 5 customers that were there the same time as me the same thing, with a different reason each time. Even tried to scare people off with a waiver . The dealership I ve visited for 5+ years since buying the car uses conventional oil. Go somewhere else in town that doesn t try to lie and pitch something more expensive. It s good that they work quick, but they should value honesty over an extra $30.Service: Oil change

I was here for three hours. Something happened with the pumps that they use to refill oil, and it got on my and another woman s car (and in the interior, too). Granted they said to take the car to a detailing place and send them the bill, no matter the cost. But, it was little comfort after all of the time I spent there and the lack of communication about what had happened. Here s the kicker: they still charged me for the oil change. It may have been an off day because everyone else that I have talked to said this place was great, but I don t think that I ll risk it again any time soon.

I had no problems at all. They were super quick and very friendly and helpful. I don't live in Oxford, I'm just visiting family, but if I did live here, I'd go here all the time. The waiting room is pleasant. Pricing was very reasonable and they offered me more expensive synthetic oil but didn't push it hard, and actually agreed with me that I didn't need it.

I have been taking my vehicle to Dipstix in Oxford for oil changes for several years. They were able to get my oil and filter and air filter changed and had me on my way quickly. Quick and efficient. Clean waiting area with magazines and a television. They even vacuum your car and top off the fluids for no additional charge. A normal oil change is $49 including tax which is why I didn't give it a full 5 stars.

Sometimes the device is great sometimes it is not. They last time I went I had quick service but bad service. The people on shift were not friendly and didn t do all the things that they say they do. The other times I have gone I have gotten the above and beyond service. I won t be going back if I see the people on shift from last time.
