My vehicle was there three weeks before I was called and told that a part was ordered without me being made aware. I was charged $750 to replace a water pump, then they attempted to upsell me an additional $450 to replace a wheel bearing. I declined that repair and did it my self in about 30 minutes. 3 days after I got my car back from them it broke down again with the same original issue. To their credit they did offer to look at the vehicle again after they were made aware that the problem was not fixed.Service: Engine repair

I am a senior citizen. My car broke down about 100 yards from his driveway. A wonderful Sherrif stopped to offer help. When I explained what was wrong he called Neal who came up to look at my car. it was after hours and his shop was closed. But he did a quick check then offered to help me get it to his shop. The car was over heating and all warning lights were on. It turned out a part in the water hose had broken so I could not keep water in it. I was 50 miles from home. I asked him if he could fix it. He did fix it in record time and was not even going to charge me but I insisted. The charge was more than reasonable . He was so kind and compassionate. What a wonderful human being. He even had to drive 28 miles to buy the part. The world needs more people like him and the Sherrif who stopped to help. There was no pressure for me to let him fix it but I knew I could not get it home on my own.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Neal is very patient, and it shows as I witnessed him handling some difficult situations. Innovative is a good word in his business name, as I also witnessed him thinking outside of the box to solve a problem. I really appreciated his considering of safety for the future, with my vehicle.
