A great local parts store for commercial and agricultural equipment!!All of the employees are very knowledgeable and have been industry professionals for years. They make a wide variety of hydraulic hoses, a great but very busy small engine shop, and of course a great selection of parts. This NAPA is part of a chain and has great distribution and parts availability over some others.

Finally found someone who would look up specs on the exact fuel pump we needed for our antique truck. Had to speak with a certain guy but he was very nice and helpful!

Napa in Oxford MS. Terrible service. Poor manners. Inefficient stocking so it takes forever to find anything. Rude employees make parts shopping a painful experience. I have lived here over a decade and it has always been this way. I only shop there because they have odd parts and supplies you cannot get unless ordered, so we order when not in a rush. They used to be the only Stihl dealership so they had an advantage. No longer the case and everyone goes elsewhere. Anyone else has my parts/supplies I go there and will pay More. I own several businesses in my area and have reasonable standard of customer service. Oxford Napa is way below the bar. have been to other Napa parts stores. They are not all bad like this one in Oxford.

A good group of folks that know their stuff. They can find what you need at a price that won't make you cry. Don't be afraid to ask for help. The store is on the crowded and messy side, but they know where everything is.

There are discount parts houses everywhere, and you might save a buck or two using tbem, but if you want the right part the first time, with experienced sales people, the Sparks is where you need to go. I've been buying my parts here for over 30 years and it's where I go back every time.

Should be called Geriatrics auto parts can t even order a carb kit for a pole saw and get the right one.. useless

Wont get any help unless you're a local. If it's not an american car they won't bother even looking up the parts.

They gave me the wrong part so had to go back today after buying yester day try returning the part and getting the right one still out of luck because they have to order it
