Outstanding customer service and top-notch car cleaning! I highly recommend them for anyone needing thorough interior and exterior cleaning or odor removal. I dropped off my car around lunch and it was ready in a couple of hours.

Mr. Melvin is the best in the business! I had a big scratch across my door that he was able to get out completely. Mr. Melvin and his team at Elite Mobile Car Wash and Detailing are simply fantastic. Driving back and forth between Jackson and Meridian all of the time, I do not have the time to wash my car and tend to its needs to remove bugs as I would typically like to. After finding Mr. Melvin's business on Google, I decided to take my car for an estimate to see how much it would cost to get it thoroughly washed and cleaned inside and outside. Mr. Melvin provided me with an excellent quote, and I decided to bring my vehicle in the next day to have it cleaned. My car was filthy inside and outside - Mr. Melvin and his team took care of my vehicle SO WELL! They are very particular with the chemicals they use, and Mr. Melvin even showed me the products he uses to ensure my vehicle was being treated with care. My car came back showroom clean - inside and outside! My vehicle has not been this clean since the day we bought it from the dealership. I highly recommend Mr. Melvin and his Elite Detailing business. Mr. Melvin's honesty is hard to find and trust, and I very much appreciate his honesty and truthfulness. Mr. Melvin is awesome!!! I had never gotten my car detailed, but I really want to get a couple spills out of my car's seats. He encouraged me to look through his website in order to decide which package I wanted, and then took me through chemicals, processes, and all the steps he was going to take to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be coming back!!

My mother is in MS visiting family. We live in NC. We wanted to surprise her with a car detailing, since our daughter left candy in the backseat that melted in a terrible mess. Elite let us pay for the service electronically.We were not disappointed. Elites owner Melvin, answered all my questions on a Sunday and got us set up for her surprise on Monday. They were efficient and thorough. It looks like she just drove it off the dealership lot! Excellent work Melvin. Thank you all for helping her have an amazing birthday!

I have 6 and 2 year old boys that were both very rough with my 2018 Honda Accord. After 4-5 hours with Melvin and crew, my interior looked like the day I drove it home from the lot. Trading my current car in and will be back with my next one. Highly recommend their services. Elite Mobile Car Wash and Detailing exceeded my expectation. The attention to detail was immaculate. I watched as they thoroughly examined my car and gave "her" the attention she so desperately needed. Mr. Melvin even discovered bacteria growing in my car from a spill and removed the bacteria and the odor. Additionally, the bugs that were destroying my paint were removed. My car looks just like it did when I purchased it. The expert feedback and excellent customer service made me a customer for life. The money that I spent to get my car detailed well was worth it. No more driving through car washes. I had a great experience with Elite! Melvin is extremely courteous and clearly knows his stuff. I was able to get my car totally detailed on short notice; I was also able to bring my car to Melvin a couple of days before he did the detailing and washing to get a price quote. He was up front with me about all of my different options and how much each option would cost, which I appreciated. My car looks and smells brand new! So my absent-minded self left 4 packs of ground beef in my truck for 5 days (I don't drive very often), and the next time I got in my truck to go somewhere...well, you can imagine. I didn't think it would be possible to ever get that smell gone, but Melvin at Elite did. He worked like crazy and did it in one day! I had chili spilled in my trunk that got into a bunch of small cracks and my car was smelling, so I brought my car here to get cleaned. Melvin (the owner) was very nice and accommodating and was able to finish cleaning the same day I brought it in. He also walked me through the process of how he was going to clean it, which was very nice. A couple hours after I dropped my car off, Melvin called me and said that mold had started growing where the chili spilled. Cleaning this was going to cost more, so he wanted to make sure I was ok with him cleaning the mold before proceeding with it. He did a very thorough job with the cleaning and I'm so happy he found the mold so I could get rid of it as soon as possible! Great experience here, I would definitely come back.

Melvin was so kind and did an amazing job! He is a great worker and was very friendly! My car was in awful shape due to someone getting sick, and he made it look as good as new! I would 100% recommend him, it was worth the price and even more to have my car back in great shape after such an awful night!

Melvin is awesome!! He really knows his trade and the materials he is using. Was very upfront on what our vehicles needed but let me make the decision on what was done. He was extremely accommodating to our schedule and came to our house to take care of our vehicles. Both cars have an incredible shine...inside and out!! Looking forward to having him maintain our vehicles to keep them looking new. Great job Melvin!!

Melvin customized the detailing package to best fit our truck's needs. Good price! He was very thorough on the wash, wax and complete interior cleaning. The spray sealant he used was great...truck glistens! He was able to get the stains out of the seats. The no-sling tire dressing is the best! I had recently gotten a new, used car and was searching for a detailing company that could help remove a heavy smoke smell and stained headliner that resulted from the previous owner smoking cigarettes inside of the car. Initially, I was really skeptical and worried that nothing could be done and I was just going to have to deal with it. It was then that I found Elite Car Wash and Detailing on Google and decided to give it a shot. I can tell you that I am SO GLAD that I did! The smell is GONE and the headliner literally pretty much looks like that of a new car. The customer service was SUPERB and the man was so friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable and the service was delivered quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be coming back for any other detailing or car washing needs I may have in the future. My car had not been detailed since I purchased it 4 years ago. Melvin went above and beyond getting my car back to beautiful! It looked like a brand new car when he got finished. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!! For all that he did and his expert knowledge, he is well worth the money!

I want to give an incredibly BIG thank you to Melvin at Elite Detailing because he is a true businessman and a thorough worker in his craft. I had gone entirely too long between car washes to even begin tackling my interior on my own but I knew if I took it to someone with the time the tools and the talent -my car could be like new again. I was astounded at how detail oriented and satisfaction conscious Melvin is at elite detailing, my car looks smells and feels like we rolled seven years back on the clock! Thanks again

Melvin worked his butt off from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM this morning and my Jetta looks absolutely fantastic! He buffed out scratches in the hood and made a long scratch with paint on the rear driver side of the car disappear entirely. Melvin is a busy man, so don't wait to make your appointment. Regardless, great service and a hard worker, my car looks brand new inside and out. Will use his detailing service again.

Wow! These guys are awesome! I had to go to work before they opened, so they came and got my car for me. Owner was very knowledgeable and was able to get tree mold stains off of my car that has been sitting there for about a year! Went through many car washes and physically tried to do it myself with no success but these guys did it! My car came out looking brand new. Might I say, she looked very sexy as well! Melvin does a great job! He fit me in before a trip I had coming up and made my truck look about as good as it's looked since I bought it. I appreciate how much pride he takes in his work and the time that he put into making sure my truck was truly clean. I would definitely highly recommend him.
