My daughter is a student at Ole Miss and has brought her car in twice for two different minor repairs ( a tire patch and re-attachmentment of a front bumper, screw missing). Both times she was treated with kindness and repairs were done at a very fair price. Great service in Oxford. Highly recommend .

We used Brannon Glass fir a last minute table top cut that we were unable to find anywhere else at that moment. They were affordable and professional as well as quick with everything we needed.

I highly recommend! I was in and out within 3 hours on a walk in with no appointment. They were very through with explaining parts of my car and how it functioned and the cost breakdown. I got my a/c recharged, rear brake pads replaced, and purge valve replaced(I already had the part) for a low price or low enough for a broke college student to afford.Services: Engine repair, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Auto maintenance

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I have called multiple times, unfortunately on very short notice, and they were able to get my car in either the day of or next day which was so very appreciatived. Thank you!!!!!

I used to be a loyal customer to Brannan Automotive. I would bring my 2013 Subaru Forester here for servicing and "checkups". My starter began failing about a month ago. I set up an appointment for Brannan to install a new starter for me, and also give my car a COMPLETE CHECKOVER. I called back the next day after my starter installation, and reported my car sounding different, (slight flutter in idle recognized). Brannan did not advise me to come in to have my car checked out. 2 WEEKS LATER on a trip down to Louisiana, I started to hear a tapping noise. I pulled off the interstate, and my car died. No lights or anything ever came on. Car was about to throw a rod. Upon further inspection by me, my car was completely out of oil. I highly doubt that my car ran out of 5 quarts of oil in two weeks. Never saw a drop of oil on the ground, even after refilling vehicle. My car is now totaled. 10,000$ vehicle to 0$ overnight. Brannan Automotive did not check my fluids when I asked for complete checkover. Brannan automotive ignored my concerns one day after installation of new parts. Brannan Automotive did not offer to pay back 350$ ticket for work done 2 weeks before car was totaled. Brannan Automotive did me wrong. I will never use or refer anyone to Brannan Automotive again. What a shame! I had previously referred many people to this place --- I will walk back those statements

While in Oxford for a wedding, my car developed a coolant leak that was causing regular overheating. Despite being incredibly busy, they were the only auto repair shop in town that was able/willing to fix it in short order for a very reasonable price. Absolute life savers. Thank you!

They did an absolute amazing job!! They were able to use old mirrors I had and cut them down and mounted on the walls at my gym!! I love Brannon Auto! They're always super fast and they're not like the big commercial places. They're fair and tell you what's what, I trust them. A friend recommended them and now I recommend them to my other friends. It's a small waiting room but you won't be waiting long (waited maybe 20min for an oil change). If you drop it off for work it's done in a few hours.

I'm always treated well by these guys. They diagnosed the problem with my car and helped me get the service I needed in no time! If I ever have car issues while in Oxford, I'm going straight to Brannan's. Highly recommended!

We recently moved into the area and discovered Brannan Auto Repair by word of mouth, and now we trust all our vehicle repairs and maintenance to them. They are reasonably priced and have great customer service. We highly recommend!

Highly recommend this auto repair shop!!! I was struggling to find the issue with my tag light. Called Brannan s shop, and they told me to bring it on over to have a look. Our family has been going to Brannon Auto Repair for 21 years. They have worked on all the vehicles owned by my wife, my two sons and myself. We have ALWAYS had excellent service. Go to Brannon Auto Repair for their great mixture of skill and integrity!!!!!

The owner of this place is a crook. Twice we have taken our vehicle there for repairs and neither time has he called and given us a heads up of what the issue is with the vehicle and how much it's looking like it is going to cost, unlike literally every other mechanic I have ever dealt with. The first time luckily it was just a 95 dollar fix, but the second time around he called and told us he had fixed the vehicle, only to find it was upwards of 250 dollars with extra fixes to do to make it run AND he says the motor sounds like it's going out but he's not sure because he doesn't do motors. He will lie to your face about what was discussed over the phone between the two of your. If you think that, why not call and ask if we want to proceed with the repairs if you think it's more than the car is worth? He has deceptive business practices and claimed over and over again he only will provide an estimate or give you a heads up "if you ask." Well, we made it very clear when we dropped the car off BOTH times we would like a call when the issue was found and when we know how much it was going to cost and BOTH times our request was ignored/forgotten. We were recommended this place by Kenny Warren, who we trust and have a good relationship with, who always calls and gives a heads up as to what the issue is with the car and how much he believes it will cost before proceeding with the work. It makes me wonder if Kenny knows the shady business practices of this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I've been a customer for a few years now and have always had great results. I just stopped by (on my lunch hour) to have a dash sensor checked. There was a note on the door saying the office was closed until tomorrow (because of the July 4th holiday). I thought I was going to have to make another trip to the shop. But, there was a gentleman in the garage and he offered to run the diagnostic for me. Gave me peace of mind before going on a long distance trip with my kids. Wow. Now that's service!

When I lived in oxford this was my go to auto mechanic. They ve done so many oil changes and tune ups for a fair price and I never felt I was being taken advantage of. Today they even helped me change a headlight before they closed while it was raining. Can t recommend them enough. Thanks Bub and co!

I trust these people with all my auto repairs that I need done. They're not like other mechanic shops because they won't try to scam you for parts or services. Everyone is very knowledgeable about their profession. Highly recommend them for auto repairs!

I spent 25 years in the military and I have rarely come across a more honest mechanic in that time. Brannan will always do what he says, quickly, and he will not charge you for things you don't need. If he says I need it, I don't argue, because he wouldn't waste words on something useless. I like that.
