No one answers phones. You leave messages and call back numbers and no one ever calls back. After a year of automatic draft payments, I find out that they never sent off my title. Now there is a hold in Jackson and I can't renew my tag. Gee thanks Action Auto.

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!! 100/100 definitely would recommend this place to any and every one!! Everyone in the building made me feel so at home and like I was part of their family, they also kept reassuring my doubt due to being done horrible at car mart they would not dare put me in a vehicle that wasn t safe, reliable or dependable, if they didn t feel like they could put their child or family members in one of their vehicles they absolutely would not put me in one. Everything was super easy and simple as well!! Shout out to Stephen Hodge for putting me in my dream car and helping me with my first big girl purchase!! i really can t thank you enough for your help!!

I came out one morning and my truck did not start. Travis in service made sure we was back on the road. I did over pay for the vehicle that I got but I didnt over pay because the inside was crucial and nice. Everything on the vehicle works perfect. For the year that it is the mileage was perfect. I'm a fan of older foreign muscle. I seen it and got it. Travis had my back.

I bought a car from action auto in Florence Alabama. The staff were very pleasant and nice. I did notice after I took the car home that evening, that the front bumper had some missing clips on it. Called and spoke with Ashley at service department and she got me in a few days to get it fixed. Very pleasant experience with all.

My experience with action auto was great. Everyone was friendly. Jolynn was so helpful she walked me through the entire process. She allowed me time to choose what I wanted and not feel pressured all while making sure I never felt alone. I recommend action auto to everyone especially those with unique circumstances. Also the receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. She really warms the office atmosphere. Thanks a lot.

I would definitely buy my next car from Action Auto. They have the nicest employees. They make you feel right at home when you go visit. I really like how they sending you payment reminders and also they let you know when your payment was made. You can't go wrong with Action Auto will will be in great hands. Thank you Action for what you do for your customers.

*update* Jordan straightened everything out and got me situated. He's the man to see.*update* The air didn't work on the car and the assured me that it would be fixed. So they had me drop it off a few days later and when I picked it back up the air worked for like 3 days then went back out. I am currently receiving the runaround trying to get it fixed correctly.Friendly and customer oriented staff. Jordan was great and handled everything I asked in a timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend.

Do not buy from this place, 00000 stars. I have been paying on my truck for a year and a half, never been late, thought I made last week payment, but didn't, these people disabled my truck over 1 late payment, then every Friday, they are blowing up your phone to get a payment, mid day, and the 12,000 mile warranty sux tried to tell them transmission was acting up,,they said wasn't nothing wrong with it, and right after the 12,000 mile warranty was up transmission goes out, $1600 rebuild DO NOT BUY HERE

This has been one of the worst experiences with a carlot I ve ever had I was basically sold a lemon. I purchased the vehicle in July and had to put it in the shop twice within the first week causing me to lose a good job. Four months later the motor goes out mind you I haven t had the vehicle a year yet and now I m getting the run around on repairs and I m the process am about to lose a second job. I have never missed a payment and have had nothing but problems and the receptionist has a nasty attitude as well. I made a huge mistake coming here and wouldn t recommend anyone to purchase here.

I had a very welcoming experience from the salesman. They treated us very nice the whole way through the buy. I do recommend purchasing a vehicle from here and after almost a week of doing so I can say my car has been amazing.

My experience with Action Auto is unreal. First of all I have not have my truck more then 30 days and every week my truck is in the shop and back out with the same problem . I can t even get down the road from the shop without my truck stoping with the same problem. I call Ashley from Tupelo of Auction Auto that s the Service Lady who do not give a cent . She give you the run around when you finally get her on the phone and wait JoLynn is sometimes which means sometimes she help which by the way sold me this truck in Oxford, Ms location .

This is the WORST CARLOT IN OXFORD Ms! They sold me an 2013 Chrysler 200 I been having this car for 5 months it s been in the shop over 10 times!! Not to mention they sold me this car WITHOUT AN BREAK PAD!!! It s plenty more about this vehicle but I m not gonna sit here and talk about it! they are so eggar to sell u an vehicle that they ll give u just about anything! I highly DONT recommend this carlot unless u wanna be saving for a new car months later!

I had a good experience at Action Auto they were friendly and eager to help me find a car. The only problem I had was there in house finance was a bit high but that's to be expected. Thank you Action Auto for putting me in my new ride.

Do not buy a vehicle from action auto, the vehicles are no good and the customer service is even worse. They waited until we owed around $800 and stared calling and texting and they change my initial agreement when my payment was due.

In reality they deserve no stars!!! From the time I drove off the lot in the overpriced trash the car started to overheating, cracked radiator, and the fan system malfunctioned. I got garnished made outside payments and they never updated it with adp ;so I got overcharged. I will have to decline on pricing a car in Mississippi there are no laws to protect the consumer when the car is a lemon.

Very helpful staff and did not blink about me test driving about 7-8 different vehicles. Ended up buying a Hyundai Sonata and would definitely buy there again.

I would not recommend this dealership I purchased a car in April of 2022 it was in the shop 4 times before I even had it a month 6 months later the motor blew up in it and they never fixed it I called and asked if I could come and get my belongings out of my car and they threw all of my things away and sold a messed up car to another customer I highly do not recommend going here for a vehicle.

My daughter is a student at Ole Miss. No she doesn't have a job but her father and myself do. I sent her in to see what they had but the salesman pretty much told her he wasn't going to show her the best available because of cost. Well, he missed a sale on that one!

I Had a bad experience with tupelo , MS . I guess the women was having a bad day and took it out on me I was calling to ask her a simple question about a car and she rushed me off the phone and did not help me. So I decided to try another location and I was helped at the location in Oxford ,MS and answered all my questions. THE FIVE STARS TO OXFORD.

I had the pleasure of talking to this guy named Kevin on the phone one day... I informed him the I was looking to purchase something.. the color was gold SUV... A few days later, I kept my word, I showed up... well.... I didn't get my gold SUV but Kevin made sure i was gonna be satisfied... the Oxford crew was amazing ... they went beyond the call of duty and I thank you for a job well done... they made me feel like family
