As a recent transplant to the area, my son discovered Your Town through his place of employment. We initially took his car for repairs and were informed every step of the way and picked up on the promise date. I ve recently had my daughter s car in while she was home for spring break and once again they did a great job in a timely manner. Your Town is great to work with; Tracy and Greg provide honest upfront pricing that s important to me as a customer. They are definitely our go to for repairs and maintenance.

My experience with Your Town Automotive has been fantastic. Tracy, the co-owner, is professional, personable, highly knowledgeable, with over 25 years of automotive experience, and displays patience and concern in order to determine the root cause of the problem(s) I am/have been experiencing with my 2015 Ford Transit 250. Additionally, the staff is well-seasoned, efficient, and professional. I encourage those in need of automotive assistance/needs to contact Your Town Automotive as you will not be disappointed.

I took my car here because it started having issues. They quickly figured it out and let me know that there were a few other issues - 2 of which were also critical. My car runs better, now, than when I bought it used a few years back. I work long hours and have to do a lot of driving. I m grateful for their trustworthy service because it means I don t have to worry about breaking down on the side of the road in the middle of traffic. I would recommend them. Very trustworthy and fair pricing.

Your Town Automotive was Fantastic!!! They were so accommodating for my situation with my insurance claim and also made sure that my car was in top top shape before they returned it to me. I will definitely be back! And I have already referred some friends and family to this repair shop! Highly recommend!

Have to admit was skeptical about this place after a history of dealing with previous bad mechanics (Not at this Place). Have been taking my wife s vehicle to this location for awhile now and would have to say, these gentleman know how to get your vehicle right and are as professional as they come. Hell, I even gave them the ole integrity check and they passed with flying colors. Hands down there is no other place I would take our vehicles they do a Great job here!!!!!

I have consistently used this for my truck several times. Each and ever time, I receive quality and professional courtesy.Also, additional work needed to be completed to prevent future issues and the maintenance team called with a thorough explanation but didn t pressure with any mandatory additional work but rather allowed me to make the decision based on the information he provided.I am a customer for life!

An outstanding, local, state-of-art auto repair shop. Took my 2017 Kia Cadenza there (an unusual vehicle to say the least) to have the oil sensor switch replaced. Because it is burried under the manifold, I was concerned it would be a major undertaking, or if they would even attempt to service it: It was a piece of cake for these guys. Car runs like new and the oil pressure warning light no longer illuminates unnecessarily. Not to mention the money saved in comparison to what the dealership wanted. They are really good guys, outstanding craftsmanship, and you'll be impressed with the uniqueness of the shop as well.

I was stranded at the airport & my truck wouldn t start. I had it towed to this shop. The owners and staff went out of their way to help me find a nearby hotel, gave me restaurant recommendations and even gave me a ride. My truck is back on the road thanks to them.

Just went and got my truck and couldn t be happier. Been fighting electrical issues with my flatbed for a long time. Tracy kept me up to date and fixed everything we talked about. I highly recommend this place! Our car was making a really loud noise so we took it to our dealership where we bought our car from. They had no idea what was causing it. We went to another dealership and they misdiagnosed the problem and gave us a $1,300 bill. I searched around for an experienced and trustworthy mechanic and this place came up with a bunch of glowing reviews. They were able to get us in a couple of days after I called them and they kept me updated on the status of our car. They figured the problem out and charged a very fair and reasonable amount and quickly fixed our car.I was nervous about going to a new mechanic. You never know who might try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge - like the car dealership did to us. Your Town Automotive were honest, professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. If you have car issues, go to them!

I took my 2013 hyundia equus to your town auto to have a problem I was having with the car were two other shops couldn't figure out the problem.your town not only solved the problem fixed it charged me way less then I was expecting they Also addressed some other issues the car was having that I should have work done down the line.i was extremely pleased with the time they took to get me my vehicle back and the problem hasn't came back yet.i highly recommend these guys.the only negative issue I have is talking to the service supervisor.he has a voice of you know your about to get bad news.but other then that these guys are awesome and do great work and moat importantly aren't trying to add on things that don't need to be done.honesty goes along way and these guys are honest

I had a great experience with Your Town Automotive. Mr Tyler got my car looked at fast. I knew it was going to be a big job, it is an older car. I was really happy to get it back the next day. After a couple of days I felt like something was off and I brought it back and they made the adjustment no charge. Everything is as it should be and I couldn t be happier. I will definitely be back. Great repair service. Tracy and Greg have great bedside manner and definitely know how to treat paying customers. It is very convenient being that I stay 3 miles from them: I now can save time from driving to North Memphis for car service. I got front/rearend work done on my gmc sierra. They cut me best deal possible. I came back and got an oil change few days later. Then They put a light in my headlight. Good group guys I definitely will be back.

The best automotive repair shop! I had the wheel bearing replaced for my Subaru Crosstrek. They gave us a fair estimated price for labor when my husband called, and took care of my car in a timely manner as soon as we dropped off the car. They are honest people, fair on the price and service is much better than our dealership! I went in to see why my Toyota Camry was making a strange noise. Tracy identified the problem. They got me in the next day to repair it. Needed radiation fan replaced. Tracy and Greg were very nice and answered all my questions, great service. I dropped the car off in the morning, got it back early afternoon. Had all bulbs in the headlights replaced. Had to remove bumper cover to do it. Dropped off and picked up a couple of hours later. Will be back for any future repairs.

I doubt of anyone is ever happy with their auto repair bill to be honest. But it in this case, it's not because Your Town wasn't fair. Let's face it. Everything is expensive now. In all honesty, I couldn't expect better service and better pricing from anyone who is competent in their profession. They (especially Tracy)were great at communicating with, provided reasonable options and fixed my car at the best price one could expect. I highly recommend them and I will make the trip back there for my auto repair needs. You should too.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I needed the timing belt replaced on my Lexus GX 470. I had issues with the dealership overcharging so I contacted Yourtown automotive since they have certified Toyota mechanics in the shop. They gave me a great price, did all the repairs as requested, performed all the work expeditiously and I could not have been more pleased with the entire process.
