This is where I take my Corvette... heard about it from Strictly Vettes of Memphis. This is the most reasonable priced place to take it. There is a bit of a language barrier, in talking with the owner... but they really do good work, and the car is fixed, even before I was prepared to go pick it up.

I am very excited to be the first one to review your so called business.I had a terrible experience with the car dealer John. He had a car I was interested in and we AGREED on a price, did I say we AGREED on a price.? I meant we AGREED on a price and he was going to take the lock lugs off of the tires because he didn't have the key. He was also going to replace the valve cover gasket and have the car ready by 5:30. We called and asked him to make sure the heat and air was in working condition and he said he would do that. When we went to pick up the car with cash the heat was not working on one side of the dual controls and he said he would check it out and have information in the morning. The next morning we called about the car and he said he no longer wanted to sell the car. We tried to call him back to tell him we still wanted to buy the car at the AGREED price but he had turned off his phone. We tried to call the lot number but it is obviously a cell number and it went to voice mail as well. In my opinion this is a horrible place to try to do business. I feel if you want to buy a car this should be the last place you should go. They get an F in customer relations. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I will be posting this to my facebook and asking all my friends to share it and I am certain that they will.

I recommend this place to everyone because Sam Flores and the other gentlemen their are very helpful and easy to deal with. I've been a customer of this place for a long time and I would most definitely buy another one very soon. I've never been to a place like OB AUTO that is so friendly and courteous.

This place was awesome Sam was great help to my sister and I highly recommend; When she was turned down at two places for her truck Sam got her in what she wanted and she loves it! The staff was nice I would definitely recommend. You re the best Sam!

Highway robbery they are thieves Told us nothing was wrong with the vehicle Pay full price for it now wheel bearings rust new tires oil change right off the lot 0 gas tie rod ends compressor serpentine belt windshield wipers missing screws from the seats lights on the dashboard drove off the lot All the lights came on. Truly terrible never ever shop here again.

They were great last year when I bought my 2011 Lexus es350, just left their they done tripled their prices. Not a good look, EVERYONE doesn't have a stimulus

Do not go to this company to buy a car. My wife purchased a vehicle from here and a month later the transmission failed. She had also purchased an extended warranty from them but they didn't turn everything in like they were supposed to. We had to pay out of pocket for the transmission to get fixed and are now having to take them to court to try and get them to cover the expenses. Do not go here.

Bought a vehicle from this place, be careful, the vehicle broke down on me not long after driving off, and they will not assist you with fixing it, they don't care

I bought a car from there in March 2018 and as of May 27th it doesn't work and no one at this dealership will even give me the time of day. Don't shop there it's nothing but a ripoff no way in the hell this car only lasted 1 month and a half
