No Worries is a surprisingly decent used car dealership run with complete integrity. They work tirelessly to get the best deals for their customers whom they treat as family, y'all. Dignity and respect are their bread and butter - check them out if you need a new ride with reasonable financing!

So I really thought this was going to be a good dealership because of the reviews but it s giving fake reviews or something. Then again we didn t have Pual helping us with this process. We went in one day and asked for all the information that was needed. She told us if we can at least get this information it should be able to work. We ran up and down the streets collecting all the information they needed for a $9,000 car and they still tried to act as if it wasn t enough. We clearly make over the asking price and was even willing to pay a bigger down payment. And they flat out lied to us and wasted our entire day when we would have been looking for a car somewhere else,The car was clearly in a accident and everything and they still acted as if we weren t good enough to purchase it. So when they say they will work with you they will not. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME Don t come under my review trying to justify nothing I went to another dealership with the same information and walked away with a bmw like I said do not deal with this company

They do short contracts which greatly reduces the risk of your car getting repossessed and they service all their vehicles. They don't want to repo your car, they want you to buy it. Unlike some dealerships I've seen. And the staff is pretty helpful and friendly.

I give No Worries Auto group 5 stars because the salesman (Paul Neville) had the nicest and most positive encouraging attitude when presenting a vehicle. He also smells very zestfully clean with a hint of lavender. He's really the kittens mittens. I would come back here for ages and bring the whole family. I will also let all my friends know that this is the place to be. I really had no worries at "No worries Automotive Group" in Olive Branch, MS.

I know this used car dealership is run with integrity and good faith commitment towards their customers and their community. I consider the sales manager to be a good friend of mine and I know how important it is to him to provide a quality experience to every person who comes through the door.

The new owner suck! I was told one price for a down payment over the phone and when I got there the down payment was totally different. The new owner is a arrogant, ignorant bastard who's rude, and extremely unprofessional. After a brief argument, he said f__ you to a customer. What great customer service! Oh by the way to Dalton, the sales person, your boss said that you are inexperienced and had no clue of what you were talking about. If I were you I would look for employment elsewhere. This is what your boss thinks of you! If I could give this place a negative 0, I would!

Kevin is very knowledgeable about the cars trucks, and SUV's they show here! I would recommend them to my friends and family as well! Great Service contract that will keep you in your car longer.

How about no stars, this place is the worst. They lie and deceive to get you to buy from them. They sell lemons and refuse to give you a carfax cause they know they are lemons. I was paying for a 2009 Mitsubishi Galaunt Sport editon but let them take it back. I found out the carfax on it and it had been in 3 previous wrecks and the odometer has been turned back. They have it back on their site now so DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!! This is the wrost place to buy from they don't have great costumer service. They are rude and wont work with you if you have trouble with payments.

They lie to you over the phone just to get you there. Then they tell you no credit check but it's definitely a credit check. They go in a room get on the phone and then come out with an OUTRAGEOUS downpayment for those dusty used cars that they have. Glad I didn't get a car. Save your time and go to a real dealership.
