In town on last min notice for work but needed a set of brakes and rotors done. Since I wasn t home with my tools to do it myself, I called around and Miles Moore was by far the more reasonably priced among their competitors.There were some complications with the part sizes, but they were addressed as fast as humanly possible.Overall, if I lived in this area .no one else would be touching my car.Service: Auto brake replacement

Intake manifold cracked on my Crown Victoria. Brought it in after I tried fixing it myself. They diagnosed it quickly and sent pictures of the issue. The prices are great and customer service was amazing.Edit: Brought one of my other vehicles there to get a tune up and they did a great job yet again! I will be bringing all of my vehicles back for maintenance work as the years go on. I will consider myself a regular/loyal customer from the first car done to my future maintenance milestones.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

I just want to give a shout out and send blessings to Mr.&Mrs. Dustin, Mr. West, and the Moore staff family for all they did for me and my Caddy XTS. I'm a over-the-road trucker...so when it's time to get out this truck...I hope right into my Caddy and get GHOST .They are very understanding, professional, and welcoming. I brought my car to Moore Miles upon a verbal recommendation. They replaced my steering rack and thermostat. (Another chain shop had replaced the rack 13 mos before) Two years later, the repairs did not fail. I recently returned with an electrical problem with another car. I got that repaired along with inspection, transmission service and an oil change. All handled as expected.The wrench is competent and customer service is very good. They honored warrantees, prices are fair but work and customer service is above great. Took vehicle there twice so far and they even repaired some relays on the harness.. they seem to be able to repair correctly, and warrantee their work. Highly recommend.

I was out of town on an over-size load when my truck went into limp mode & would only go 11 miles an hour. I called Moore Miles & they said they would help me even though they were very busy. Mr. Jimmy diagnosed my problem, a bad battery, & had a new one installed within an hour. He also told me that I had a leak in my radiator & showed me what to do each day before I started my truck. He assured me I would be okay finishing the load (delivery was Brandenburg, KY) & then the dead head home Houston. TX. I could not have asked for better service or nicer people. Jasmine, in the office, was very personable & helped me to not freak out at my situation. If I lived anywhere near them, they would definitely be my mechanic. Jimmy, Jasmine & other staff thank you from the bottom of my heart. The Good Lord truly blessed me when He sent me to you.Services: Auto battery replacement, Battery

Moore Miles automotive went above and beyond and truly exceeded my expectations, the service was exceptional, the cost to repair my vehicle was more than reasonable, the employees were extremely professional and very helpful. Compared to the expected time of my authorized dealership, Moore Miles saved me more money and time. Had my valve cover gaskets changed a few months ago and I noticed that my car was still having the same issue. So I gave Moore Miles a call and Dustin took care of me. If you re looking for a trustworthy and competent shop in North MS or the Memphis area, look no further. Everyone wants a mechanic they can trust! You have found them. Not only do they do a great job but they can be trusted to fix your vehicle correctly and they will do it the most affordable way possible. This shop has recently had a management change and believe me, it s for the better. It was always a good shop but has now been cleaned up and upgraded to be one of the best shops around. I cannot say enough about them and the people that they are. I won t go anywhere else!

Omg!!! My husband find this auto mechanic shop on goggle cause Land Rover Jaguar of Memphis Tennessee wouldn't change my Range rover oil. They came back with all kinds of complaints which was lies. Trying to get extra monies out of us. After reading Land Rover Jaguar of Memphis Tennessee reviews. Im thank God they didnt. Simple because their not capable of doing any kind of mechanic work makes things worse. But enough with them. We call the Moores and they said yes bring it. The moment I walk in the lady at front desk was friendly and awesome. The mechanics was super nice. The dad when we talk. I mention God and he took over with bible scriptures. That right there sold me. We both love God. If I could rate this company a 10 stars I would.

Moore Miles has been around for a long time. You can not find a Moore honest person than you can with Jimmy. I have been going to him for 25 plus years and my cars have always been fixed the first time. I never have to worry about coming back because it is fixed first right the first time. All the money I spent there was done there and I ve never been over charged. I feel Jimmy is the best car repair in this area. Thanks Jimmy for all the hard work

I needed a second opinion on my vehicle and Moore Miles was highly recommended. They diagnosed my vehicle and gave us a pretty detailed explanation about what it needs and the cost. If you want an honest shop and a fair estimate, please visit Moore Miles. We will definitely come back once we are ready to get the vehicle fixed. Thank you for your service.

My car was in bad shape, so much I didn t know if it was a good idea to keep it, especially with the experiences I had with other auto repair shops. I decided to try one last time, and after reading the reviews online, I decided to give Moore Miles a chance to fix it. He gave me a fair price, and stuck to it. He even provided transportation from the Memphis airport, without me asking. Bottom line, I was treated great, given a very fair price, and now have a car I can trust.

My car was making a funny whistling sound for a few days and I wasn t able to get it looked at until today. Every shop I reached out to kept giving me the run around until I spoke with Dustin at Moore Miles. At first they weren t able to get me in until Monday, then after explaining the situation he found a way to fit me in today. They were able to diagnose my car on the spot, realized the brakes were bad and got it resolved in less than 2 hours for an incredibly reasonable price. He was even willing to show me exactly what they were talking about, which makes me feel a lot better knowing they aren t trying to pull a fast one. For now on this will be the place I take my car and my husbands to get them looked at for any issues. Honesty, quickness, and great customer service are rare to come by these days, let alone at an auto shop. You won t be let down if you use them for your car issues!

This is an excellent mechanic shop to have ALL your car needs taken care of at. After I called 4 other auto shops, was told by each one that there was a 4 day or longer wait, would have to drop my car off & at rediclus prices, Moore Miles Automotive is the ONLY place where I was told to come right in, my car was taken care of as soon as I got there, I only had about an hour wait (just the time for him to fix car & get me on my way) at a price that actually made sense. He also did not try to upsell me on work that didn't need to be one. He told me what the problem was, told me the price & fixed the issue. I will ONLY come to this shop in the future & I highly recommend Moore Miles Automotive Shop to anyone who wants good work at a fair price done in a timely manner by a staff that actually cares about their customers needs. We would not take our cars anywhere else. We've been using them for years. They are very truthful, dependable, & more than fair. Honesty and integrity are not often words that go hand in hand with auto repair shops. They are definitely key words I would use for Moore Miles Repair! I can't recommend them highly enough. We have never been let down!

Dustin and his staff are awesome. They will forever have my business. I took my car to them to get a front end inspection and once he was done, he told me what I needed to fix right then and what could wait. Not only did he tell me, he showed me. So after he told me what I needed that was dire, I set up an appointment with him. After he serviced my vehicle, he basically broke everything down for me to understand what was going on with my car. Dustin is very thorough. His honesty is like no other and I highly appreciate that! I can tell that he takes pride in his work and that s why I will continue to give him my business. You will not be disappointed!

Trustworthy, professional, diligent and thorough!I needed to finally repair/replace an oil pan gasket that has leaked for ten years and getting to this required dropping the drive shaft and manual transmission.#1) they offset several hours ($90/hr) for the clutch change because it was a large portion of the work getting to the oil pan gasket. I didn t have to ask they did the math on the initial estimate. YOU RARELY FIND THIS LEVEL OF HONESTY!!!#2) they replaced my three U-Joints at minimal labor cost the shaft had to be dropped anyways. I mean minimal labor.#3) they called me for a transmission output seal that I was able to get to them in time saving me the potential for a leak down the road. Zero labor due to part needing to go back in with clutch.#4) they provided a military discount which is extremely generous.I was quoted a figure to replace the oil gasket at another repair shop and ended up getting labor for a new clutch, U-joints, seals; etc for nearly the same cost in labor. I brought my own parts which they gladly installed but couldn t issue a warranty. BTW their warranty (if they provide the parts) is amazing!Trusted! They are exceptional! Jonathan gave estimate and part updates in a timely manner. Larry was always available for questions. Dustin and his wife are very kind they are genuinely sweet people who really want to earn your business. They want to earn your trust and friendship as well. I was highly impressed with their business and atmosphere. I will go to Moore Miles anytime I need a heavy job done!!!Services: Transmission, Engine repair

I had a really good experience with Moore Miles Repair Shop. They were very professional and honest. I would highly recommend them. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with their service. I had a bad experience with Kimble Towing who towed my truck to Moore Miles. Moore Miles called and apologized on the tow companies behalf. Very standup people that run this repair shop.

My experience at this business was horrible! First off, the receptionist Jasmine has a horrible attitude. For the longest I was waiting at the desk for her acknowledgment and she was constantly ignoring me and on her cell phone laughing. Secondly when we finalized the costs, she gave me a bunch of absurd charges and said she thought they wanted me to do more than what I asked. Dustin has worked on all of our vehicles for years! He is honest, reliable, and professional! I trust his judgment and expertise! His prices are extremely fair and he will not charge for something that is not necessary! I would highly recommend him for any job! Any work for any vehicle! If you re questioning the price or job from somewhere else, get A second opinion at Moore Miles!! You will not be disappointed!!

As usual the fear of finding a trustworthy auto shop loomed over me as I reached out to them for dire help. After they said they can look at my vehicle and did their diagnosis of my problem I was at ease. They communicate with you every step of the way (even provide pictures) and confirm with you prior to making any repairs; but the most important part is that they get to the root of the problem and don't just provide a band-aide to your issue. I am not at all dissatisfied with their pricing for the work that they do. Always remember, you get what you pay for and from here you will get quality service. They are willing to go the extra "Miles" to provide exceptional customer service. I am grateful that I found them and recommend them for any of your auto needs. To the entire staff there, I thank you and may God continue to bless your establishment and family.

I've known jimmy for 25 years. Just recently we reconnected when he contacted Mr. Taxi for one of his customers.I had not seen Jimmy in many years but he has not changed one bit. He is very strong in his faith and treat people respectfully and does great work.Jeannie & I will return for additional repairs in the future because their prices are reasonable and mechanics are very knowledgeable. Also Moore Miles is very close to my residenceThx Jimmy. God bless you and your business.

These guys are great, I actually had a transmission problem with my truck, and to make a long story short, it took me close to 6 months to get the replacement transmission, they allowed my vehicle to stay on their property at no cost until I finally got the transmission, I brought it over they outdid the installation and the vehicle is fine. Very patient. Very professional. Excellent craftsmanship and highly reccommend.

Jimmy is very fair on prices does great work and helpful. I am retired military just moved to the area, he had some rear rotors put on, one was warped, he took the truck back at no charge ad guaranteed his work, all getting fixed now. I loved the fact, as a woman, I was respected. Felt very at home. It took us 3 months to try and find the water leak on my vehicle. It took Mr. Jimmy 6 hours! He's a very honest, Godly man! I loved every bit of my experience! He will definitely do all of our maintenance from this point on.

Sunday night while driving cross country I got a check engine light. Monday morning I brought my truck to Moore Miles and, despite it being a Monday morning, Dustin got right on it, personally checking my vehicle. Although there was no obvious issue that could be fixed then and there (the vehicle was working properly), he correctly surmised that I might have a transmission problem. I personally decided to take the risk and continue my travels. 300 miles down the road, Dustin was proven right: a failing transmission solenoid. The guy knows his stuff.
