I brought my car in with a starting issue. The gentleman I worked with were very nice and attentive. However, I was a bit displeased at the quote I was given. They quoted me $1900 for repair that included a $1300 fuel pump. I got online and looked to find that the exact same fuel pump (by exact part number) was available online between $500 and $700. There were also other fuel pumps that were compatible with my car for even less. I declined service at Meineke, and took my car somewhere else, and they are repairing it with the exact same parts for much less than $1900. I think it would be helpful if the technicians looked for the best replacement parts they can provide, but also the most affordable for your customers.

I recently revisited this location after taking a few years off due to my dissatisfaction with previous Management. This shop is in walking distance, so it's extremely convenient, prom a proximity issue.Short Version - New Management has taken over, more specifically "John". I spoke to John over the phone about the repairs needed (Engine Splash Installation) and her was extremely nice & knowledgeable. When I arrived at the shop, he remembered dour conversation set my expectations regarding the repair time and cost. Most importantly, he "Delivered"! John clearly understands the value of providing great Customer Service and a fair price.I also want to acknowledge the fantastic Service I received from the gentlemen that actually worked on my car, Floyd and Nick. They both made sure that I understood the work performed and made sure that I was satisfied.I plan to make sure that all my family and friends go see John & Team when future repairs and / or routine maintenance is needed.Good to know that good Customer Service is still carries some significance in today's world.

Arrived this morning at 7:35 am and needed a fleet oil change and tire rotation. I saw no associates working. But I could hear two people in the bay/shop. It appeared the manager John and another man were working on a customers truck or their own personal truck.I waited 10 minutes and a man I don't believe works there, came out and told me the manager John, was using the restroom.Guess it's easier to just make up stories instead of helping a customer. I waited 5 more minutes to speak to John and no one ever came out. I left and won't be back.

The staff was very helpful and worked quickly. They take care of their customers. I had an issue after I left, went back, and they were prompted and took care of all of my concerns.

I have a great experience every time I come here. The manager John and his team are very professional and friendly. They are very knowledgeable, and helpful with whatever services that you may need. This is my car care place for life.

Took my truck in for what I thought was a bad starter. Oddly, nothing was wrong with it. However, John or one of the technicians ended up fixing a plastic cover on the underside of the truck while it was there and while looking for the original issue. Small fix but i was stoked at the repair when it wasn t even asked for or talked about. Definitely paying attention to detail and taking care of minor issues for little to no additional cost. Good folks down at this location.

After searching for 2 days to find someone to do the brakes on my mother's car, everybody I want to was out 2 weeks at least went to meineke he said bring it in first thing in the morning. He told me he had only a couple of guys working but he still took me in despite being real busy and got me done in a good time, people were constantly coming in dropping their cars off and asking for a service. He never turned anybody down. After replacing the pass and rotors my mother's car drives and stops like it's brand new for a third of the price that the dealership was asking of course. There are located on Alexander which is right off Goodman past the overpass. The manager name is Ernie a very cool guy.Service: Brakes

I grew up in a shop and a mechanics credibility seems to be in constant question. I do MOST of my own work but sometimes I need something done on the fly or something may requires more tools/equipment than what I have. I am reluctant to take my vehicles to a shop because I can do the work but when I need a shop Meineke in Olive Branch, MS is the only place I trust and rely on. They don t take appointments so you have to drop vehicle off but they get the work done in neck breaking speeds. I am sure there are other shops in the area but this is the best I have found out of 3 other reputable businesses.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I went on yesterday November 6th for an oil change and out came the manager had remembered me from the phone call that morning. He was so polite and warming and we were there less than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service and car care!!! I recommend Meineke in Olive Branch!!!

They replaced my tires while keeping the vehicle over the weekend. Called me Monday to tell me my car was ready. They also found I only had 1qrt oil left in my engine and topped me off. It was a smooth experience with no complications.Service: TiresService: Tires

They charged me $1733.40 to fix my car and I have had issues with 2 of the repairs they supposedly did. Previously they made me change my google review to receive a refund. Now my power steering pump is bad and I just paid them $463.42 in March to replace it. I don t trust them with my car and won t be taking it back.Update 2/13/24 these people ruined my car. They either did not perform the repairs I paid for or they gave me bad parts because in January my timing belt broke and my car stopped working. I had to sell it as is versus buy a new motor. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR!!

They had my Jeep since August supposed to be a couple weeks. Called me in February and told me need new motor after they tried to replace valves on my Actuator. Lost my Job because of transportation. I plan to Sue. Now they say 8900 to fix my Jeep!!!!!

Had to take truck 3 times for missed welds the first time. UPDATE: I believe they have changed managers since my last visit and this time it was much better. They fixed my brakes and I also learned that at my last fluid fill ELSEWHERE the wrong fluid was put where my brake fluid was supposed to be. They had to do a flush to my system and that cost me a little more, but I still appreciated that they had found the issue and actually showed me the fluid they had found, explaining what was supposed to be there. For that alone I'll give them five stars this time.I still question why the shop advertises itself as being open at 7:30 a.m. I got there at 7:30 but no one was inside until a mechanic showed up at 7:40 a.m. I try to be on time to my appointments and let people know if I am running late.ORIGINAL:Very disappointed in my experience. The manager met me when I had an appointment for 8 a.m. for the oil change and asked me to come back in two hours. Once I did come back, it was another hour before it was done. When I have an APPOINTMENT for a service, I expect the appointment to begin at the specified time. This completely shot down all of my requirements for the morning and put me behind what I had to accomplish in the time I had planned. Good customer service means if an appointment is set to be started at a certain time, that is the APPOINTED time for it to begin. This manager also had difficulty providing the change when I came to pay for the oil change. He said it was because his bank had closed. Overall, a terrible experience from this location and its manager Ernie Turner. Going to be a long time before I consider returning for auto work at this shop.Service: Oil change

Do not recommend.Shop broke bolt off in head, replacing my manifold. Now i must live with exhaut leak noise. Didn't replace heat shield on manifold, wires left hanging...would have been mounted on shelid.Service: Auto exhaust system replacementService: Auto exhaust system replacement

Tried to tell me my 11 month old tires were cupped and unable to balance. They said I needed four new tires and quoted me the MOST EXPENSIVE brand they could without asking me if I had a preference. They also did not tell me the problem that was causing the supposed cupping they saw so that it could be fixed. Took my car to a different shop and was told there was no cupping of my tires and all I needed was a balance and rotation. Will not be back.

I brought my car for an alignment and was told they could not that I needed a part that had just been replaced not even a year ago. So a simple alignment was going to end up costing over $900. I took it elsewhere and there was nothing wrong with the part and I was able to get my alignment.

This is my 1st time going here and I will be going here from now on. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and overall great people. They don't bust heads and they have different payment plans to help if don't have all the money upfront for your repairs. They tell you the truth about what's going on with your vehicle instead of trying to get money out of you for their personal gain like most shops. I recommend this shop to everybody. The manager Mike and his staff especially Cedric are wonderful people.Service: Tires

Excellent service came in at closing with a flat and they stayed over to check my tire and plug it. Great bunch of guys. Highly recommend!!
