Professional, attentive, fair, and trustworthy. James and his team at J&S Auto are excellent at what they do and I'd highly recommend them. My 2017 Lexus was struck in the front driver side by a reversing truck. It needed hood work, fender repair, a new light assembly, and several other small repairs. J&S presented me with a fair estimate (especially compared to several other businesses, no names but DC comes to mind) and had me on the books to get it done. The car looks great; like nothing ever happened. I got a phone call every time there was an update to the repair. I will bring any vehicle needing body repair to James and his team in the future!

From start to finish the service was excellent. The estimate was made and in fact I got second estimate after just to keep um honest and J & S was $500 under the second estimate! They had to schedule me a few weeks out because they were so booked up (a good problem to have) but the day they set was the day they were ready. They found more damage once the outer panels were removed (which they warned me could be a possibility) and handled everything with my insurance...I had to do nothing. A massive snow storm hit (an anomaly no doubt) but they didn't miss a beat. They kept me up to date with each step and made the whole process completely effortless!The work was top notch and looked as if nothing ever happened (I'll be posting photos of a 2011 gray Ford Taurus) and really even better than when I bought v the car.This was the first time I've ever had to use a body shop for any reason and now feel very spoiled for happening across this one. James was especially cool to work with, very helpful, and informative. So if you're reading this and in need of a body shop at a more than reasonable price for exceptional quality then look no further. I'll 100% be back and highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you are looking for a place that does good body work, look no further. I took my vehicle in as it had some dents and scratches that needed to be repaired. My car looks brand new now! James, thanks for the excellent job! My car even smells new on the inside.

Have used this body shop 3 times. They give you an accurate estimate, complete work in the predicted time frame and do a beautiful job! The owner and staff are extremely nice and go the extra mile to help their customers. Hope I don't need them again any time soon, but if I do I would not go anywhere else!

Absolutely the best experience ever and we keep going back. First and foremost - honest. You can rest assured that you are dealing with nothing but integrity. The work is amazing, fast, and dependable. We will never take our vehicles anywhere else, bottom line.

The BEST body shop in the area!!!! Excellent customer service, rapid turnaround time and amazing results. I'm sooooo pleased. I'm so glad that I chose this location. They are a blessing in disguise. Thank You!!!

The owner is a very excellent person enjoyed conversation with him also they do a great job everybody needs to talk to him and use them if they can
