At BB s they are all super friendly as soon as you walk in the door. I really appreciate the fact that I can take my car in for service and I don t have to worry about them trying to sell me every service under the sun! If my car NEEDS something they will tell me. Otherwise they do the service and leave me alone. Most importantly, I trust them with my car.

We took our 2016 328i BMW in for a stuck thermostat and oil change. B and B had it finished before the day was up. Great auto shop. We highly recommend this shop. Their customer service is top notch. Thank you Teri for taking great care of us!

This group is literally the best. They overnight shipped my parts, stayed late to finish it before the Thanksgiving holiday, & it s been cleaned inside & out. Their service cannot be beat!

What was supposed to be an easy fix almost $800 later, has now created new problems.Starter was replaced and since having it back plumes of white smoke when cold starting! VM left after hours (5:23pm) was not returned the next day never got it, she claimed.Now, the only alternative is to be without my X3 for an undetermined amount of time because of their errors?

Came in to see if they will install, a performance part on my car, but was scared away by a rude old man with no manners and no idea of what customer service is. Wanted to leave my $$ locally but I won t be coming back.

My three star review is from someone's else's experience with place, ( and listening to them gripe nonstop) I wouldn't personally own BMW. Person took car too facilities to be fixed/checked over (recently purchased car) when dropped off it was clean, when car was picked up car it was dirty with scuffed marks inside but person doesn't have any complaints about mechanical work, just paying 1300 for work and car was returned dirty

Great customer service and very friendly / quick. Definitely saved a ton of money rather than going to then BMW dealer. Highly recommend this business. I had a battery replaced and windshield wipes installed.. Saved well over $200.

BB's were awesome from the beginning. They were swamped with work and was still able to squeeze me in a timely manner and got me fixed up. Everything from start to finish was just an outstanding experience. Will definitely be using them from now on and I suggest others do too.

I had trouble finding a business that did minor repairs on my 2016 BMW and I didn't want to pay the estimated charges at the dealership. So I googled and contacted BB's since it was close by. I was impressed with the friendly, courteous, and professional service I got. I was also very satisfied with the charges. This is a great alternative to taking your vehicle to a dealer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

BB's Euromotors have been servicing my vehicles for years. Not once have I ever had a negative experience with them. They are very professional and extremely fair. I have gone in telling them that I know that all of these big costly issues are going on with my car (as if I am a mechanic); I'm not, and after they check things out, they call and tell me that all my car needed was something as simple as cleaning the dust off the brakes and the charge was zero! They are very honest and I know that they have my best interest!

Great Service and people!I called to have my my brakes replaced and was able to get in quickly. They gave me an "out the door" estimate which I loved because I had and idea of what the cost was going to be based on the info I gave them. I also like the fact that they let you know what work you might need in the future, but without any pressure. I found them to be very honest and and appreciated the extra mile they go to for their customers, like washing and drying my car, filling my tires etc. If you truly love your car I highly recommend!!! This will be my go to shop from here on out.

The staff is very professional and make you feel like family. They consistently exceed my expectations on service, I have recommended them to others with BMWs as they don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk. They will always have my business as they are very thorough and don't try to upsell you on things that don't need to be done. They are honest and will tell you when it's time to repair or just ride it out for the time being. I've had my car for a long time and have had repair shops in many different states....BB's is simply the best.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

They arranged same day battery service when my car battery died. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable always answering any questions about my vehicle. One important thing that I appreciate is the care that the technicians take to keep the interior clean and free from dirt and grease. I recommend this business and will continue to use them for service to my vehicle.

B Bs has been my faithful friend through the life of 5 cars. They are thorough yet economically realistic. You always know your car is dependable and safe after it s been in their hands. It s like they treat your vehicle like the own personal car. I was in Mississippi visiting and was told about them. Couldn t get any shop to get my car into the shop and just run a test for the engine light being on. They got me in as fast as possible and found the problem. They didn t pull my leg like the dealership usually do. I was quoted a price that I was actually happy to hear. They offered a wash after the service as well. I do recommend them if you want honesty and great customer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My water pump needed to be replaced. In addition, I needed the A service. These folks really took care of me this last time as well as each prior visit. They are highly skilled, professionally and caring. They are my go-to shop for my BIMMER - 535i. You can not go wrong with this shop. I'm a regular customer and have had my BMW service here 3 times. Each time servicing and or repairs were done in a timely manner and done correctly. Service Manager keeps me updated on when car will be completed. They only do what's needed and are reasonable on their prices.

I m a fleet manager of 85 vehicles so I deal with a lot of shops for various types of equipment l. I used them for my personal vehicle and was thoroughly impressed. They were very thorough and offered options and helped me decide on what needed to be done immediately. The service and communication was second to none. Will make sure anyone who asks knows how well they took care of me.

I have taken my vehicle to this shop three times. Everytime, the service and work has been outstanding. My recent visit was due to a coolant leak on my 2011 528i. I spoke with Terri over the phone and she gave me an idea of the problem. Once I arrived, the problem was quickly diagnosed and the price very reasonable for a BMW repair. The vehicle was ready, with the ordered part, a few hours later. The price stayed the same and the car is running well! I trust their work, love their service, and appreciate the fact I dont have to second guess their honesty with the diagnosis! That is such a rarity with repair shops these days. Thanks BB and thanks Terri!

I don't give normally give reviews, but I felt compelled to give one for BB's. I've dealt with them twice, once for a Mini Cooper and once for my BMW X3. Both times I received nothing but professional, courteous service. They're great about communicating, always keeping me up to date as to what's going on with the car. These are the kind of folks that you build a relationship with, I trust them and know that they're looking out for me.Thanks BB's!!

The folks at BB s are very professional and trustworthy! I called BB s after receiving a referral from a friend because I needed to get a second opinion about the repairs that were needed to my car. They could have easily quoted me for and just went with the original misdiagnosis that I received from another repair shop (which would have been a costly unneeded and unnecessary repair) but they didn t! They gave me the correct diagnosis and repaired my car at a very fair price.And I can t leave a review without mentioning Terri! She s just a joy to work with. She s very knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. She made the process of dropping my car off and picking it up seamless! Oh yes, they also coordinate transportation via Uber or Lyft for you if needed. Give them a call, you won t be disappointed!

Great customer service. I had a battery replaced at $200 less than the BMW dealership. They worked me into their schedule immediately and had a battery delivered the same day. I was shocked to find my car had also been detailed after the battery was installed.

This is a great place to have your high end cars repaired and serviced instead of the crazy marked up dealerships.The team at BB helped me recover from a Mercedes dealer sting and will be performing our work going forward.Glad I found them!!

These great folks performed a pre-purchase inspection on a 1967 Mini Cooper S for me. They did a great job in a very timely fashion and I highly recommend their services! What a great place beautiful waiting area clean beautiful restroom. Excellent quick service. We were moving to Reno and my BMW was acting up. Dallas took in last minute they fixed me right up and affordable.

This is the place to take your BMW. I had recently purchased a 2013 X1 and the brake service light came on. I saw the great reviews that BB's EuroMotors had and called for an appointment. They got me in the next day and had my problem fixed in short order.While looking over my car to ensure everything was working as it should, they found a recall that needed to be done by BMW and let me know that I was close to exceeding the mileage to get it done without any cost to me. They even contacted the local BMW dealership about it and gave me the name and number of the person I needed to contact for an appointment.Overall this was a great experience. BB's EuroMotors really epitomizes what customer service means.
