This was the best used car dealership experience I've ever had. The gentlemen on sight where kind and willing to answer any and all questions I had. I was able to take my time and was given my space to look while I made my decision which was extremleh important to me. Thank you gulf hills!!!

2/24/2023 My 18 yr old daughter has purchased a car from Gulf Hills auto, on the first day the car needed a condenser so we had to bring it to the dealership for them to fix it next morning. 2/24/2023 We go to pick up the car because they told us it was ready to go, we get the car take it to gas station down the street which is in walking distance of the dealership fill up and get on the interstate exit 50 and the car runs hot. I call them they come out and we drop the car back off to them. They called 2/25/2023 saying they changed the radiator and thermostat out and they are all brand new parts. So today 2/26/2023 the car runs hot again, so I took it to Walmart thinking maybe the oil need to be changed they refused to touch it saying we should take it back because it is leaking oil and transmission fluid really bad that it is unsafe to drive. Now on 2/25/2023 we asked for our money back and they refused to give it back saying Mississippi doesn't have any lemon laws in place that we had to keep this car that isn't safe for anyone to drive. I can't afford to buy her another car ca4 because they took everything I had just to purchase that car. I am a single mother trying to do the right thing and these men at this company has taken advantage of this. I really need some help. They have mean and very rude about this whole situation when they are at fault. We just want our money back so we can find a better car. I'm really upset because they told me several times that this car is highway ready and I told them this is my childs car so I need it to be a great car. We had to pay $8000.00 for a 2013 Chevrolet cruse with 151,000 miles on it. I mean come on this car should not have this many problems and they shouldn't be able to keep running business like this and putting people lives in danger.

Wonderful costumer service! I would recommend coming here for your auto needs and I would definitely be coming back. Cory stayed an extra 2 in a half hours on a labor day weekend just to finalize my title transaction. Thank you so much for your help.

I'll give it 3 stars and that is only solely because of Corey, and the mechanic that works there!They themselves are 5 stars but this is an overall review. I had a very horrible thing go on before, won't get into because they made good with me. Once Corey took over things started to run a lot more smoothly from there, and I felt a lot more comfortable and everything I was dealing with! He's very professional as is the mechanic! I hate to say it ,but I would never go to this place again because I do have to be honest in my reviews to the least of what I can say and that is that I would not use them again nor would I recommend them. But those two people that work there are good people so if you do decide to go there I would not deal with anyone but Corey!

Do not trust these folks at Gulf Hills Auto. I met Mike downtown in Ocean Springs and he was selling a golf cart. He said he was selling it for their used car lot. The golf cart looked really nice but he said it could not be driven there so he had to bring it to my place. He delivered it at night with a couple things not working and said he would fix it. The golf cart was over 8k and he assured me he would take care of everything, well 2500 dollars later and being constantly ignored he did nothing. All of these folks are scam artists and con men. Take it from me I would not want any innocent person losing their hard earned money to these thieves. I do not know how they sleep at night. READ ALL THE REVIEWS! See that this is there way of life and business. I am trying to save you all from making a massive financial mistake. Read below what the mechanic said that I payed dearly. These people are absolutely evil.
