I had a very good experience with this body shop, I had extensive hail damage to my car and they had it looking brand new very quickly. Several parts had to even be replaced and/or repainted, and they were very efficient. Every time I called, they were quick to answer and give me updates. I would not refer to the bad google reviews submitted about this shop. Of course they are in it for the money , they have a business to run. This isn t volunteer work. I paid my deductible and insurance paid the rest. I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional and nice people here.

This company goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy. They are extremely professional and were able to envision exactly what I had in mind for my dream car, which they helped build from the ground up. Never did they once make a decision without consulting me and they did this project in such a timely manner. They definitely go out of their way. Truly satisfied with this company and the quality. One of the best to work with on any project.

My struts were loose when we picked it up told them multiple times the transmission sliping and it was making a humming noise they didn't fix any of it. We ended up having to take it to another mechanic after the only took it to did NOTHING and and had to pay out of pocket for the repairs and still waiting for insurance reimbursement.

Someone hit my car in walmart parking lot and knocked off or left it danglingwhile it was parked and I was inside. Got Windham to fix it for me. We have used them for body work on cars a long time. They do good work.

If you don t want to get ripped off, avoid this body shop, most expensive body shop in the �rea. They take advantage of insurance companies or at least the try. Insurance companies are not fool of course. So in other words, you end up paying the deductible, plus the difference insurance companies are not willing to pay. If you try to pay by credit card, they will charge 3 % on top of the amount.Very arrogant owner and receptionist. They treat you and idiot.In a few words, not the place to go if you wreck your car

The owner of this place is very arrogant and the receptionist is the same. They treat people like they are . This owner makes money from the insurance companies and very expensive for what they do it s not comprehensive at all . Please don t take your vehicles at this place , don t believe in the good ratings we were sooo unlikely calling them really bad experience they does really bad work and they treat you like idiot as they are ......

I highly recommend windham body shop. I have a 2020 camary and someone hit my driver door. They did an excellent job. Customer service was excellent also.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

The owner of this place doesn t care at all about her clients , don t bring your vehicles he just care about the money that he make from the insurance companies it s very sad to find people that s his poor life just care about money he need Jesus is his life other than that I can t imagine where he is going to end .

So we had our bumper painted and one of their guys brought it out and I didnt even touch it and I closed the hatch of the car and then opened it again and he went back inside and then I noticed a scratch and so I went back inside and the receptionist came outside blaming it on me saying well it's out of our shop, you scratched it putting it in, and again, I didnt even load it, their guy did, so dont go here, and yes the receptionist is very arrogant, mean and doesn't do her job well at all
