Never has common size tires In stock, and the technician don't know what there doing and as slow as a sloth.

Watch them they will charge you for work, but they do not do it. They never checked my air filter, which should be a standard check. I asked for tire rotation, and I had marked my front tire. The tires were not rotated, but I was charged. The lady working there said, "I am glad someone called them on their lazy work."

Warning this place messed up my tires and the same thing happened to my mom. They put the lug nuts on too tight so my mom had to pay $6.99 per lug nut for 4 tire which consisted of 5 nuts per tire. Total cost 138.90 The only thing they did to fix it was made us pay for the total cost of the lug nuts which we had to buy from another auto retailer and they put them on and gave her a $25.00 gift card. We already paid for a free rotation for life of tires so they should have put them on for free anyway because we already paid. Long story short don t go here for your tires or rotation go to your local dealership.

I have been trying to call for 2 hours to ask them about their tires. Still no one has answered the phone. With that being said I will go somewhere else. Last time I was there it took them 3 hours to change my oil and put one tire on. I gave them the benefit of doubt because they was training someone new. Won t make that mistake again.

This is a joke of a tire center I wouldn't take a bicycle tire to them to fix.. rude workers that act like they hate there job. Wouldn't take anything back to them. Have had nothing but problems with them every single time I'm forced to use them.

Can't change atv tire "don't know how to charge for atv tire" apparently they are smarter at other service and tire centers.

Service has improved tremendously in the auto care center. If you take your vehicle in during non peak hours they are quick and efficient at their jobs.

Just a slow go. Takes forever for an oil change! And it says they check all of your fluids and vacuum your floors, well that's just bs! My floors are never vacuumed and I was charged for fluids they never put in. This has happened before so I've gotten into the habit of of checking beforehand.

Awful. Made me wait 2 hours for a tire rotation just to tell me they wouldn't do it. A complete lack of customer service. It took 5 phone calls and waiting on hold for 15 minutes to reach anyone.

Went there once and got the meds stole out of my vehicle then years later needed a tire changed and even though they were open couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone. Sorry excuse for a tire and lubes center!

Was there at 515pm to get a tire and have it mounted. Was told the person in automotive left at 6pm . That made no sense but there was no one there to help me

Got there at 930 was first in line wound up being last getting serviced took two and half hours for tires and an oil change

Serviceman came out of the garage yelling at us because we had mistakenly parked in the wrong place. Never how I want to be treated as a customer! So we left
