Gerald is very professional, knowledgeable, and polite.. Even though it was almost closing time, he took the time to make sure I got everything I needed, and even signed me up for rewards program.. This guy deserves a raise!!

Went into auto zone new albany,ms. and asked them to check my battery. The old gray haired man was rude but he came out to check the battery and told me there was nothing wrong with it. Went to start my truck this morning battery dead again I took it to another parts store and it had dead cell in it. I won't go back to this place again because that gray haired old man was rude and didn't act like he cared about his customers

Ronnie is rude and wants to fast take you when you are trying to do what s best in your own price range! I do not like his customers service skills please work on that Mr Ronnie! @ new Albany ms store

I went into the store with my dad and told them i was on the side of the road my truck broke down and i needed a smaller belt to do a temporary bypass and they said to go back to the truck and measure it with a string or something and come back so they know they are giving us the right size belt. We came back 5 minutes later and they locked the door on us knowing I needed that part to get home and there were no other stores open and didnt even tell us they were about to close. These people are heartless and rude and need to be fired. He was just mad my dad knew more than him and that old man in there. My family will not go to Autozone anymore.

Had to change a simple headlight. But needed a 5 and 1/2 mm socket which I didn't have with me they let one to me for I can finish my job that was very nice of them very accommodating and helpful

I went to Autozone earlier today for a diagnostic test because my check engine light came on. I waited patiently in line while the other customers in front of me for waited on. Just before it was my turn a guy walked in with a battery and was instructed to place it on the counter. The employee immediately walked over to him, scanned the battery and replaced it ALL WHILE IT WAS MY TURN TO GO NEXT. Very unfair and unprofessional.

The sales guys showed me great customer service. Once it was my turn he got my part and verified it was exactly what I needed. He was very nice and thorough.

Unprofessional, unknowledgeable staff. I went there one morning recently to get my battery checked and the young associate made a snarky comment towards another employee saying he never stops talking. He said my battery was fine, but when I took it to the dealership they ended up replacing my battery. Definitely will go to the competition next door instead of this place.

Went in to purchase wheel cylinder. Told the guy I was paying cash and would like to use points off my rewards. Some how he messed it up. It took 20 dollars reward points. So I ending up having to pay full price.

The manager with grey hair. I think his name is Robert. He is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. 2-Seperate times on the phone I ask simple questions with him yelling back the answer. Another day I went in with simple questions he yelled at me again. He also yells at his employees. I went to O'reillys of course his reputation follow him. They all said everybody complains about him. Even all surrounding AutoZone say the same thing. Just mention his name. The regional mangers will not listen to out complaints about him. So nothing is being done. The last thing I want to do is leave a negative review. But Autozone regionals wont listen. Read the reviews below you will see the same complaints about his rudeness and yelling. I have an automotive business and I will not be spending my money here. I will go to O'reillys.

There are two AutoZone stores near me and I'm glad. They have everything you need with very knowledgeable workers. They're a bit expensive, but doable.

I was on my way from Oklahoma City to Oxford Alabama. My alternator went out and I found myself at this store. The service and care from these guys was remarkable. I can t thank them enough for their help. Lent me some tools and charged my battery while I changed the alternator in the parking lot. Thank you so much guys.

Happy Father s Day to my husband, getting ready to leave church and our 2017 Nissan Sentra would not crank, so we got someone to jump us off and went to Auto Zone to get a new 185.00 battery and they said they could not put it on for us because they were short handed, but they didn t have any trouble putting up stock while I paid for the battery and then I went outside ( we are in our church clothes by the way) to help my husband finish putting on the battery. Just not happy with the lack of service here. Sorry I just don t like the idea of them advertising they have this service and then not getting it. No excuse for It.

Great experience at this autozone. We had a bolt break on our car passing through town. The manager made two trips to our stranded car at the nearby Pilot. And I m pretty sure just ended up buying the bolt himself from a nearby hardware store. Thank you for your help! My family made it to Destin because of your helpfulness. Can t wait to pay it forward. Thank you!

Car was having minor steering & nosie issues, upon inspection noticed sway bar was missing linkage bolt & rubber bushing. Friendly, polite & ready to help. Had parts needed in stock & lend me tools fix it immediately. Since under vechicle changed oil filter & got tail len tape fix where rock or something popped small hole in taillight. By letting fix those important issues not only got back on road soon possible, but free of worrying about tickets or safety issues. 5 stars for sure.

Horrible customer service! I went to buy a seal for a trailer hub. Asked associate if the had one. He asked his manager. Manager states "no part number your SOL with me"

Went in there and asked if I bought windshields would they help me put them on.the female working said no and that it was cold and rainy so I went next door to O'Reilly and bought them there and they helped me to put them on.they were soo kind.

Bad customer service. Would not help me with a fuse. Had one other customer and a bunch of guys. I quote. "We don't normally help with fuses." Go to O Reillys.

Ordered a transmission and 3 and half weeks still hasn't come in went to get refund not enough cash to give me my refund kept tell me give it a day or two didn't seem to want to try and find out what the hold up was

Have some young and not so experienced staff. Still some that are worth speaking with. But you really have to seek them out. They do the job. But isn't the best auto experience you will get.
