Called the parts department and asked them if they sold Castrol Transynd 668 automatic transmission fluid. I was told yes. So we made the 30 minute drive to Waters to find out, they sell Fleetrite! That is NOT what we ask for!

Great prices on batteries, i bought a transmission from them and the price was good. 9/27/19 Thanks Josh as a dealer with Snap On Tools i was able to have my truck back on the road quickly to satisfy my customers. Nice friendly staff. Thanks again James Mire

Very seldom write bad reviews, however a call an hour before I arrived, explaining the issue and part needed. When I arrived I was told they would have me in stall within an hour. After 2 hours, I asked if there was an issue.I was informed then that they were not sure which of 2 parts it was but were working on it.After another 2 hours I checked again and I was given a blank stare and pointed to another person. Told that they were checking on part ( 4 + hrs later?!??!!).I go back and 30 mins later another guy comes out and tells me they think they can get part but it would be tomorrow.Why a 2 star and not 1.They have good price on batteries... no didn't need one.PS: I Drove to Brookhaven and they both got the part and installed in less then an hour.(Approximately 52 mins)
